The reason the research conducted was motivated by the low creativity of children, teachers rarely conducting finger painting, teachers are reluctant to prepare the media to enhance the creativity of children, and teachers use only the available media are really very simple. General research objective is to determine the increase fine motor creativity through the application of finger painting activities in group B TK Tunas Harapan in the district of Kota Manna. The research method is using classroom action research, conducted in two cycles. The results showed that: (1) the activities of finger painting theme is determined in accordance teachers can improve fine motor creativity as evidenced by the value achieved in the first cycle of 46.7% and the second cycle increased by 83.35%; (2) the activities of finger painting with children of their own creations can improve fine motor creativity as evidenced by the success of children, in the first cycle by 45% and increased in the second cycle of 81.67%; (3) The activities of finger painting with various media can improve fine motor creativity as evidenced by the success of children in the first cycle by 45% and increased in the second cycle of 81.67%. It can be concluded that the application of finger painting activities can improve fine motor creativity in group B TK Tunas Harapan Kota Manna District of South Bengkulu.

Learning is the important component in order to increase human energy resource. In learning progress, all of element have responsibilty to help each other, so that student can develop all potential that they have. This research is focused on growing student responsibility feeling at PKn subject. Learning progress is done with integrating between individual assignment and explanation of teacher. Individual assignment is given to student in order to give responsibility feeling, whereas explanation of teacher as purpose to foster their confidence, also to increase responsibility feeling. From the research can be concluded that occuring enhancement number of responsibility student to solve every single assignment that is given to them.

From the research that has been conducted at Junior High School 13 South Solok can be concluded that the system used in the junior high school is less effective , due to the learning process can only be done on condition that the meeting between students and teachers in the classroom. If the meeting does not take place the learning process cannot be done. Therefore, the presence of E-Discussion system is expected to help the learning process of students effectively. After doing some research on Junior High School 13 South Solok this by collecting data through interviews and other methods. Then the analysis of data collected by the system design tools. After the designed output design.design input , design files and E-Discussion. The results of the analysis has been conducted on the Web site of the E-Discussion with the PHP programming language.

This research is motivated importance of community preparedness to face the threat of hurricanes. This research aims to develop devices based learning high school physics teaching model of problem based learning with guided inquiry approach to the material dynamically integrated fluid cyclone with valid criteria, practical and effective. This type of research is a research-development using a model 4-D comprising the steps define, design, develop and dessiminate. In the define phase-end preliminary analysis, the analysis of the students, the task analysis, material analysis and the analysis of learning goals. At the design stage to do the preparation beracuan test criteria, the selection of media, format selection and initial design learning device. On Stage develop expert assessment (validation) and test development (practicalities and effectiveness) learning device. Data were analyzed using descriptive percentages. Results of the research is already successfully developed a learning tool in the form of high school physics syllabus, lesson plans, modules and assessments on integrated dynamic fluid material cyclone with very valid category with a percentage of 94.52%, very practical with a percentage of 88.91% and effectively with the percentage of 78 , 52%.

Based on observations in the field a lot of complaints from students practice field who feel less able to teach the theory and practice field Metal Fabrication . It can also be a briefing on the university of origin is not adequate . In addition to mastery of theory , it is also about teaching practice. In particular in the field of teaching practice is commonly seen Fabrication implementation has not been as expected , in terms of the materials used as well the implementation process of the lecture . This research is descriptive, which will describe the results of quantitative and qualitative research . This research is a descriptive research that have a purpose to know description of learning math application by contextual learning approachment which is evaluated from student activity and the student study result after following math learning with contextual approachment in the X.B SMA Negeri 1 Inderalaya Selatan class. These research subjects number 25 student of X.B SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Selatan school year 2013/2014 class. Technique of data accumulation that was done are by observation and test. The carried out data of student learning activity is collected with observation. While the test is used for knowing the student learning result after studying math by contextual approachment. As for carried out percentages of student learning activity at learning application by contextual approachment is equal to 72% that include in good category. While the percentages of efficacy student studying result mean equal to 75,48 that are categorized as a good one. So that from that assessment can be concluded that learning math application by contextual learning approachment which is evaluated from student activity and the student study result can be categorised as a good one.
