Abstract

Saat ini plastik tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan manusia terutama dalam industri makanan dan minuman. Salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam proses pembuatan produk plastik adalah injection moulding. Injection moulding adalah salah satu teknik pembuatan yang terdiri dari serangkaian proses siklus dan digunakan untuk menghasilkan bahan termoplastik. Pengaruh kombinasi parameter proses berdampak pada hasil produk seperti kuantitas dan kualitas produk, ketidaksesuaian parameter menyebabkan produksi menjadi tidak optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan waktu siklus dan jaring produk yang optimal pada proses pembuatan tutup botol 180 ml tetapi dengan meminimalkan cacat flash. Metode yang digunakan dalam fase ini adalah ANOVA, dan perhitungan metode taguchi dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak minitab 16. Dari hasil penelitian, kondisi optimal adalah tekanan injeksi kombinasi 1320 bar, kecepatan injeksi 50 mm / s, tekanan holding 300 bar, dan suhu nozzle 255oC menghasilkan nilai waktu siklus 15,72 detik dan netto 3,56 gram. Hasil ini lebih baik daripada pengaturan perusahaan yang menghasilkan waktu siklus 16,66 detik dan masuk dalam kisaran bersih 4 ± 0,5 gram menghasilkan peningkatan produksi 5,97%. Sedangkan dengan kombinasi tekanan injeksi 1280 bar, kecepatan injeksi 50 mm / s, tekanan holding 300 bar, dan suhu nozzle 245oC menghasilkan jumlah cacat flash yang lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan pengaturan perusahaan yaitu 12 unit dari 80 unit sampel.

Abstract

Shaft gear is one part of the machine components that experience dynamic load will occur voltage fluctuations. When the fluctuations occur repeatedly as often as possible, there will be failure, even though the maximum voltage that occurs is still smaller than the static strength of the wheel axle material. Failure of a shaft material is inseparable from the characteristics of its structure. Failure of the shaft occurs at points where there is a voltage concentration, where the source of the stress concentration on the machine element, can be pull, groove, hole, thread, pegs and others. The weakness or failure of a SS 304 carbon steel material used as a shaft is influenced by many factors. It should be noted that the breakage of a material always begins at places where stress concentration occurs with its loading pattern. In response to the above problems, a failure analysis of the gear shaft of Stainless Steel AISI 304 is required. By testing the metal mechanical properties by tensile testing, hardness testing, obtained from fatigue test with tensile strength of 812 , 97 MPa in diameter 13 shaft of gear and 825,37 MPa for diameter 16 and yield strength of SS 304 for diameter 13 is 806,03 N / mm2 while diameter 16 equal to 821,20 N / mm2. The result of fatty test shows the three stresses given at diameter 12 (mm) of 61.2 Mpa then the resulting cycle amounted to 87476 for 145 Minutes at 2800 speed, in contrast to the fatigue test results for a given voltage of 76.5 Mpa, resulting in 87354 for 120 minutes, resulting in the greater the applied stress the cycle and time will be faster the occurrence of fatality in the material Stainless Steel AISI 304.Hardness value (Hardening) on shaft gears with Stainless Steel AISI 304 material no difference between shaft diameter 13 of HB: 133 and diameter 16 of HB: 133. The difference in diameter on the shaft does not affect the hardness value in the shaft material of the gear. Factors that affect or tend to alter the condition of fatigue or fatigue strength are the types of loading, rotation, environmental humidity (corrosion), stress concentration, temperature, material fatigue, chemical composition of materials, residual stresses.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a registered company that provides business in the provision and services of national construction in Indonesia. Established in 1997, he continues to perform reliable services for many domestic and international clients. With its rank in Riau Province, Indonesia, SGJ participates in the development of major infrastructures in the province and in particular, has deep experience in construction and maintenance in the oil and Gas industry. PT. XYZ is located in the CS RUR B MINAS AREA, Minas Jaya, Minas, Siak Regency, Riau province. As for the problems that exist during the exercise work is: 1) The lack of awareness of workers in the importance of occupational health and Safety (K3) in the working environment of PT. XYZ. From the existing problem, the repair solution offered is: 1) Implementing the 5S method in the work, 2) adding air circulation and indoor lighting Workplace, 3) establishing facilities in a work area such as Stand, 4) give signs or symbols Work area, 5) Provide K3 training on the use of APD, 6) Create worksheets in the use of APD in the work area.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) masih terus dicari dan dijadikan pilihan oleh orang-orang yang ingin langsung bekerja setelah lulus dari sekolah menengah. Hal ini disebabkan karena pada sekolah kejuruan para siswanya dibekali dengan skill dan keterampilan yang mumpuni sehingga siap dan mampu untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Hal ini menjadi peluang bagi Yayasan XYZ untuk menjalankan usaha sekolah kejuruan. Namun terdapat beberapa masalah yang harus dihadapi dalam mendirikan usaha sekolah yaitu membutuhkan investasi modal yang cukup besar dan memiliki resiko usaha. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan suatu studi kelayakan usaha yang meliputi aspek pasar, hukum, teknis, manajemen dan finansial terhadap beberapa parameter yang dapat mempengaruhi kelayakan saat usaha berjalan untuk dapat memproyeksikan keberlangsungan dari SMK XYZ ke depannya dan mengetahui layak atau tidaknya usaha ini dijalankan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kelayakan usaha pada semua aspek diperoleh bahwa seluruh aspek dinyatakan memenuhi kriteria kelayakan.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a leading industry in the field of CPOB-based medicine (How to Make Drugs). Implementation of Practice Work at PT. XYZ aims to understand the scope, to understand the implementation of the work system as well as to occupational health and safety, to know the flow of production, to know the issues that are occurring, and to make improvements for the company. Problems found in PT.XYZ. The pearl of pearl Farms is Unsafe Behavior which is a work ethic that does not prioritize occupational health and safety. The solution to the problem is to use the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method with the result of paying close attention to environmental conditions on the production floor, providing K3 training to the workers and rewarding those who obey and sanction the violators, creating a display , provide tools and encourage employees to follow the company's SOP.

Abstract

The Supri furniture industry is an industry that processes raw materials or semi-finished materials into finished products. The furniture industry is one of the growing industrial sectors in Indonesia, as an industry engaged in furniture or furniture, there are several machines used to support productivity. Early observation research methodology in the form of evaluating the potential and symptoms of musculoskeletal complaints with the help of a nordic body map questionnaire, analysis using the RULA method approach, Preliminary observations in the form of subjects observed in this study were 3 male wood splitting workers with an average age of 42 years and had worked for 3 years. The waist, back, neck, eyes and arms are the areas that many workers complain about. The resulting wood dust can make the eyes sore. Sometimes workers suffer from cough despite having used a mask. From the above table it can also be seen that workers with a height of 175 cm experience lower back, neck and neck pain more seriously than other workers. o that work is not too risky, equipment and workplaces should be designed according to worker anthropometry.
