Abstract

The high level of educational development in Indonesia, especially in East Nusa Tenggara, spurs every university to continue to innovate to provide the best information technology-based services quickly and easily. Universities that have fast and easy services are one of the attractions for prospective new students to join the college. One of the strategies used to increase the number of new prospective student admissions is to use digital media that handles the registration process. In addition, implementing an affiliate marketing strategy to expand the network and promotional reach. Each affiliate is given a commission in the form of cashback and a regular honorarium every semester for affiliate students who successfully register and actively study at STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang. This will certainly attract many actors to join as affiliates. The performance of affiliate marketing can be seen from the increase in the number of new students by 21% from the previous year which has not implemented an affiliate marketing strategy.

Abstract

As a higher education institution, Universitas Boyolali (UBY) has an official website with the address https://uby.ac.id. The main website conveys information to the academic community and the public. Website quality measurement is used as a basis for making improvements, so that website performance and quality are better. One of the methods for website measurement is using the WebQual 4.0 method. WebQual 4.0 Method measures a website's quality and focuses on three main dimensions: usability, information quality, and interaction service quality. This study aims to use the Webqual 4.0 method to measure quality with the website research object owned by Boyolali University, namely https://uby.ac.id. The study used 174 respondents using the non-probability incidental sample method for students, teaching staff, and lecturers at Boyolali University who had visited or accessed the website. The analysis results show that the Usability Dimension gets a percentage value of 78.62%, the Information Quality dimension is 78.22%, and service interaction is 77.75%. These results indicate that a percentage of respondents stated that they were satisfied with the quality of the UBY website.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian dimasa pasca pandemi Covid-19 adalah Pengembangan Media Video Animasi Pembelajaran Dengan Aplikasi Canva Pada Matakuliah Jaringan Komputer, diperlukan instrumen angket tertutup dengan jenis data kuantitatif. Angket ini disebarkan melalui google formulir. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa dari 72 peserta didik menyatakan, 90% setuju menggunakan media video animasi berbasis aplikasi canva yang sangat menarik viturnya, 90% peserta didik menyatakan butuh serta setuju memakai media video animasi berbasis aplikasi canva yang memiliki fitur bagus dan 83,4% peserta didik mengatakan perlu memakai media video aplikasi Canva dalam proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada matakuliah jaringan komputer. Berdasarkan penelitian bisa ditarik kesimpulan bahwa harus ada pengembangan media video animasi berbasis aplikasi canva pada proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada matakuliah jaringan computer. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari pengembangan metode pembelajaran ini adalah Media Pembelajaran Audio Visual Berbasis Canva Pada Mata Kuliah Jaringan Komputer.

Abstract

Senior High School (SMA) is a secondary education level in formal education in which there are majors so that students are more focused on one form of learning group according to their interests and potential. SMA Negeri 1 Cawas often experiences time constraints in carrying out the student majoring process, this is caused by a lack of facilities that can help schools to simplify and speed up the student majoring process so that reports that should have been made are still being processed. The decision support system was created to facilitate the determination of major classes and speed up the process of dividing majors. Data processing in this study uses the MOORA method. This system processes student data, criteria data, value data, and department data. With this system, it can be used as an alternative to help schools to make it easier in the process of determining and classifying major classes and speeding up the process of dividing student majors.

Abstract

Pondok Roso Pool & Resto puts all the items in the warehouse and records the entry and exit transactions. The stock system that runs on Pondok Roso Pool & Resto has a problem in the procurement process. The process of procuring goods at the agency is not only based on the final stock, but also assesses the purchase price of the supplier for each item and assesses whether the item is sold or not to visitors. This of course makes it difficult for management to determine the procurement of stock of goods because of these factors. Errors in the procurement of goods of course result in losses if the goods that have been purchased apparently can’t sell well. There is a solution, namely by designing a decision support system for procurement of stock using the WASPAS method. Simple additive weight method is a weighted sum method that can provide predictions for decision making based on data. The author uses this method because based on several studies can determine the results and ranking of the problems encountered. The system that will be designed by the author can help the agency in determining the ranking of each item to be procured in stock, so that at least be able to help management in making decisions about the items to be purchased.

