Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of animated video and poster media in enhancing hijaiyah literacy among elementary school students. The research was motivated by the low mastery of hijaiyah letters among students at SD Negeri 03 Beji, who had difficulty recognizing and pronouncing the letters due to traditional teaching methods lacking visual and interactive elements. Using a mixed-methods approach involving observations, interviews, and questionnaires, the study found that colorful animated videos, clear pronunciation audio, and strategically placed hijaiyah posters significantly improved student attention, motivation, and participation in Qur’anic learning. The findings also reveal that consistent visual exposure supports the internalization of letter shapes and sounds through repetition and daily interaction. Teachers noted that the media encouraged independent learning and sustained interest beyond formal class sessions. This study contributes to the discourse on Islamic education by emphasizing the importance of technological adaptation in foundational religious instruction. The integration of media in Qur’anic education not only enhances learning outcomes but also offers a relevant, affordable, and replicable pedagogical model suitable for schools with limited resources.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the meaning and role of the Roisan Kondangan tradition in strengthening social solidarity and preserving local wisdom values in the community of Depok, West Java. This tradition is a form of reciprocity in community events, involving contributions from residents as a manifestation of mutual aid and solidarity. This research is qualitative type. A qualitative approach was employed through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, with thematic analysis to uncover its social and symbolic meanings. Interviews were conducted with H. Muchtar, a Betawi traditional elder and Mrs. Jumiati, a PKK chairperson who doubles as an RT head in Limo, Depok. The research findings indicate that despite adjustments in the form of assistance, such as a shift from goods and cash to the use of digital technology, the Roisan Kondangan tradition remains relevant as a means of strengthening social bonds and fostering closer relationships among residents. The values of solidarity and empathy remain at the core of this practice, demonstrating adaptation to modern social dynamics without losing its collective essence. The main conclusion indicates that this tradition functions as a social medium that strengthens a sense of togetherness and collective awareness among the community, while also serving as an instrument for preserving local culture that remains relevant in the contemporary era. The implications of this research are significant in supporting efforts to preserve traditions and local wisdom as part of the cultural identity of the Depok community and Indonesian society in general.

Abstract

Aspirasi karier berperan sebagai aspek krusial dalam orientasi masa depan siswa, namun hingga kini masih minim ditemukan kontribusi layanan penempatan dan penyaluran terhadap pembentukan aspirasi karier pada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh layanan penempatan dan penyaluran terhadap aspirasi karier pada siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini melibatkan 96 siswa yang didapat dari populasi kelas XI SMK Dharma Karya Jakarta. Metode kuantitatif korelasional yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari angket berskala likert. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji t dan persamaan regresi. Hasil dari penelitian menegaskan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara layanan penempatan dan penyaluran terhadap aspirasi karier pada siswa. Efektifitas intervensi bimbingan karier melalui layanan penempatan dan penyaluran diperlukan agar perwujudan karier siswa terbentuk berdasarkan minat dan bakat yang dimiliki. Penemuan ini berkontribusi terhadap strategi bimbingan pendidikan dengan menekankan pentingnya layanan penempatan yang terstruktur dalam membentuk aspirasi karier siswa.
