Abstract

Information security incidents have increased in number and become more diverse and destructive and disrupt service availability. An incident management system is needed to detect and handle information security incidents quickly, minimize losses, reduce exploited vulnerabilities and restore infrastructure, including services. An incident management system needs to be managed with a Security Operations Center (SOC). The use of tacit knowledge has been shown to help accelerate problem-solving in SOC better than experience by adopting strategies that have been used previously. The application of knowledge management in SOC has become a basic need. An organization's ability to manage existing knowledge is a necessary strength to be able to survive in the face of incessant cyber-attacks. This study aims to examine the process of capturing tacit in SOC so that it can be used to analyze and deal with cyber threats and to lay the foundation for implicit knowledge management in organizations to increase the efficiency of work methods and processes responding to incidents efficiently and systematically.

Abstract

Mathematics learning basically has abstract characteristics, as well as tiered concepts and principles. This is the reason why many students have difficulty in learning mathematics. In order to make students easier understand the material being taught, learning method need to be supported with learning media. To find out the benefits of using comics media in Mathematics learning in Elementary Schools, a study on the benefits of using comics media in Mathematics learning with a case study of 4th grade students of SD Negeri Rawa Badak Utara 11 was conducted. The study was conducted through a comparative test of two groups of studens involving educational ASN (teacher) grade 4 SD Negeri Rawa Badak Utara 11. To find out the parents' perception of the use of comics media in learning Mathematics, a questionnaire was also given to parents of students who participated in learning with comics media. The results show that the difference in the value of the post-test and pre-test from the group of students who used comic media is 16.56, while from the group of students who used the lecture media, the difference in the score of the post-test and pre-test is 14.19. Mathematics learning using comic media also shows that 84% of students get scores above the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKTP) while learning with the lecture method only results in 78% of students getting scores above the KKTP. From the evaluation of the questionnaire related to parents, it was stated that learning mathematics using comic media made it easier for students to understand mathematics learning. In addition, by learning mathematics using comic media, there is an increase in students' interest in learning mathematics.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine a learning phenomenon that emerged during the hectic distance learning method (online), namely the multitasking phenomenon carried out by trainees. This research is interesting because currently multitasking is an obstacle as well as a challenge faced by every online training participant. The question to be answered is whether the training are effective, when participants are doing multitasking. This research was conducted on participants of the Scientific Writing Training (KTI) at the Central Statistics Agency's Education and Training Center in 2021 and 2022. The method used in this study was descriptive quantitative analysis. The results of this study show that the participation of the trainees as indicated by their virtual attendance and their focus/concentration is disrupted by the large number of workloads (multitasking). However, the participants' multitasking conditions did not affect the effectiveness of the training as indicated by the increase in the post-test scores from the pre-test scores and the completion of the paper manuscript assignment. Nevertheless, the training organizers and the leaders of the trainees still need to consider this fact to take actions to reduce multitasking tension so as to increase the level of attendance and focus/concentration of the trainees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the training evaluation of the Kirkpatrick model and the Kemp model for Expenditure Treasurer Training at the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta. This study found a comprehensive analysis of all aspects of training management resources suggested to be determinants of training quality, participant scores, participant utilization, and competency testing. All elements are involved in the four levels of Kirkpatrick's Training Evaluation, starting from Reaction, Learning, Behavior, and Outcomes. The method used in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using the SmartPLS Version 3.0 application, which can produce a reliable and robust model. Analysis of the 780 respondents in this study used the census method involving sub-variables and aspects of training quality, increasing participant scores, participant utilization, and competency tests described in 14 research findings. This research produced the best model using Re-sampling and Bootstrapping methods and various in-depth analyses.
