Abstract

Since the beginning of Covid-19 in Jakarta, synchronous teaching with Internet communication technology and asynchronous teaching supported by the Learning Management System (LMS) have been adopted at Sampoerna University (SU). Synchronous teaching that initially used a web-based conference technology was later changed to using a communication platform that the University has subscribed to. Lecturers were provided with 15GB (15,360MB) of data per month to support these teaching activities. This research aimed to analyze whether the Internet data quota provided by the Government was sufficient to support the teaching process during this research period. This research used a quantitative method, recorded primary data for three months, and descriptive data with non-probability sampling. It was discovered that only 9,281.34MB of data was being used (60.43%) and still had 6,078.66MB (39.57%) remaining. The conclusion that can be drawn was that the Internet quota provided by the Government was adequate to cover one month of synchronous teaching for three courses with three credits each.

Abstract

One of the types of brain tumors in humans is glioma. Glioma is considered to be the most common type of primary brain tumor in adults. To determine the follow-up action that will be carried out by the doctor, the level of glioma needs to be known first. Glioma is divided into 3 grades. To be able to distinguish grades from gliomas, a classification process can be carried out using deep learning with CNN architecture. Glioma grade classification applies Histogram Equalization (HE) preprocessing. The training model uses CNN with the VGG-16 architecture. data using split data with a comparison of 70% training 30% testing, 80% training 20% testing, and 90% training 10% testing. The results of this study using original data have better results compared to data using HE preprocessing on batch size 16 testing and split data 90% training 10% testing.

Abstract

PT. Puskomedia Indonesia Kreatif built a Village Information System named "Panda". PT. Puskomedia Indonesia Kreatif developed the Panda Information System with the hope that it would make it easier for village officials to get information with data owned by the village. The problem with the Panda Information System is that there has been no training on how to use the panda information system and there is no manual so that villages are less interested in using the application. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence the behavior of Panda Information System users. This study uses the UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) method and uses the variables of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Condition, Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior. The software used is SPSS 25 and SmartPLS. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and SEM analysis. Results Based on the research, it was found that the pValues of the Behavioral Intention variable on Use Behavior was 0.142 > 0.05, variable Effort Expectancy on Behavioral Intention is 0.179 > 0.05, variable Facilitating Conditions on Use Behavior is 0.346 > 0.05, variable Performance Expectancy on Behavioral Intention is 0.498 > 0.05, andvariable Social Influence on Behavioral Intention is 0.418 > 0.05 so it is considered insignificant.

Abstract

Forest fires can occur by natural or human factors. The Siak district is one of the areas in Riau Province which has a forest with peat soil, so it has high fertility. However, in recent years, many abandoned peatlands have been dry due to the behavior of locals and extreme weather, which has caused the peatlands prone to fire. This research collaborates with BPBD Siak as a user to deliver an early detection system for forest fires. The system is developed by using the SDLC prototyping model, which emphasizes the active role of the user to be involved. The source of peatland information is from branch sensors and parent sensors which periodically send information regarding the status of monitored land to the cloud server for storage purposes. The cloud server is a source of information for the three platforms that can be leveraged for users to monitor the status of peatlands both in real-time and previous conditions, namely web applications, mobile applications, and LED boards. Based on the performed tests, all components of the system worked well and the three platforms were successful in displaying information on the real-time condition of the monitored peatlands.

Abstract

In this modern era of the industrial revolution 4.0, high school level exams which used to still use paper to print question sheets were then given to students and students answered the question sheet on the answer sheet provided by the exam supervisor/committee. It was began to be replaced by the existence of information systems (IS) and information technology (IT) which made it easier in terms of time and cost efficiency. With the application of IS/IT, it supports major changes in carrying out the exams conducted by high school level schools, also supported by millennial children aged 14 to 19 years who already have smartphones in their hands. SMAN 1 Masbagik is a public high school located in Masbagik sub-district, East Lombok with a land area of 10,260 m2 where there are 30 classrooms and 5 laboratory rooms. From the results of interviews with teachers at SMAN 1 Masbagik, it was found that almost 80% of students have smartphones, this is very supportive of the transition from manual exams to computer/smartphone-based exams. From the survey of the location of SMAN 1 Masbagik, it was found that there were access points installed in all classes to support computer-based exams intended for all students to access the local question server that had been provided. However, there are also problems found when conducting a direct survey to the location to interview students in the problem of wireless signal strength (access points) which are spread across each class unevenly/all over to students' smartphones, there are blank spots in some classes which result in students experiencing delays. data transmission when filling out the answers to questions on their respective smartphones. In wireless signal technology, interference also occurs, according to S'to, explaining that the frequency allocator for each channel used overlaps, for example, the use of channel 1 and channel 2 simultaneously can cause interference which results in data being sent will be damaged. This can also reduce data transfer from the access point to the smartphone to be slow. The method used is the PPDIOO method (Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate and Optimize), but there is a limitation of the method only to the design stage. The purpose of this research is to be considered for schools to determine the position of a good access point and cover all areas of the classroom so that the exams conducted by the education unit are successful and analyze the selection of channel widths to avoid wireless signal interference. The test results while getting a bad signal in the corner of the class and even blank spots in some places.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Perizinan Banyumas (SIPANJIMAS) is one of the services licensing provided digitally by DPMPTSP Banyumas Regency. In its development, there were bugs in e-mail synchronization and errors in several features in SIPANJIMAS. The problems found show that the services and information by DPMPTSP Banyumas Regency to users are still not as suitable as needed, so it is necessary to analyze the usefulness of the SIPANJIMAS website. The method used in this study is the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results obtained are SIPANJIMAS website has an average usability of 59,75 which is included in category “C” with the description “Quite Decent”.