Abstract

Artikel jurnal ini berfokus pada pengembangan sistem kelas cerdas berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk proses pembelajaran di tingkat SMP di Kota Surakarta. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pembelajaran dengan menggunakan teknologi terbaru dan inovatif, yaitu IoT. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengembangan sistem, uji coba, dan evaluasi. Sistem kelas cerdas ini memiliki fitur-fitur seperti pemantauan suhu dan kelembaban ruangan, pengaturan intensitas cahaya, serta sistem peringatan ketika siswa tidak hadir di kelas. Pengujian dilakukan dengan melibatkan siswa SMP di Kota Surakarta dan hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem kelas cerdas berbasis IoT ini dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pembelajaran. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya di Kota Surakarta dan menjadi rujukan bagi peneliti yang tertarik pada pengembangan sistem kelas cerdas berbasis IoT.

Abstract

Digitization of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Indonesia is still not optimal. The lack of full digitalization, besides the HR competency factor, is the unequal distribution of supporting infrastructures such as internet access and transportation. The use of IT in MSMEs is slowly but surely starting to show an increase. Generally, MSME actors use social media as a marketing and promotion medium. In addition to social media, MSMEs have also begun to use the Website as a marketing and promotion medium. However, due to the lack of MSMEs' ability to manage Websites, it is a challenge. As a result, the use of the Website is not optimal and inefficient because orders still use social media such as WhatsApp for buying and selling transactions. The purpose of this study is to analyze the UI/UX of the Lancar Jaya Food MSME Website, especially on the buying and selling features, using the System Usability Scale method. As a result, the System Usability Scale score obtained a value of 73.35, representing Acceptability Ranges with an Acceptable value. Then the adjective rating with a value of Good and Letter Grade with a value of B.

Abstract

The Religious Court or often referred to as the Religious Court is one of the government institutions that carries out judicial functions in the field of religious law issues, especially Islam, such as marriage problems and inheritance issues in Islam. The religious court as a government institution is currently working to create information transparency and improve public services to the public. There are several services on the Boyolali Religious Court, this research focuses on making the Boyolali Religious Court Information System based on Android using a flutter framework from the client side, for the admin using the web created using codeigniter flramework. Data collection methods include interviews, observation, literature study and questionnaires. The method uses the extreme programming method (XP). The result of this research is the construction of a web-based and android-based Boyolali Religious Court Service Information System which informs what services are available at the Boyolali Religious Court and features checking the Divorce Certificate online via androd.

Abstract

Cipta Warna Digital Printing is a printing company located in Boyolali city, this company provides various printing needs. Based on the results of interviews with the owner of the company, Cipta Warna Digital Printing has a problem, namely that it does not yet have a website, so it is difficult for the company to provide information about products, especially the available products and product prices. Based on these problems, the authors build a web-based system that is able to provide information about companies, products and allows customers to calculate product prices independently. This system is designed with Unified Modeling Language (UML) using CMS Wordpress and Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The results of testing using Blackbox Testing show that the system runs according to its function without any errors.

Abstract

Kragilan Village is one of the villages in Mojosongo District, Boyolali Regency, Central Java. The obstacle experienced by Kragilan Village is in community complaints which are still carried out conventionally. In this way, the community must come directly to the Village office to submit complaints and in this case it is less effective because the complaint file can be lost and damaged. So to accommodate all complaints from the public, it is necessary to have a system that is made to make it easier for the community to express their aspirations in an easy way and can be used whenever the community needs it. The design of this system uses the UML (Unified Modeling Language) model, namely use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. At the development stage of this system using the Codeigniter framework, and a MySQL database with the Waterfall system development method. . This system has been tested by testing Black Box testing and beta testing through questionnaires to website users. The results of the Black Box test show that the function on this website system as a whole has been running well without any errors.
