Abstract

Acceptance of new students is part of the administrative process of admitting new students to the next educational level. This procedure is usually carried out every year. SMP A is a junior high school that always applies the procedure for admitting new students every year. The problem with admitting new students is the high number of students enrolled, making it difficult for the committee to select prospective students who are eligible and who are not eligible to enroll in SMP A. It is necessary to use a decision support system to solve various unstructured and semi-structured problems. This study aims to design a decision support system for implementing new student admissions using the Moora and Roc method for making decisions in new student admissions. After calculating the best alternative, it was found that Darma Situmorang was ranked first with a Yi value of 0.4565, while Dian Yunita Nababan with alternative A3 was ranked second with a Yi value of 0.4417. In the decision-making process, there are several methods to choose from, but in this study, the MOORA method was chosen because of its ability to better compare the criteria of each different alternative

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal process, career development and work specifications partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees work in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama. The study was conducted at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama, with a population of 103 people, and a study sample. of 50 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the IMB Statistics computer program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. Based on the analysis results obtained performance appraisal process have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama, this is supported by the results of t count analysis > t-table (2,095 > 2,014) at n = 50 at 95% significance level. Career development has a not effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama, this is supported by an analysis of t count > t-table (2,457 > 2,014) at n = 50 at 95% significance level. Work specifications has a not effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama, this is supported by an analysis of t count < -table (1,430 < 2,014) at n = 50 with a significant level of 95%. Value of F-count> F table (24,325 > 2,81) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of performance appraisal process, career development and work specifications on the performance of employees work of employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted by the truth

The study was conducted at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan Jalan Sukamulia Nomor 17A Medan, with a population of 106 people, and a study sample. of 96 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the IMB Statistics computer program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. Based on the analysis results obtained work facilities have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan, this is supported by the results of t count analysis > t-table (4,860 > 1,986) at n = 96 at 95% significance level. Career development has a not effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan, this is supported by an analysis of t count > t-table (3,297 > 1,986) at n = 96 at 95% significance level. Work supervision has a effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan, this is supported by an analysis of t count >-table (5,133 > 1,986) at n = 96 with a significant level of 95%.Value of F-count> F table (46,513 > 2,70) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of work facilities, career development and work supervision on the performance of employees work of employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan. Abstract

This rapidly growing technology can make it easier for anyone to use it for various activities, such as more efficient and effective employee attendance activities. The development of information technology to make it easier for users to complete their work. The 'Present' application is an application that helps employees and admins to start from attendance to calculating employee payroll. This study aims to identify the extent to which users can easily use this application by applying the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) method which involves evaluation variables such as recognized utility, perceived ease of use, attitude towards use, intention to use, and actual user. Questionnaires have been distributed online to respondents who are employees of PT. Kokowi Kuliner Indonesia, which is currently using the application. The findings of this study indicate that the factor that influences the user's ease of use in the application is the level of perceived ease of use intention, namely the variable perceived ease of use (ease) on intention to use (intention). And PT. Kokowi Kuliner feels dissatisfied with the use of the "Present" application for employee attendance.

Abstract

Aid is a program designed to help people who need it because they are in some kind of difficulty in ringing in their bebans. On this basis, a bantuan could consist of knowledge, a building, a piece of property, and even money or other benefits related to a previously granted jasa. Pengambilan keputusan adalah memilih a few available backup plans in order to accomplish one or a few previously set goals. According to McLeod, the keputus system is a particular system that is based on structure and uses data and a model.computer that produces a variety of alternative ideas for use by managers to assist them in handling a variety of problems that are poorly structured or not at allBased on the evaluation of alternative data and criteria using the Maut method, the model can be applied to four alternative data with the highest level of preferred outcome as shown below. : A7 Patience baringin manurung with a score of 0.733 A1 on behalf of Martumpal p hutajulu with a score of 0.465, A5 on behalf of pineeria simanungkalit with a score of 0.365, A3 on behalf of Janter lubis with a score of 0.344. So the MAUT (Multi Attribute Utility Theory) method can be used in solve the problem of selecting church officials who are eligible to receive merit assistance
