Abstract

Pematangsiantar Mayor Office is an institution that is used and functions to serve and protect the community. This paper proposes a decision support system research using the Promethee method. Promethee is one of several methods of determining the order or priority in multi-criteria analysis. This writing uses the Promethee method as a step in determining the provision of incentives for freelance daily staff at the Pematangsiantar Mayor's Office. In this study the authors took 10 alternatives with 5 assessment criteria including absenteeism, achievement, behavior, long history of work and teamwork. With the highest result obtained by alternative 9 on behalf of Triono with a value of 0.422 and the lowest result obtained by alternative 6 on behalf of Soraya with a value of -0.211.

Abstract

Derivative filtering algorithm is the formulation of mathematical derivative concepts beginning with understanding the concepts of calculus applications, especially differential theory (derivatives) in digital formulations. The method used in the formulation of this theory is to seek, collect and study several theories related to differences and their applications. The derivation technique can be described as calculating the rate of brightness values in a discrete digital image, also known as an image derivation technique. Sharpening will be obtained by calculating the difference in brightness values between adjacent brightness values in the same column and row. Image is the overall result of a data recording system. Theoretically, images can be grouped into 2 (two) types, namely continuous images and discrete images (digital images). A continuous image is generated from an optical system that receives an analog signal. Example: human eye, analog camera. Meanwhile, digital images are generated through the process of digitizing continuous images. Example: digital camera.

Abstract

Klin en Klin is a business that is engaged in clothes washing and ironing services that are starting to develop. Where this laundry business provides kilogram washing services and washing services that are calculated per item including washing and dry services and ironing services such as washing clothes, washing bad covers, washing blankets, washing curtains, washing dolls, washing bags, washing shoes, washing helmets, washing carpets, wash the coat. The management process in this laundry service activity is still manual. In data collection activities, customers' clothes are still very inefficient because data collection is still using paper and handwritten. When the customer comes to hand over the goods, the recording of goods data and making notes is still using paper so that when the data is stored or archived, the data is prone to loss or damage which could result in negligence or natural disaster. In addition, financial statements can also be miscalculated. Transaction systems that are still manual and still not optimal have found problems such as accumulation of records and reports, slow information flow, slow data retrieval process and difficult transaction report recap. To overcome this problem, a laundry management information system is needed that can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Klin En Klin Laundry business. The purpose of this research is to produce a web-based software application using the PHP programming language and MySQL database to design a Laundry Management System. The result of this design is to produce a Web-based application that can be a medium of information to help laundry service businesses in managing their management

Abstract

Current technology is often used by all groups, one of which is students in the Information Systems department at Tanjungpura University. One of the technologies used is a Smartphone which is a tool for students to communicate with each other even during the current pandemic, Smartphones are used for learning as well and each Smartphone has its own specifications that make it superior to other Smartphones, of course with the number of Smartphones circulating in the market. will be confused in making the selection, thus the decision support system to choose a Smartphone based on the specifications is made for the purpose of assisting in the selection of the Smartphone. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used to complete the decision support system for Smartphone Selection During the Pandemic for the Tanjungpura University Student Information System which uses weighted summation for each performance rating for each alternative. In this study, the results of the calculations obtained from the survey are Samsung S21 5G with a value of 73.75, Iphone 11 64GB with a value of 48.75, Vivo Y17 with a value of 81.25, Asus ROG Phone 5 with a value of 80, Oppo A92 and with a value. 96.

Abstract

Detection of similarity in text documents is needed to avoid the accumulation of information in a database or file system, one way to find out plagiarism between two documents by detecting the similarity of two documents to be compared to detect plagiarism, the Shingling Algorithm is an algorithm used for near-duplicate document search processes. Shingling's algorithm is implemented to detect similarities in text documents. The ease of copying information from one document to another is one of the effects of advances in information technology. And this leads to unwanted plagiarism, so that the document detection process can be minimized properly. In this study, the test results show that the application created can detect the similarity of text documents that have gone through various manipulations, namely scaling (enlarge / reduce), rotation, cropping (partially cut), and manipulating documents.

Abstract

The research objective is the application of the K-Means algorithm in Frozen Food sales, to classify the number of Frozen Food sales in each month, to take what month the highest and lowest sales data. The method used is the K-Means algorithm and is accompanied by a Rapid Miner in processing the data. Data sources obtained from observations, interview and document to shop owners and coworkers. There are several types of Frozen Food and sales data from April to November 2019. Where the results of the study can provide information to business owners, what Frozen Food should be increased in production so that business owners can increase their Frozen Food sales.

Abstract

Organic masks are masks made from natural ingredients that have good nutritional content for the face. Organic masks have many benefits which are certainly no less than treatments at a beauty doctor. Facial masks are beauty masks in the form of gels, pastes and powders which are applied to clean and tighten the skin, especially facial skin. Face masks also function as carriers for active ingredients that are useful for skin health, such as extra plants, essential oils, or seaweed that can be absorbed by the skin's surface to be carried into the blood circulation. The purpose of this study is to help consumers determine the best organic face mask. This research method uses the MOORA method. The criteria used are Variant (A), Size (B), Price (C), Aroma (D), Method of Use (E), Rules of Use (F), Results of Use (G). The alternatives used are Crushlicious (0.1147), Namo.Id (0.2758), NHM (0.2257), Lea Gloria (0.7218), Poupeepou (0.1692), and Natuna Oilvera (0.1157). Thus, the best value of the six alternatives is the Lea Gloria Organic Face Mask with a value of 0.7218.

Abstract

Digital image management generally refers to processing two-dimensional images using a computer in a broader context. Image restoration is image pemamangan by eliminating or reducing degradation of the image that occurs due to the process of image acquisition. The scanned image is the process of moving images (images) using a scanner which often experiences a decrease in image quality (degraded). This results in inaccurate results in digital image processing such as blur / blur, spots, dual images, over saturated colors, and pixel errors. Caused by external factors (noise). Iterative lanczos-Hybrid Reqularization method is one of the choices of effective methods in solving the blur or noise problem that causes the image quality to decrease or not match the original image. In the process of digital image restoration scan results that have degraded can be maximized well from the original image, in this study the Iterative lanczos-Hybrid Reqularization method of image restoration used can provide more optimal results with more effective and efficient time.

Abstract

This study examines the development plan of Revalcon's online motorcycle taxi service to simplify its services by creating a service application. The purpose of this research is to find out whether making this application can increase Revalcon's turnover, to find out that the author uses NPV (Net Present Value) as a tool for decision makers. The data collection process was carried out by interviewing Revalcon's management. The analysis results show that the final value of the test results is higher than the price of making the application. A review of the test results will be very useful for Revalcon's online motorcycle taxi in deciding on making service applications.

Abstract

A joint business group is a group of citizens or a group of social communities formed from families classified as poor communities through a social welfare program, abbreviated as prokesos, which is useful for carrying out business to increase the income of a group of underprivileged residents. In the decision-making process, errors and inaccuracies in the distribution of aid to the community, for example, people who do not deserve assistance but who receive assistance are inversely proportional to poor communities who do not receive assistance. This problem arises because of the lack of careful selection and miscalculation in determining which people are entitled to receive assistance. For this reason, it is necessary to have a decision support system in producing decisions so that it can support the decisions made by the Province of Social Affairs more real. In this study, one of the Composite Performance Index (CPI) methods is used which is expected to be able to assist the Provincial Social Service in determining the appropriate kube in receiving assistance.
