Abstract

PT Pertamina EP Field subang is part of Pertamina EP which is located in zone 7 regional 2 and is engaged in oil and gas drilling. The production area is spread across Subang and Karawang districts. Pertamina EP Field subang has a division tasked with Supporting all workers' needs, including the need for tools, materials and services, namely the Supply Chain Management (SCM) division. The HIRARC document for the SCM warehouse area does not describe risks based on the actual conditions of the warehouse because the creation of the HIRARC document was carried out before the warehouse was operational so that this situation could influence the risk of work accidents being greater. The aim of this research is to analyze risk by identifying and assessing risks and providing recommendations for appropriate risk control. The method used in this research is the Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) method. HIRARC is a method that aims to minimize the occurrence of accidents in the work area by identifying, assessing and controlling risks. Risk assessment by determining the rating of severity (S) and Probability (P) of potential hazards on each risk obtained in the previous stage carried out by the appropriate experts in this study. Then based on the risk assessment at the general warehouse, the results were obtained that 2 high-risk activities and 6 medium-risk activities were obtained. In the chemical warehouse, it was obtained that there were 1 high-risk chemical material, 5 medium-risk activities and 3 low-risk activities. In the yard warehouse, 3 high-risk activities, 1 medium-risk activity and 1 low-risk activity were obtained. For control recommendations that companies can do to minimize the occurrence of high risks, namely carrying out administrative control in the form of adding safety signs in the loading unloading area of the warehouse yard, making forklift lines, and adding PPE storage areas in the chemical warehouse area.

Abstract

Online training for health information system (HIS) introduction and capacity building offers a valuable solution for reaching remote healthcare providers. This approach provides cost-effectiveness and broad geographical reach. However, despite these advantages, online training presents several challenges, complicating its development. We aimed to design a precise online training program systematically which can be an alternative to reach remote healthcare providers. We also intend to give an important evaluation and possibility of online training in improving healthcare providers related to health information system. This paper shared insights from implementing online training for a zoonosis information system through an action research approach using a four-cycle process. We collaborated with stakeholders from various sectors, targeting healthcare providers at Primary Healthcare Centers (PHCs), zoonosis program coordinators from District and Provincial Health Offices across 10 regions in Indonesia, and national-level stakeholders. To ensure seamless online training, we used multiple platforms, including a Learning Management System, Wiki.js, Zoom Meetings, and an online discussion group. A hierarchical training model was developed, allowing national stakeholders to become trainers in future sessions. Despite the benefits in delivering new knowledge and experience in HIS, significant challenges included internet connectivity issues, affecting 60.00% of participants. The participants’ experience was a positive based on Community of Inquiry (CoI) evaluation framework. The evaluation showed that participants generally had a positive experience. Overall, online training proves to be an effective strategy for enhancing the information and technology skills of remote healthcare providers in HIS.

Abstract

In 2022, the application for grants for houses of worship in North Sumatra has reached 4,857 applicants and houses of worship have received funds of 1,341 recipients. With the number of applications for grants for houses of worship are very high each year, the fact that there is still a shortage of human resources in the implementation of the grant and the funds provided are also not too large. This has caused many houses of worship to be abandoned, applicants for funds are seen competing in obtaining these funds and also cause an unbiased assessment of houses of worship such as the influence of people you already know or so on. It is necessary to use a decision support system, which will make it easier for leaders to make decisions which houses of worship should be immediately given grants and are expected to be on target in choosing them. The research conducted by the author aims to build a website decision support system using the AHP method with the problem of determining the feasibility of Grant Aid House of worship facilities. The results of the decision can give consideration to officials in determining houses of worship that are eligible to receive funds. The result of the research are that there are 5 criteria that will be used, namely proposed funds, cost details, the house of worship, year of establishment of the House of worship, condition of and the level routine of the house of worship. Based on research, the best alternative is Gereja Pantekosta di Indonesia Jemaat Filadelfia Sait Buttu with a total of 0.17 and the lowest score is HKBP Distrik V Sumatera Timur Resort Tiga Dolok Palia Putar with a total of 0.08.

