Abstract

Currently Indonesia is one of the exporting countries to industrialized and developing countries. The methods carried out in the research of the prediction of the export of jewelry and valuables from this main destination country use the ANN (Artificial Neural Network) method. The research data used comes from the official website of the government, the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency. In this study, the data used is data from 2013 to 2020 consisting of 8 destination countries, namely Switzerland, Singapore, Hong Kong, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Taiwan, the United States, and India. Based on this data can be determined network architecture model, namely 3 - 4 - 1, 3 - 8 - 1, 3 - 12 - 1, 3 - 16 - 1 and 3 - 20 - 1. After training and testing of the 5 models, it can be obtained that the best architectural model is on the 3-12-1 model with an MSE value of 0.033777975 on the ANN method

Abstract

In the Ayem Bareng Duck Livestock Group, the process of feeding currently used is still manual, namely by placing feed in the feed storage container provided in the duck cage. This becomes an obstacle for farmers because the feeding time is done 2-3 times a day, because it will take time and cost to get to the location of the duck coop. With the obstacles experienced, the author proposes to make a Prototype of a tool that can feed ducks automatically, on a scheduled basis and the amount of feed given can also be regulated. The components used in the tool are Arduino UNO, DC motor, Bluetooth Module HC-06 and others. The delivery method used is Prototype Evolutioner. The result of this research is a Prototype tool that can feed ducks automatically. With a feeding process that runs automatically and on a scheduled basis, the feeding will be regular, timely and the amount of feed given will also be precise and consistent. The process of setting the schedule and number of feeds can be done using an Android smartphone that is connected to the device via a Bluetooth connection. Another benefit of automatic feeding is that the time and costs incurred by farmers for feeding livestock will be less. The results of the research are tools that are able to feed automatically and on a scheduled basis.

Abstract

Saat ini, kemajuan digital pada dunia bisnis menyebabkan beragam perkembangan hingga menjangkau pasar yang sangat luas. Kini sama halnya pada pembayaran wajib pajak yang dapat diproses secara digital. Pada riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara signifikan kesadaran wajib pajak, kualitas pelayanan, e-tax terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak pada kantor pelayanan pajak sukomanunggal. Untuk menguji riset ini, peneliti mengumpulkan data survei 94 responden dan menggunakan random sampling serta teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil riset mengonfirmasi bahwa kesadaran wajib pajak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepatuhan waib pajak pada kantor pelayanan pajak sukomanunggal. Selanjutnya kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak pada kantor pelayanan pajak sukomanunggal. Sementara itu e-tax juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak pada kantor pelayanan pajak sukomanunggal.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dari kemajuan suatu bangsa di Indonesia, Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia adalah dengan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, seiring dengan keseimbangan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas X SMA Swasta Nasrani 3 Medan pada pembelajaran perangkat lunak dan perangkat keras komputer tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Subjek yang diteliti pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2020/2023 di SMA Swasta Nasrani 3 Medan yang berjumlah 21 orang. Metode pengumpulan data adalah melalui lembar tes soal, observasi dan dokumentasi dan penelitian Tindakan ini dilaksanakan dengan 2 siklus yang setiap siklusnya terdiri dari perencanaan, Tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Dengan Menerapkan 5 langkah – Langkah Model Pembelajran Problem Based Learning yaitu (1) Orientasi siswa pada masalah, (2) Mengorganisasi siswa untuk belajar, (3) Membimbing penyelidikan, (4) Mengmbangkan dan menyajikan hasil dan (5) Menganalisis dan mengevaluasi hingga kemudian Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menunjukkan keberhasilan penggunaan model problem based learning (PBL) di dalam pembelajaran berbantuan media video yang dapat dilihat berdasarkan nilai rata – rata dari siklus 1 dan siklus 2 terdapat peningkatan hasil yaitu dari nilai rata – rata siklus 1 yaitu 60,47 dan pada siklus 2 sebesar 82,14.

