Abstract

One of the business sectors that rarely gets digital innovation is the sports business sector, such as the sports field rental business. The problem in this business is that there are still many business actors and their customers who carry out the conventional reservation process, namely by making books manually and this has an impact on the customer experience when conducting leasing transactions, and for business actors it also has an impact on financial recapitulation due to incorrect calculations. The purpose of this research is to develop an Android-based application that is able to provide a much faster and easier sports rental transaction process by integrating with firebase services (firebase authentication, firebase realtime database, firebase cloud messaging). This study uses the method of developing the Rapid Application Development system and in collecting data using qualitative methods, namely observation, interviews, and literature study. From this research, an android-based application has been successfully developed that is able to solve the problem of conventional sports facilities rental and minimize the occurrence of calculation errors in financial recapitulation by integrating it with firebase services.

Abstract

Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Provinsi Sumatera Utara merupakan Lembaga pemerintahan agama islam yang dibentuk dengan tujuan untuk mensejahterakan ekonomi umat islam dengan penyaluran zakat yang tepat sasaran dan juga sebagai wadah masyarakat yang ingin melakukan zakat. Di dalam Lembaga Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Provinsi Sumatera Utara terdapat bidang-bidang yang saling bekerja sama untuk mensukseskan lembaga, salah satu dari bidang tersebut adalah bidang Pendistribusian dan pendayagunaan. Bidang Pendistribusian dan pendayagunaan adalah bidang yang mengelola berkas-berkas atau data-data pemohon yang mengajukan bantuan dan juga menyalurkan bantuan zakat. Tetapi, dengan belum terkomputerisasinya pendataan dan pengelolaan data bantuan zakat menyebabkan pengerjaan yang dilakukan dengan tidak efisien dan lambat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun aplikasi pengolahan data bantuan zakat. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah metode prototyping. Metode prototyping merupakan metode yang dilakukan dengan membuat suatu prototype berdasarkan identifikasi kebutuhan pengguna akan aplikasi, kemudian prototype akan diuji oleh pengguna serta dievaluasi sampai menjadi aplikasi yang final. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi sangat membantu pihak Lembaga dalam pengelolaan data bantuan zakat. Selain aplikasi yang dapat melakukan CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) pada data yang dimasukkan, data yang telah tersimpan pada database dapat dicetak sehingga bisa menjadi data fisik yang dapat digunakan oleh pihak BAZNAS Provinsi Sumatera Utara apabila diperlukan.

Abstract

With rapid technological advancements, information systems have evolved significantly from mere data processing tools to integrated solutions that support decision-making and strategic management. The implementation of technologies such as cloud computing, big data analytics, and artificial intelligence has further enriched the functions and capabilities of information sys-tems. Additionally, the development of information systems includes more intuitive user inter-faces, mobility, and connectivity that allow quick and easy access to information. In the workplace, one of the problems employees face is performance evaluations that are not objective and transparent. Therefore, companies need to conduct performance appraisals that can motivate employees to achieve rewards for their work. Based on these issues, the development of an em-ployee performance monitoring and reporting information system is needed to help companies manage employee evaluations objectively and transparently. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, as a provider of social security programs in Indonesia, offers protection against employment risks. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kota Medan, in particular, plays an important role in providing social protection to workers and their families, creating a safer work environment, and contributing to national economic stability. Employee performance appraisals are conducted using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method based on four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth. The software development follows the waterfall method, with system design modeling using Unified Modelling Language (UML). The research results in an employee per-formance monitoring and reporting information system that facilitates companies in managing reporting and performance appraisals because the system implements calculations according to the BSC evaluation method.

Abstract

The standard service hospitals provide for their patients is a doctor's consultation. However, many patients need help accessing this service due to having to go to the hospital, queuing, and long waiting times. So that patients no longer have difficulty accessing consulting services, we need a system that can speed up consulting activities. The system development method used in Android-based e-consulting applications is the Scrum method. The system development process is somewhat accelerated using the Scrum methodology because all development activities require planning and timing for each sprint, starting with sprint planning, continuing through the daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective, which is repeated at each sprint to avoid delays in application development. By offering consultation services online, this system allows patients to access existing facilities and more efficiently supports the improvement of consulting services at existing hospitals, especially in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan merancang sebuah platform perangkat lunak berbasis website. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memungkinkan pelanggan memesan tiket perjalanan dengan mudah melalui aplikasi web, dengan tujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan serta memastikan kepuasan pelanggan. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada penelitian ini adalah pertama, bagi user pembelian tiket dilakukan dengan cara manual, yaitu dengan mendatangi tempat travel, permasalahan yang sering muncul adalah ketika user yang sudah datang ke tempat atau memesan melalui telepon namun tidak mendapatkan kursi pada jam keberangkatan yang diinginkan. Kedua, bagi perusahaan sangat sulit untuk merekomendasikan dan menginput unit dengan jam keberangkatan dan tujuan mana yang harus direkomendasikan kepada user. Dengan adanya penelitian ini user dapat memilih rute dan jadwal keberangkatan mana yang paling diinginkan tanpa takut kehabisan kursi, serta bagi perusahaan agar mampu menambah armada travel dan dapat mengevaluasi kemungkinan transaksi yang terjadi menggunakan algoritma apriori pada CV Rimo Travel ini.

