Abstract

Abstract

Implementation of learning process in higher education refers to a quality standart based on valid ISO regulation, which in principle, every university must always guard and guarantee their higher education quality adopting a sustainable manner. University Dwijendra basically run the quality assurance process through external and internal processes are such as events and accreditation activities of self evaluation based on study program, meanwhale the internal processes are the quality assurance program, namely the activities on their own initiative (internalli driven) which aim to improve the ooutput quality of university and to remain their exsistance. But in case of engineering fakulty student, tere were already 39 student who officialy resigned from architecture study program. This marks that decline in the statisfaction of the stakeholders and users especially the student. If this continues happenning, it,s feared the publict trust will lost at all and quality assurance programs, particulary in the architecture study program can not run again as it should be.            For that reason it must be reviewed and then analyzed the rrot of cause and look for a solution. A control management model used in the process of solving this problem is the PDCA model. But n this pepar the discusion is limited to the process of planning only.            The study result show that : (i) the student must switched on campus, specially related to the main subject namely architektural design studio, (ii) the lecture are allow to another work (a private project) whitin the campus but its doesnâ??t mean that disturb hour lecture, (iii) trainning adminitrative staff in creating a data base and archiving files to any need of student and lecture so it can be obtain qiuckly, (iv) tradisional balinese architecture subjct is diverted into an relative subject and itâ??s designd on the archipilago architecture as a subtitution ane, and (v) lecture facilities especially for the drawing studio should be revivaled and condition as comfortable as possible, so that makes student and lecture fee confortable.