Abstract

The problem faced by CV. Ramos Ponsel is that competitors have just started the same business as Cv. Ramos Ponsel, so that it has the impact of decreasing consumers in meeting their needs at Cv. Ramos Ponsel. With the situation for the store to innovate in customer service. The innovations in question are, among others, digitizing business processes based on a website, one of which is using an electronic catalog. The purpose of this research is to produce an E-Catalogue that can support the business processes of CV. Ramos Ponsel. The method used in this research is the Waterfall method. Waterfall every step of the work process is completed first to move to the next stage. The Waterfall Stage itself consists of Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, and Maintenance/Maintenance. With the existence of an e-catalogue that is designed to have superior value than e-catalogue owned by other institutions, by adding features that benefit sellers and buyers in the business process. The result of this research is to produce an E-Catalog information system on Cv. Ramos Mobile based web site.

Abstract

Beef is an example of an animal protein-rich food. The consumption of meat in Indonesia is increasing year after year, in tandem with the country's growing population. Many traders purposefully combine beef and pork in order to maximize profits. With the naked eye, it's difficult to tell the difference between pork and beef. In Muslim-majority countries, the assurance of halal meat is crucial. This study uses Deep Learning with the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method and ResNet-50 with data augmentation to classify images of beef and pork. The original meat picture databases contain 457 images, however following the data augmentation process, there are 2742 images in total, divided into three classes. The distribution of training and test data is 90 percent:10 percent in the comparison test scenario between the two original data schemes and supplemented data. With an average of 87.64 % accuracy, 87.59 % recall, and 90.90 % precision, the Confusion Matrix is the best classification performance model. There was no evidence of overfitting based on observations from the visualization of the training and testing process.

Abstract

The selected lecturer assistant can help the lecturer as a liaison with students so that the lecturer assistant can affect the quality of student learning outcomes. It's just that the acceptance of teaching assistants that were previously less effective and efficient because they still use manual rules and procedures, so they can spend time in their determination, besides that the assessment is still subjective or still looks at the closest family to one candidate in the acceptance of teaching assistants and there are no requirements The right specialty in determining lecturer assistants, causing problems, namely difficulties in determining a suitable lecturer assistant and having skills in his field, In making the wrong decision it results in distrust of the accepted lecturer assistant so that it can have an impact on decreasing students' understanding and skills of the subject. Therefore, a system is needed to solve a problem by providing decision making, so that it can help decision makers in determining the graduation of the right lecturer assistant. The TOPSIS method is applied by the author in this journal, because the TOPSIS method is able to overcome MADM problems so it is very practical in completing a decision, besides that the alternative TOPSIS method selected is obtained from the calculation process and after that ranking is carried out, so that from the process the best alternative is obtained from criteria that have been determined, so that it can be used as a solution in decision making. Because the system takes the value from the best criteria, the accuracy obtained in this system exceeds 90%.

Abstract

Electronic technology has recently developed rapidly, almost all aspects of daily human life have been covered by equipment with electronic technology systems, both using analog and digital control systems. Measurement is very important in science, especially in engineering. Measurement plays an important role in helping human work. As a country with vast natural resources, agriculture has enormous potential as state revenue. In addition, the agricultural sector is one of the most important sectors that increase the economic growth of the Indonesian people. One of the most important factors in agriculture is the quality of agricultural land. The better the agricultural land, the agricultural output will also increase. Factors that affect the quality of agricultural land are soil moisture and temperature. The life of biological elements contained in the soil including hosts, pathogens, and other microorganisms which vary greatly is influenced by soil moisture factors. condition of agricultural land in the area of Air Satan village. farmers in the air satan village have difficulty monitoring soil fertility in agricultural areas in the air satan village area, therefore the author wants to develop a tool that functions to measure the level of soil moisture with the measurement results displayed using a 16x2 LC which can be directly seen in order to make it easier for farmers or farmer groups in monitoring soil moisture and temperature in the agricultural area of Airsatan Village.