Abstract

Technology is developing very quickly and will continue to increase, so it plays an important role in the process of sending information or data from one device to another. The speed of transmission depends on the size of the data to be sent. Data with a larger size requires a longer delivery time. The amount of storage space required increases as more files are stored. This has led to the development of file shrinking techniques, also known as data compression techniques, with the aim of minimizing the loss of data quality after transmission and reducing the amount of storage space required. Compression techniques have several algorithms that can be used to reduce file size. As in this research, the compression process is done with the run length encoding algorithm and the fixed length binary encoding algorithm. Both algorithms have different compression results, so it is necessary to make a comparison. To make the comparison, 6 grayscale image files with *.jpg extension are used with different resolutions and compare their performance according to predetermined parameters. The compression comparison results of one image data resolution of 300 x 300 in the Run Length Encoding algorithm has a Ratio of Compression (RC) 1.038792, Compression Ratio (CR) 96.266%, Redundancy (Rd) 3.734%, Compression time 399ms, and Decompression time 297ms. While the Fixed Length Binary Encoding algorithm has a Ratio of Compression (RC) of 1.37, Compression Ratio (CR) of 73.248%, Redundancy (Rd) of 26.752%, Compression time of 3258ms, and Decompression time of 1047ms. So from these results it can be said that the better performance in compressing images is the Fixed Length Binary Encoding algorithm compared to Run Length Encoding.

Abstract

A coffee barista is a professional who is skilled in the art of brewing and serving coffee in an attractive and high-quality way. The role of a barista is not only limited to operating an espresso machine and grinding coffee beans, but also includes in-depth knowledge of different types of coffee beans, manufacturing techniques, and the resulting flavors. The main problem in the acceptance of coffee baristas often has to do with the gap between industry expectations and the skills possessed by prospective workers. Many candidates may lack formal training or practical experience in brewing coffee, so they do not meet the standards expected by cafes or restaurants. The purpose of the research on the Combination of Objective Weighting Methods using MEREC and ARAS in Coffee Barista Admission is to develop and apply a more systematic and objective approach in the selection process of prospective baristas. The combination of objective weighting methods and the new additive ratio assessment (ARAS) approach offers a sophisticated framework for evaluating candidates in coffee barista admissions. The objective weighting method ensures that evaluation criteria are prioritized based on their intrinsic importance, thereby minimizing subjective preference. When combined with the ARAS method, which ranks alternatives based on their performance ratio to the ideal solution, this approach provides a balanced and comprehensive assessment for each candidate. Based on the results of the evaluation of the barista admission selection, Clara Dewi ranked first with the highest final score of 0.98553, followed by Hanafi Lestari with a score of 0.95921 and Erika Santosa with a score of 0.95726 who ranked second and third.

Abstract

The government launched the Proposed Academic Achievement Scholarship (PPA) Program to help outstanding students. This scholarship is open to diploma and undergraduate students throughout Indonesia, both at state and private universities. Recommendations for this scholarship can be submitted by various parties, such as universities, government, NGOs, or organizations/companies. Apart from that, this program still has several shortcomings in its distribution, such as the lack of accurate data regarding the economic conditions and academic achievements of students which hinders the process of determining scholarship recipients who are on target, the large number of applicants and the manual process used takes a long time and has the potential to cause errors. This causes delays in distributing scholarships to recipients, in addition to the lack of clear and measurable criteria in the assessment process opening up opportunities for nepotism and favoritism, so that scholarship recipients are not always the most capable. To overcome this problem, data mining techniques are used, namely K-Means Clustering and decision making using the MAUT method. The reason this research combines the two methods is because K-Means groups students with similar GPA values, so that less data is selected using MAUT. There are 5 criteria used to select scholarship recipients including GPA, parents' income, academic achievement, non-academic achievement and ethics. This research sample took 150 students. Data was collected using K-Means Clustering into two clusters with the final centroid value of Cluster_0: 3,636 (79 data) and Cluster_1: 2,897 (71 data). Cluster_0 was chosen for the next process because it has a higher centroid value. As a result of selection using the MAUT method, 15 students were declared entitled to receive scholarships. The student with the highest final score was Monalisa Marbun (0.583) and the lowest (15th place) was Jonathan Panca S P Gultom (0.386).
