Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of taxpayer awareness, tax authorities services, tax sanctions, tax systems and tax socialization on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Medan Polonia using quantitative research methods with primary and secondary data sources. through a questionnaire with five Likert scales. The respondents in this research were 100 Taxpayers with total sampling. Data processing in this study used SPSS 25.0. The results of this research indicate that Taxpayer Awareness, Fiscus Service, Tax Sanctions have an influence on Individual Taxpayer Compliance, while the Tax System and Tax Socialization have no influence on Individual Taxpayer Compliance. The R Square value of the variables studied is 0.314, there is a remaining 0.686 which has not been studied.

Abstract

Salah satu indikator kedibilitas pemerintah adalah kualitas pelaporan keuangan. Penelitian dilakukan di satuan kerja daerah di lingkup Badan Penyuluhan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Pertanian (BPPSDMP) kementerian pertanian. Pendataan, laporan dan terapan SIMAK BMN diteliti apakah aktifitas tersebut telah sesuai dengan aturan sehingga kualitas laporan keuangan lebih baik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis pengaruh antar variable. Variabel dependen (Y); kualitas laporan keuangan, dan variabel independent (X); Pembukuan (X1), Inventarisasi (X2), Pelaporan (X3), Penerapan SIMAK BMN (X4). Hasil penelitian berdasar analisis regresi linier berganda menyatakan bahwa semakin baik akuntansi, inventarisasi, pelaporan dan penerapan SIMAK BMN maka semakin meningkatkan kualitas pelaporan keuangan. Pembukuan, pelaporan dan pelaksanaan SIMAK BMN bisa ditingkatkan dalam pencatatan atas perpindahan dan perubahan kondisi BMN, inventarisasi, laporan barang hilang serta perekaman dokumen mutasi BMN dengan menggunakan data yang lengkap dan jelas.

Abstract

Some companies that are late in submitting their financial reports on time will be subject to administrative sanctions and fines in accordance with the provisions established by the law, but with the imposition of these administrative sanctions and fines, it turns out that many companies are still late in submitting their annual financial reports. The purpose of this research is to determine, analyze, and describe four factors, namely profitability, liquidity, solvency, which may affect the timeliness of financial reporting in consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period 2018-2020. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an applied method. The total sample obtained based on the sampling technique method is 45 companies. The analysis technique used in this research includes descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using the SPSS application. The results of the research show that (1) Profitability variable (ROA) does not have a partial effect on timeliness, (2) Liquidity variable (CR) used has a partial effect on timeliness, (3) Solvency variable (DAR) does not have a partial effect on timeliness, (4) Company size variable (SIZE) does not have a partial effect on timeliness, (5) Profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), solvency (DAR), and company size (SIZE) simultaneously affect timeliness.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the role of the secretary in receiving leadership guests at the Medan Health Facilities Security Center (BPFK) Office. The techniques used by researchers are the observation method (Observation), the interview method (Interview), the library method (Library Research). In general, guests who come to the Health Facilities Security Hall are official guests from hospitals to take care of medical equipment or medical equipment certificates. Therefore, the role of the secretary is very important in receiving guests before meeting with the leadership. The results of the research are that the secretary plays an important role in helping the management's tasks run smoothly. If the secretary is not there then the work will be hampered in terms of energy, thought and time resulting in reduced work efficiency.

Abstract

The large number of active social media users in Indonesia are taking advantage of opportunities as marketing media. One of them is through the Tiktok application. Because the Tiktok application is the right medium in marketing strategies, especially for the Dear Me Beauty brand. The purpose of this study was to find out how influential social media marketing in the form of Tiktok content is on the formation of a brand image for Dear Me Beauty products. This research was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis techniques and descriptive analysis with an associative approach. The results of this study were obtained from the large number of 400 respondents who resulted that social media marketing in the Tiktok application is very influential in forming a brand image for Dear Me Beauty products, especially in content sharing variable in spreading Tiktok social media content. For future researchers, it is suggested to study more deeply related to what factors can influence the formation of brand image. For Dear Me Beauty, it is hoped that this will be a unique consideration, always improving the quality of Tiktok ads to attract consumers' attention and always being consistent with a good sales system to improve performance that is considered unsatisfactory.

Abstract

The phenomenon in this research is that when economic growth experiences an increase, domestic investment, foreign investment and the labor force experience fluctuations over several years. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Domestic Investment, Foreign Investment and Labor Force on the Economic Growth of North Sumatra Province. PMDN has an effect on economic growth because domestic investment can provide various benefits, including being able to save foreign exchange and reducing dependence on foreign products. Foreign Investment (PMA) and Domestic Investment (PMDN) is an important source of financing for developing regions and is able to make a significant contribution to development. As a component of capital flows, PMA is considered a relatively stable capital flow compared to other capital flows, for example portfolio investment and foreign debt. The aim of this research is to find out what effect domestic investment and foreign investment have on the rate of economic growth in North Sumatra in the 2001-2020 period.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether profitability has a significant effect on corporate income tax, to find out whether operational costs have a significant effect on corporate income tax and to find out whether profitability and operational costs have a significant effect on corporate income tax on automotive companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014 -2018 period The population in this study were all automotive companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which numbered 15 companies. By using purposive sampling, we obtained a total sample of 11 companies. The results of the research analysis show that profitability and operational cost has an influence on corporate income tax on automotive companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. F test shows that profitability and operational cost has an influence on corporate income tax on automotive companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The result of determination coefficient (R Square) shows that corporate income tax can be explained by profitability and operational cost. As of the remaining can be explained by other variable which is not included on this research such as liquidity, leverage and earnings per share.

Abstract

The advancement of internet technology and the existence of social media is the right opportunity to open an online business amid the development of the internet in all aspects of society. One of the applications of this technology is the use of marketing strategies that can be carried out through social media. This study aims to determine whether social media marketing activities carried out by Pass The Trend have a positive influence on brand equity, the spread of e-WOM on social media, and customer purchase intention. The SEM-PLS measurement model and quantitative approach are used in this research methodology. Respondent data was collected through distributing questionnaires to 400 participants of Instagram social media users who had accessed Pass The Trend's Instagram account. The research shows that social media marketing activity has a positive impact on purchase intention. In addition, brand equity is also considered to have a positive effect on e-WOM and e-WOM still positively affects purchase intention. The results of this study are intended as an evaluation for Pass The Trend, providing insight into how to improve and implement social media marketing activities on Instagram effectively. This is expected to increase Pass The Trend's brand equity and e-WOM.

Abstract

Product reviews currently have an important role in knowing new information and becoming a consideration that will later become a purchasing decision. Many platforms accommodate a collection of information about product information as a potential fulfillment of user expectations. Is the product review able to fulfill user Female Daily Application's expectations? The purpose of this study is to determine whether product reviews have an influence on user satisfaction of the Female Daily application. The reasearch method used is a quantitative and data processing using SPSS version 27.0. The results showed that there was a strong influence between product reviews on user satisfaction as evidenced by the results of the determination coefficient test of 72.9% of the Female Daily application user satisfaction was determined by product reviews, while the remaining 27.1% was determined by other things outside this study.