Abstract

Kerusakan jalan merupakan masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Kerusakan jalan dapat menyebabkan gangguan dalam mobilitas masyarakat, meningkatkan risiko kecelakaan, meningkatkan resiko kemacetan, dan mempengaruhi kegiatan ekonomi di wilayah tersebut, sehingga diperlukan solusi yang efisien untuk rekomendasi perbaikan jalan. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini dibangunlah sebuah sistem informasi geografis rekomendasi perbaikan jalan dengan metode AHP-SMART yang kemudian hasilnya dipetakan menjadi pemetaan kerusakan jalan. Pada penelitian ini metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti yaitu Research and Development (R&D). Serta metode RAD sebagai metode pengembangan sistem.

Abstract

Daihatsu adalah salah satu industri otomotif dengan kapasitas penciptaan terbanyak serta mempunyai sarana Research and Development Center awal serta terlengkap di Indonesia.Di Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari meski bukan kebutuhan yang utama, mobil adalah salah satu perlengkapan transportasi yang terpenting digunakan manusia dalam aktivitas sehari-hari dikarenakan mobil berperan sebagai mobilitas manusia untuk berpindah ke suatu tempat sehingga proses penyeleksiannya harus tepat.Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem yang mempunyai tujuan untuk mempermudah pemilihan dengan metode yang akurat dan membutuhkan waktu yang singkat dalam proses pengambilan keputusan dalam penyeleksian mobil.Sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode MOORA(Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis),yang dapat memproses penyeleksian dengan akurat dan cepat sehingga diperlukan dalam menyeleksi mobil daihatsu yang akan direkomendasi.Adapun kriteria dan bobot yang digunakan yaitu C1 = Kategori Mobil (20%),C2 =Harga (15%),C3=Kapasitas Penumpang (10%),C4 =Kapasitas Silinder(20%),C5 =Transmisi(20%),C6 =Warna (15%).Di Bagian ini terdapat 25 Alternatif yang menjadi penyeleksian rekomendasi dalam pembelian mobil,maka dari itu hasil yang diperoleh adalah Xenia 1.3 X MT menjadi rekomendasi pertama dengan nilai optimasi 0.00049404796467179.Dari penelitian ini dihasilkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode MOORA untuk penyeleksian rekomendasi pembelian mobil daihatsu.

Abstract

The North Sumatra Province Youth and Sports Service is one of the government agencies that oversees the fields of youth services, partnership services and sports services in North Sumatra. Previously, the process of collecting contract documents and procurement of goods was carried out by manually inputting all transactions using the Microsoft Excel program. Bootstrap is a framework used to build responsive and attractive websites and is built by applying database development methods via phpMyAdmin, building program websites via Visual Studio Code using HTML, CSS, PHP, and Xampp. The system creation stage consists of analysis, UML design, database design, and the implementation. So that the Web-Based Information System for Disporasu Facilities, which was built using the Bootstrap framework, can process data smoothly, quickly, with minimal errors, and the information needed about contract documents and sporting goods can be obtained easily.

Abstract

The North Sumatra Youth and Sports Service is one of the government agencies responsible for youth services, partnership services, sports services and supporting services as regulated by law in North Sumatra Province. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of modeling and mapping the business processes of the North Sumatra Youth and Sports Department in accordance with Minister of Youth and Sports Regulation. By using Business Process Model Notation (BPMN) for business process notation and flowcharts for notation in compiling SOP documents. This research begins with assessing SOP needs, planning and preparing business processes, developing business processes, then verifying the business processes created, compiling SOPs and carrying out SOP verification and SOP validation. The results of this research are in the form of an optimum and efficient event business process model, as well as recommendations for improvements that can be implemented by the Youth and Sports Department.

Abstract

The design of an interactive educational application for jogging based on Android, is an application created to make it easier for people to know about the definition of jogging and the health benefits of jogging, this application was created with a smart apps creator and the Canva application which aims to make it easier for writers to create educational applications This interactive, the final result of this interactive educational application design project will use mobile device media, namely Android-based. The author raised this title because the author saw a lack of public awareness about exercising, especially jogging, therefore the author took the initiative to raise the title of creating this interactive educational application so that people know the importance of jogging.
