Abstract

The application of economic instruments in the spatial planning of coastal and marine areas is very important considering that Indonesia is a mega biodiversity country with abundant biodiversity. Spatial planning for coastal and marine areas based on the assessment of ecosystem services has both opportunities and constraints. Abstract

The research of the tourism competitiveness index and multiple linear regression tests are used in Batu City research to improve the economy in the tourism sector. The results i Business Environment, Safety and Security, Health and Hygiene, Human Resources and Labor Market, Price Competitiveness, Environmental Sustainability, and Ground and Port Infrastructure are all in the early stages of development, while the indicators of Health and Hygiene, ICT Readiness, Prioritization of Travel & Tourism, International Openness, and Tourist Service Infrastructure are still in the early stages of development.  Tourism sector, which is related to the tourism competitiveness index, has to have a significant and positive effect on local generated revenue, whereas the room occupancy rate and total population have no significant and negative effect.

Abstract

The objectives of this study, among others: to determine the economic driving sectors, sectors with higher growth than the same sector, sectors experiencing higher growth from different sectors and basic sectors, in Madiun Regency, Magetan Regency, Ponorogo Regency, and the City of Madiun. The results showed that the sectors that drive in four districts/cities are the information & communication sector, financial services & insurance, education services, health services & social activities. The sector that has shifted a lot in the four regencies/cities in the financial services & insurance sector.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of Foreign Investment (PMA), Domestic Investment (PMDN), and the Human Development Index on the inequality of district/city development and how the mediating variable of the Human Development Index (IPM) also affects the inequality of district/city development in Central Java Province, before the Omnibus Law Cipta Kerja. Data analysis uses path analysis with the Eviews program, using data from 35 districts/cities in Central Java Province in the 2016-2019 period. The result is that PMDN and PMA have a positive effect on IPM. PMDN and IPM have a negative effect on development inequality, while PMA has no effect on district/city development inequality in Central Java Province.

Abstract

Halal tourism is one part of the halal industry ecosystem, realizing a world halal hub in 2024. This research supports the presentation of a Muslim-friendly tourism industry, especially in encouraging the improvement of the creative economy (sharia) in Indonesia, which is still relatively increasing but not too significant. Even though Muslim-friendly (halal industry) is not visited only by the Muslim community. his research focuses on discussing halal tourism and sharia economic development strategies as a reference in realizing the halal creative industry in Indonesia. The research method uses SOAR (Strength, Opportunity, Aspirations, Result) and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) analysis to determine strategic priorities in realizing the halal industry in the Muslim-friendly tourism sector. The results of the QSPM analysis lead to the optimization of human resources specifically targeting Muslim-friendly tourism expertise through selection, socialization and workshops/training related to functions, the eco-system of halal tourism through the stages on the road maps of halal tourism in Indonesia. through a system that has been formed, the halal certification process is accelerated through mentoring, certification of halal auditors and supervisors so that the form of halal quality products can be guaranteed, with the highest score of 2,4926.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is the socio-economic conditions of the local community in the tourist village that can support the presence of tourists during their activities in the tourist area and apply a regional development strategy as an area with an ecotourism model to strengthen the existence of the Fanumasi tourist area as well as a source for tourism. The method used is qualitative descriptive by using SWOT analysis. The results obtained from this study are the need for the government to socialize the importance of nature conservation as the main tool of ecotourism and special training to attract youth around tourist attractions in marketing services

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the implementation of the "Smart Kampung" program on economic aspects and public services in Banyuwangi. Smart kampung provides space for government work programs in all fields in an integrated and integrated manner between one government agency and other governments.The impact of the smart village program on the economic aspect in the 10 villages that became the smart village pilot project in Banyuwangi district is different. The village government is required to support the implementation of the smart village program so that the smart village program has a positive impact on the economy of its village residents, namely by producing innovative programs by encouraging productive economic activities, creative economic activities.
