Abstract

Recommendations for employee recruitment are a fact that in an organization is always open. With recommendations for employee recruitment, new jobs and other activities are created. PT. Pegadaian (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) in the financial sector which operates in three corporate businesses, including financing, gold and various services. PT. Pegadaian annually recruits new employees, which in the employee recruitment process here at PT. Pegadaian also recruits employees with disabilities. Disabled employees are employees who have mental, physical limitations and have extensive intellectual and sensory knowledge for a long period of time so that interacting with the environment and society can encounter obstacles that make it difficult for them to participate fully based on equal rights. The solution to the problem above is to build a decision support system for hiring disabled employees at PT. Pawnshop. The method chosen to support solving the problem above is the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method, namely by giving weight to each available alternative option. This research produces a decision support system that can recommend the acceptance of employees with disabilities at PT. Pegadaian uses the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method. A trial was carried out by entering a data sample of 15 (fifteen) employees with disabilities. With the decision support system, it can provide recommendations for accepting disabled employees at PT Pegadaian based on ranking, from 15 candidates for hiring disabled employees based on the largest ranking: Alternative 1 with a value of 0.9645, Alternative 2 with a value of 0.9139, and Alternative 3 with a value of 0. 9101

Abstract

Regional income is an important factor that greatly influences regional finances which is useful as adding value to regional wealth. This research aims to find out what is included in Original Regional Income, what things influence original regional income and how to manage original regional income. This research uses data obtained from the Regional Revenue and Asset Financial Management Agency Office of Humbang Hasundutan Regency. The actual data used in this research is realized income from 2018 to 2020. In this research, the author uses the fuzzy time series method to make predictions. By using this method, the author will carry out a process of predicting or forecasting the amount of income from 2021 to 2023. By using this fuzzy time series method, the calculations carried out by the author produce conclusions with decent forecasting performance, namely in the MAPE value range of 20-50%, namely the error value is 32.86%. With this the absolute error is 11.83 and the prediction accuracy value is 67.17%

Abstract

Work productivity has become a key focus in an increasingly complex and changing business environment. The process of measuring and improving work productivity has become a pressing challenge for organizations in various sectors. This study explains the underlying issues of work productivity and the associated managerial implications. Analysis is conducted on factors that affect productivity, including occupational health and safety, work efficiency and innovative behavior. A quantitative approach was used in this study. The data collected came from a specially designed survey administered to employees. The number of employees who responded to the questionnaire was in accordance with the sample requirement, which was 130 employees from the production division only. These employees are employees of companies located in Sidoarjo City. The data that has been collected will then be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Through SPSS version 26, the proof of data analysis can be seen. From the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that occupational safety and health insurance and work efficiency and innovative behavior have a significant positive effect on work productivity. Occupational safety and health (K3) and work efficiency are the main pillars in creating a productive and sustainable work environment

Abstract

The Medan City National Land Agency is a government agency engaged in the land sector in accordance with the ATR/BPN ministry regulations which is responsible for all problems in the land sector. The Medan City National Land Agency is coordinated by the regional office and technically the administration is under the head of the Medan North Sumatra provincial land office. At the Medan City National Land Agency office, it is necessary to select the best employees in order to increase employee morale in carrying out services. In selecting the best employee the author uses the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method, this method is a method used to solve situations where several choices have different properties and interact with each other. From the results of the discussion that has been carried out by applying the MAUT method in accordance with the alternatives according to the criteria applied to the Medan City National Land Agency office, the ranking results obtained at the first level A4 are 0.88714 on behalf of Melda Sari Bancin. It is hoped that this research can help provide more precise information with more accurate calculations to be able to make decisions and be a solution in solving problems

Abstract

Midwives are professional health workers who have graduated from midwifery education and are registered in accordance with statutory provisions. In practice midwives have attended special training to be able to provide services in the form of midwife care in the form of caring for childbirth and other services. However, the selection of the best midwife, especially at STIKES Indah Medan, is done manually where internal parties make random choices so that complaints are received by patients in their services. In solving this problem, it is better to use a system where selectors can choose the best midwife according to the desired requirements. The system is SPK with Rank Order Centroid weighting through the MOORA (Multi Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis) method which will produce a solution on the part of STIKES Indah Medan to choose one of the desired midwives

Abstract

In Indonesia, there are several well-known hosting service providers such as Hostinger, Niaga Hoster and others. Each hosting provider has its own advantages both in terms of features and price offered, as well as providing additional features for free. Even so, users need to pay attention to some problems that may arise, such as problems with interrupted access and slow website speeds, limited storage capacity and low CPU, as well as security concerns. Therefore, in this study, researchers used decision-making techniques with decision support systems. In spk, of course there are many methods that are presented to the user so that the user can freely choose what method to use for solving each problem that occurs, the previous researcher has conducted a literature study on researchers who have conducted similar research on the research that I made, where there are several research conducted using only one application method, namely the WASPAS method, so of course it is less effective if the weighting of the importance level of the criteria is self-determined, so the researcher uses the WASPAS method as a ranking of 7 alternatives to be dissected and also uses the ROC method as a weighting method for 5 criteria in determine the best web hosting. The results showed that Niaga Hoster was the best choice with a final score of 0.9879, followed by Rumahweb with a final score of 0.9325, and Jagoan Hosting with a final score of 0.9184

