In this era of globalization and technology today, the use of computers as one of the tools of information technology is needed in almost every aspect of life.The use of computers as a support device management and data processing is very appropriate considering the quantity and quality of data, thus the use of computer equipment in any information strongly supports the decision-making system. In the data collection activities of students in the administration Department of Information Technology State Polytechnic Samarinda has not optimally implement a computerized system. Presentation of the report using a computer by typing all data of students who have prepared in advance by using the MS-Word and MS-Excel application, so the reports generated are relatively inaccurate, incomplete, and the relative take a long time.therefore, the authors interested in designing management information systems, especially in data collection on student biographical data by utilizing an information system.This study provides biographical data collection information system design student majoring in information technology at the samarinda state polytechnic.In this paper the authors designed a system using multiple database files. By using a computerized system above problems can be reduced, but it can increase the activity of management and increase the motivation of work, especially in the bio information of students, so that the necessary data from students related to bio can be identified more efficient. Raspberry Pi is a credit card-sized computer that is very widely used. Linux-based operating system, this device can serve the script and applications. By utilizing script on the Raspberry Pi and use to serial communication can be interfaced with microcontroller AT89S52. Evaluation of the application of information technology is necessary to minimize the loss of use of the application. Evaluation of using risk management is needed to determine where an agency sejah has made the prevention of errors and minimize the loss of the use of information technology. Currently there are application questionnaire Web-Based Learning Process In Samarinda State Polytechnic. The application is expected to be able to quickly and efficiently in conducting an assessment of the learning process and facilitate faculty lecturers and the management in formulating policies in the field of teaching. The computerized process activities in addition to containing benefits would also be at risk of potential losses and causing disruption in the activities to achieve the objectives intansi. To minimize these risks it is necessary Adaiah risk management. As for knowing whether an agency is already doing prevention of errors and minimize the losses it is necessary to evaluate the risk management processes of information technology in evaluating the risk management of information technology, we need a methodology or framework. There are several frameworks in the evaluation of risk management information technology, one of which is the Risk IT. Condition current maturity level for risk governance domain average "2", the domain of average risk evaluation "3", while the response domain average risk "2". So that the process of implementation of the risk management of information technology there is Sesua targets and there is not yet on target. This is evidenced by information technology maturity level attributes most of which are on the level of maturity level 2 (repeatable but intuitive) and level 3 (defined process). Proses of recording repairs and maintenance support facilities at the UPTMaintenance and Repair is done manually.Effects of manual recording results in less neat registration activities as well as repair and maintenance activities are not well documented. To answer of the above problems, it would require a means of support in creating a good administrative process and be able to document every incidence of repair and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure at the Polytechnic of Samarinda. Besides the optimization of service improvement it would require the presentation of reports online based,thus the distribution of reports can be quickly performed and consumed by those who need. Results of this research is the design of Repair and Maintenance Information Systems Support Facilities in Samarinda State Polytechnic. The planning process is done by observing the workflows that have been documented in the SOP combined with improvement ideas based on the analysis results. Selection of new student enrollment is a process, method, screening or selection of prospective students in the academic ability is the best candidate for learning sector in higher education institutions. Likewise, the selection is done through the search Interests and Abilities Polytechnic (PMDK-PN), that the selection of new student enrollment is done by tracking the academic ability of prospective students who are considered to have the potential and the quality seeds region. To screen potential new students need a fairly rigorous selection process, the goal is to screen prospective new students who qualified, so it has a high competitive graduates who can compete with the outside world. But the selection process for new students who walk for this is still done manually, where the data of prospective students sorted by highest value of the quotas each district in each department, so that it often takes a long time and requires a high accuracy. It is considered less effective and less efficient, since the ability / potential of prospective new students in each district is different. From the above problems, the researchers will design an application that can be used for the selection of new student enrollment using artificial neural network method. The method used in this study using a software system development Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) that includes the needs analysis phase, prototyping, prototype evaluation, development and testing final software. Scholarships are basically given to eligible recipients and deserve to get it or right on target. The scholarship program was held to ease the burden of students in taking the study period, especially in the matter of cost. Awarding scholarships to students performed selectively in accordance with predetermined rules ranging from the establishment of certain criteria such as academic performance index, pengasilan parents, semester and others. The purpose of the scholarship is to help ease the burden of education costs scholarship student. Determination of the criteria in this research is done through literature, questionnaires and data collection including interviews with the management staff of scholarship in Samarinda State Polytechnic. Further criteria are given preference votes pairwise comparisons with between 9~1-1-9 which is then converted into the form TFN (Triangular Fuzzy Number). The results obtained using the Fuzzy AHP approach in the determination of the applicants in Samarinda State Polytechnic is obtainable alternative candidate with the most potential recipients of several candidates who have based the rankings. Fuzzy AHP method in the assessment of consistency on each level of the hierarchy structure is able to accommodate inconsistencies in the assessment. Evaluation of Lecturers plays an important role in teaching (PBM) and a way to measure and determine whether the destination is reached or learning outcomes in accordance with the established together in units teaching event. Measuring the success of learning occurs in the form of changes experienced by students as one measure of which is done through the delivery of learning and exams. One way in the implementation of the evaluation is to utilize the online system where the assessment is carried out directly by the students who have attended lectures with the lecturer in question. The aim of this study was to draft a decision support system in determining the best students in Polytechnic Samarinda. The method used in determining student achievement is meotode Method Simple Additive weighting method (SAW) and Algorithms Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM). The results of which can be obtained from the research is the design of a decision support system in the form of determination of student achievement that can be used as a reference for selecting the best performing student at the Polytechnic of Samarinda. Decision-making by decision makers today is getting easier. Various instruments supporting data can be served quickly and appropriately to the leaders the organization as a supporting material in decision making. And in support of decision making in setting a course supervisor and examiner final project will require the support of accurate data as a reference for the study program managers in determining the appropriate supervisor and examiner. So that the target to maintain the quality of student research can be optimized. Method of decision-support system is very diverse, but in this study the authors using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Some of the reasons for the author to use such methods include: 1). Its hierarchical structure, as a result of the selected criteria, sub-criteria until the very end; 2) .Calculate validity up to the limit of tolerance inconsistency of various criteria and alternatives selected by the decision makers; 3) .calculate sensitivity analysis of decision-making. The results of this research is the design of decision support systems in the determination of the supervisor and examiner Student final project using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Process flow that occurs does not change from the previous flow that has been running, and the determination of criteria can be done dynamically, which is adjusted to the needs of the determination of the supervisor and examiner final project at that time.
