An Nisa'
An Nisa is a scientific journal for disseminating results of conceptual research or studies on gender and child, is published two times (June and December) a year. An Nisa is managed by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) at Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Bone. The publications through An Nisa include results of research or conceptual studies about gender, women, and child that have never been published elsewhere. The An Nisa is intended for experts, academics, practitioners, state administrators, and NGOs. The aim of this journal is to provide a venue for academicians, researchers and practitioners for publishing the original research articles or review articles. The scope of the articles published in this journal deal with a broad range of topics in the fields ofgender and child.

Consumerism, hedonism, as well as various doctrines of feminism that are not in line with the concept of religion, will result in the dilapidation of one's behavior. What's worse is when women are always isolated from their functions and roles. Therefore, women must come out of a humble stigma that has already been constructed in the community and motivates from and their people so that they do not participate in the paradigm of thinking of postfeminism which leads to dichotomy.]]>

<![CDATA[As the second source of Isamic teachings after the Qur’an, the hadith of the prophet Muhammad has provided an accurate understanding of how to comprehend the general contents of the Qur’an. And among those who have made a great contribution to the transmission of hadith is tabiin. tabiins are the third generation after the prophet and the companions. And among the narrations of hadith from among the tabiin, there is also among the women. It can be proved through the actualization of the women in the narration of the hadiths of the prophet well and correctly, thus it will produce a from of actualization that can be accounted for the credibility of the traditions narrated by the women’s tabiin. ]]>

<![CDATA[This article shows the role of caregiver of orphanage to form the character of discipline in improving children intrapersonal intelligence. The orphanage is a social institution that has a service program that is provided to answer the needs of the community in order to deal with social problems, especially the problems of poverty, stupidity and the problems of orphans, abandoned children who grow in the community. With the role of caregiver of the orphanage is to provide services based on the profession of social work to children who do not have a father or mother (orphan) or both (orphans) as a substitute for parents by loving, helping and guiding (nursing, preserving, and educating) the child is expected to form the character of discipline so as to improve the intrapersonal intelligence of the child (the intelligence in himself to recognize and understand himself).]]>

<![CDATA[This research aimed to find out the teaching skill of Islamic Religious Education teachers wowen , the result of the students’ learning outcome, and the relation between the teachers’ women skill andthe students’ learning outcome at Muhammadiyah junior high school Limbung, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the relation between the teachers’women teaching skill and the learning outcomes of the students at Muhammadiyah junior high school Limbung, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. This study applied quantitative descriptive research method. The population of the study was all of 3 teachers women and all students as many as 362 people. In addition, the sampeling technique in selecting the teacherswas Saturated sampling while the 34 samples from the students were selected using Random Samplin technique.. The instruments implemented in this study were questionnaires, interview guides, and documentation with inferential statistical analysis using Proudact Moment correlation techniques. The result of the research showed that the teaching skill of the teacher of Islamic education was 26,058 which was categorized as skillful, the result of students' learning outcome was 8,411 which was categorized as high, while the result of the data analysis obtained was r = 1.344. Hence, it was revealed that the relationship between the teaching skills of the teacher women of Islamic religious education and the learning outcome of the students at Muhammadiyah junior high school Limbung was categorized as very high.]]>

Not to mention the current challenges that require a woman to remain in her nature and wrestle into a career, a household and still have education in managing her household. <![CDATA[This article shows that the constitution or the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia can not be regarded as children's constitution which adopts the principles of child protection under the Convention on the Rights of the Child. It also shows that Indonesia is not serious about the theme of child protection discourse such as Ecuador, Egypt, Finland and South Africa in protecting, fulfilling and respecting and explicitly specifying the rights of children in its constitution. Based on the argument above, it is very urgent for Indonesia to do constitutionalism the rights of the child. Based on the principles that adopted by the convention on the right of the child as a solution as an effort to save and protect the rights of the child from negligence and neglect of the State to protect and fulfill the human rights and constitutional rights of the child. The effort of constitutionalism is also considered as a strengthening effort in the formation of legislation in the future as well as the basis or test stone of the Constitutional Court in handling the future judicial review of the Law which violates the norm on the protection of children's rights under the Constitution. In addition, it is urgent for constitutionalism and incorporates the idea of constitutional complaints in the Constitutional Court through the Constitution. Thus, as a basis for constitutional protection of the child if the State has neglect to protect the human rights and constitutional rights of the child by conducting constitutional complaint in the Constitutional Court, in order for the State to fulfill its constitutional obligations which have been regulated under the constitution.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper examines the portrait of women in the realm of politics in Indonesia, using qualitative descriptive, then the analysis of the results showed that the involvement of women in the realm of politics in Indonesia, recorded significant gains the names of women who contribute in political activity both before and after Indonesia became independent from the era of the Kingdom until it formed into independent and sovereign. A physical struggle against colonizers have capture names such as Cut Nyak Dien, Martha Tiahahu, Yolanda Maramis and so on. In the emerging national movement name Rasuna Said and Trine. While RA Kartini, Dewi Sartika and had carved their names as people who fought for the rights of women to acquire education and position in the realm of political equals with men. The new order era and the era of reform has broadened the way for women to be actively engaged in all aspects of life including politics.Various forms of political struggle was the Group of women, such as Parliament, the Cabinet, political parties, NGOs, and so on. In Indonesia it is generally the involvement of women in politics is quite high and significant proven in the election of regional heads in unison 2018 women win many politicians both at the level of the Governor and Governor or mayor.]]>

<![CDATA[The key to the permanence of marital ties, both monogamy and polygamy, is of course due to the foundation of love. However, if the nature of this love is based solely on the spouse or mere happiness of the world, it is only natural that a dispute occurs. The concept of philosophical Sufism and the theory of Irfani teach that the basis of marriage should be to anchor that holy love to the Supreme Love, in the fusion of self and ego to mortal towards Him. So even in polygamy, everyone in the family will not do it because they expect other praise. But all choices and blessings are imprinted only on the Divine of God.]]>

<![CDATA[This article is aimed to discuss about women position which is usually put in second part at social class. Deconstructing woman inferiority will be studied by using religious feminism at this article. This is result of qualitative research based on library study by looking at previous articles discuss the theme then analyzing them through religious feminism approach. The finding approves that emergence of sub-class woman are affected by people understanding about Islamic religious constructed by interpreter thoughts and Islam figures views which lead social believe and assumption. In addition, physical woman that needs man protection welcomes the emergence of women inferiority. Basically, the woman is created softly and weak more than man. It forces her to be protected by male like husband and enables him to arrogantly treat her inhuman.]]>