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems faced by Estomih Hospital, Medan City, which is a container strategy in forming a way to process data or news for elements of a decision support system in handling or evaluating about how to service a job for the best employee at the Estomihi Hospital, Medan City and how to apply the method (WASPAS) in the sense of the word Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment for making decisions to assess the best employee performance. To overcome the problem of evaluating employee performance processes at Estomihi Hospital, Medan City, it can be solved using the WASPAS method. Research was conducted to identify the best employees. This can be an accurate data in the selection of the best employees because it is categorized as one of the right ways for government agencies to evaluate employee performance. So as to produce a more stable and stronger value, therefore it is also necessary to update a system or designer in order to determine the maximum value of criteria and weight, the advantage of this method is that it is very easy and fast to overcome therefore this stage can be carried out so that it is easy to compare the criteria for very good employees or Top Telelent in such a way that employees who are rewarded attract the interest of managers. The calculation results show that the recipient of the award is ranked 1 by A5 on behalf of Bawardi Nimas with a score of 843,750. The advantage of the results of this study is the application of the best employee performance design because research uses the stages of designing a system which is said to be the WASPAS method, therefore the results provide an effective and efficient evaluation and facilitate management in evaluating employee performance, and exceeding expectations from. Indeed, employee performance appraisal can increase employee motivation to improve the quality of their performance

Abstract

Voting Committee is a committee formed by Regency/Municipal KPU/KIP to carry out General Elections (elections) in other villages or sub-districts. The committee is a group of people appointed or elected to consider or take care of matters assigned to the group. General elections in a village become an activity that must be carried out every year that has been determined, where the community will vote to choose who deserves to be a leader through ballots (Balot). In the general election (Pemilu) a committee is needed to carry out the voting called (PPS). This Voting Committee (PPS) will help the community to carry out the general election process later at every level in accordance with the rules made. To choose the committee an Alternative and certain criteria. In this case the Siregar village head has the opportunity to recommend candidates who will become the voting committee who will serve in the village, but the lack of understanding of knowledge about what criteria must be owned by the voting committee makes it often wrong to recommend PPS candidates, and still manually process data from candidates to be recommended so that it takes a long time. Therefore a system is needed using certain methods to solve these problems, in this case the author uses a Decision Support System with the Multiobjective Optimization method on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOOSRA) because it can determine criteria that meet the requirements and deserves to be recommended this method is also considered capable of solving the problem because with this system an appropriate and accurate decision can be taken/drawn. Suara (PPS), which is the first alternative with the name Rohani Butar-Butar, is the best alternative with a total value of 4,812

Abstract

In a dynamic and increasingly competitive business world, organizational effectiveness is a major concern for business leaders and practitioners. However, organizational effectiveness is not solely about achieving financial goals, but also involves deeper aspects, including operational efficiency, innovation, adaptation to market changes, and employee engagement. For this reason, this research was conducted to analyze more deeply the problematization of organizational effectiveness by focusing on various factors that influence it, namely organizational culture, leadership, organizational commitment. This research uses a quantitative approach. This research can be started by collecting data through a specially designed employee survey. the research sample is employees who work in one of the multinational companies in the urban area of Surabaya. The identified employees totaled 150 employees. this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this study reveal that of the three independent variables namely organizational culture, leadership and organizational commitment can affect organizational effectiveness. Organizational culture, leadership and organizational commitment have an important role in shaping the identity and performance of an organization

Abstract

The development of the world of education is the responsibility of all educational staff by improving the quality of education. Student success is a benchmark for the quality provided by the school. Elementary school is a basic level of education where the quality of education must be really considered, because students must have good character in order to develop optimally. SDN What stands out most is that the role of school principals must be increased so that the quality of education can improve, because school principals must direct educational staff in adapting learning programs to suit the curriculum determined by the government. Quality education cannot come by itself, it must be done with careful planning and in accordance with the targeted goals. Therefore, methods or analysis are needed that can determine the best strategy for improving the quality of education. SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) is an analysis based on the internal and external strengths of an organization or agency. SWOT analysis can be used as a strategy to improve the quality of education. Based on the results of research conducted, schools must take advantage of existing strengths and opportunities to compete as the best school in Bukit Timah, but there are still things that need to be improved to achieve this, such as expanding teachers' knowledge of the latest curriculum, updating existing facilities and so on. On the other hand, by taking advantage of the school's strengths and existing school opportunities, the school can improve the quality of the school to be even better