Abstract

When entering a message into the message container it often leaks the message. Like the insertion of images in video files, there are often leaks of inserted image messages caused by irresponsible parties or intentionally leaking the messages contained. As a result, the message to be sent will change or the message to be sent cannot be sent because these people deliberately leaked the contents of the message sent. Insertion using the Two Sided Side Match method allows the secret message to be sent to be more secure, because this method uses two neighboring pixel values ​​to be able to predict how many messages will be inserted in a pixel. So that the insertion can be done in such a way and the image files that are inserted in the video cannot be hacked by irresponsible people. This research can produce security applications and image insertion data can be secured without containing suspicion so that data leaks do not occur

Abstract

Assessment of teacher quality is one of the important things that schools really need. Imelda Medan Private High School every year conducts a performance appraisal of teachers. However, there are still obstacles such as printing and distributing questionnaires which are considered less efficient, requiring a lot of money and effort. As well as not using a particular system or method in processing the results of the questionnaire into grades and graphs for monthly reports and determining the best teacher. The clustering technique is one technique for assessing a teacher's performance and the K-Means algorithm is one of the clustering technique algorithms. This technique is very suitable for use in this study, namely evaluating the performance of teachers at Imelda Medan Private High School. The result of this study is the application of data mining with the K-Means algorithm method which can assess a teacher's performance using the criteria that have been obtained at the data collection stage.

Abstract

The selection of the best employee is the company's appreciation for the performance of its employees. This can motivate employees to be more motivated at work. To get the names of the best employees, a system is needed that performs the expected selection process and can produce objective and transparent information. In finding the best employees, the company does this by appointing without a reliable enough assessment. Therefore, a decision support system is needed in evaluating employee performance. This research uses the multi-attribute utility theory method. The data processed for this evaluation are 10 samples from CV Aurelia Weida Prima Medan. The evaluation is based on several criteria and weights given. There are 6 data criteria to assess employee performance, namely service (30% weight), integrity (20% weight), commitment (15% weight), discipline (20% weight), cooperation (13% weight), and employee performance (12% weight). From the calculation results, the employee who has the highest score is obtained. Therefore, the maximum value is obtained at A9 = 15.746, and the minimum value is obtained at A1 = 1.410. Will be considered for CV later. Aurelia Weida Prima Medan evaluates its employees over a while. It turns out that choosing the best employee performance helps CV. Aurelia Weida Prima Medan

Abstract

The best employee is someone who really has a big influence on the development and progress of the company, because a company really needs employees who have high loyalty and the ability to improve the progress of a company or forum. A company or forum cannot run well if there is no employee, because the progress of a company depends on these human resources. However, when determining the best employees, fraud often occurs because the determination of the best employees is still done manually which will later lead to a subjective element so that in determining the best employees based on performance there are 4 criteria including Discipline, Cooperation, Work Period, and Skills. So with this it is very necessary to have a decision support system in solving problems with the TOPSIS method which will later produce preference values ​​from alternatives and predetermined criteria. The final result is obtained by using the TOPSIS method where the highest alternative is A5 by obtaining a value of 0.9659 on behalf of Reza Yunanda Lubis. The method is also a very simple method and is also highly recognized as a very precise and accurate decision-making alternative

Abstract

PLN is one of the institutions that aims to implement Occupational Health and Safety (K3). Currently, PLN is very consistent in making improvements to work processes, staff capabilities, work techniques, and various assets that can support the achievement of Occupational Health and Safety. One of the facilities that can help smooth the implementation of OHS perceptions and details at PLN is a site-based application called Inspecta. The motivation behind this research is to decide and evaluate the use of data innovations related to risk situations, dangerous behavior, accident conditions, accidents and work-related illnesses. The method used in this study is the servqual method, which is one method that can be used to measure the satisfaction of inspector users. The assessment is completed in five parts of regulatory quality, namely: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. From the results of the exploration that has been carried out, it was found that the inspection application provides benefits in building awareness and paying attention to OHS reporting

Abstract

SD Adhyaksa 1 JAMBI, one of the educational institutions located in Jambi City, whose online registration process is still through the Google form. Management starts from the admin who receives the Google form after which it is inputted again into Microsoft Excel. So that some obstacles arise because they still use the manual method which takes time to process. The system currently used by SD Adhyaksa 1 Jambi Elementary School is registration of new students by first coming to the school to check the registration schedule and filling out the form provided by the committee. This study aims to design a website-based new student registration system (PSB) at SD Adhyaksa 1 Jambi Elementary School to make it easier for prospective students to register. The results of this study indicate that the system can manage the process of admitting new students at SD Adhyaksa 1 Jambi Elementary School using PHP and MYSQL. The results of this study are an application that can help solve problems that exist at SD Adhyaksa 1 JAMBI in registering new students to making reports
