Abstract

Nasyid Art Festival is an opportunity for young people, especially Muslim youth who are interested in the field of Islamic music. Usually, in this nasyid art, we often encounter an Islamic organization or every mosque or musholla administrator, there must be an organization called Youth Mosque or BKM (Mosque Management Agency) which will certainly facilitate the development of this cultural art so that it does not become extinct. However, we often find that in a Nasyid Art Festival fraud and KKN (Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism) often occur in the selection of champions at this nasyid art festival. Therefore the researcher is interested in implementing the MOORA method in solving a problem, after applying the MOORA method in determining the winner in the nasyid festival competition, the final results show that the best alternative with the highest Yi value is the A3 group Salahuddin alternative with a Yi value of 0.4765. The second position is occupied by alternative A2 group Rabbani with a Yi value of 0.4473, while the third position is occupied by alternative A4 group Qhairun with a Yi value of 0.4472

Abstract

Finding a model that explains and separates data classes is the process of classification in data mining, which is used to guess the class of an item with an unknown class. Numerous strategies have been developed since categorization can be applied in a wide range of applications. But a common issue with classification is class imbalance. Data predictability suffers as a result of the issue of unbalanced classes. There are typically not an equal number of examples in each class in real-world categorization datasets. Class imbalance is not a problem when there are not significant differences in how the classes are distributed. Due to class imbalance, prediction models may skew in favor of the majority class, with the minority class contributing little to the model. One often used strategy for addressing class imbalance is the resampling technique. This study's objective is to put the Resampling Algorithm into practice. Neighborhood Cleaning Rule Random Forest K-Fold Tune Grid Search was carried out on a dataset that includes cases of Low Birth Weight Infants (BBLR) in Majene Regency and breast cancer diagnoses, which was posted on the UCI website. The Neighborhood Cleaning Rule (NCL), a data processing method, eliminates noise or other disturbances from datasets used for modeling or analysis. The F1-Score, G-Mean, Accuracy, and Sensitivity values from the model are good.

Abstract

Nowadays people cannot be separated from cellphones. Mobile phones are a communication and technology tool that is commonly used to make it easier for users to communicate and do various things, such as playing games. To be able to play games, you need very good cellphone specifications, for example battery life, high RAM, high screen resolution, and a good cellphone processor. So, a decision support system is needed in choosing the best cellphone for playing games so that it can help cellphone users in determining the best gaming cellphone. Therefore, in needing to choose the best gaming cellphone, we can use the WASPAS (Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment) method to get a ranking of the best gaming cellphones.

Abstract

Powder is a makeup product that is owned by every woman who wants to look beautiful. This powder is easy to find in the market and the price varies, from cheap to expensive. Powder has a very important function, which is to make facial skin look healthier, prettier, fresher, even to hide imperfections such as acne scars or black spots which often reduce the perfection of the face. In choosing powder, consumers are often confused about choosing and determining which powder is good and suitable for use. Because of these problems, it is necessary to design a decision support system that can help make a decision in obtaining information in recommending powder. There are several methods provided by SPK including MOORA, WASPAS, MOOSRA, SAW, TOPSIS, WP, SMART, OCRA, ROC, AHP, PSI and others. The method used in this study is the MOORA method. The selection of the best powder is based on the use of criteria which will become predetermined rules for evaluating powder which will be used as an alternative research. Based on the calculation of the MOORA method for 6 alternatives, A2 was obtained as the first rank, followed by A3 and A4

Abstract

Acceptance of new students is part of the administrative process of admitting new students to the next educational level. This procedure is usually carried out every year. SMP A is a junior high school that always applies the procedure for admitting new students every year. The problem with admitting new students is the high number of students enrolled, making it difficult for the committee to select prospective students who are eligible and who are not eligible to enroll in SMP A. It is necessary to use a decision support system to solve various unstructured and semi-structured problems. This study aims to design a decision support system for implementing new student admissions using the Moora and Roc method for making decisions in new student admissions. After calculating the best alternative, it was found that Darma Situmorang was ranked first with a Yi value of 0.4565, while Dian Yunita Nababan with alternative A3 was ranked second with a Yi value of 0.4417. In the decision-making process, there are several methods to choose from, but in this study, the MOORA method was chosen because of its ability to better compare the criteria of each different alternative

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal process, career development and work specifications partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees work in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama. The study was conducted at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama, with a population of 103 people, and a study sample. of 50 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the IMB Statistics computer program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. Based on the analysis results obtained performance appraisal process have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama, this is supported by the results of t count analysis > t-table (2,095 > 2,014) at n = 50 at 95% significance level. Career development has a not effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama, this is supported by an analysis of t count > t-table (2,457 > 2,014) at n = 50 at 95% significance level. Work specifications has a not effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama, this is supported by an analysis of t count < -table (1,430 < 2,014) at n = 50 with a significant level of 95%. Value of F-count> F table (24,325 > 2,81) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of performance appraisal process, career development and work specifications on the performance of employees work of employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted by the truth

The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the IMB Statistics computer program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. Based on the analysis results obtained work facilities have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan, this is supported by the results of t count analysis > t-table (4,860 > 1,986) at n = 96 at 95% significance level. Career development has a not effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan, this is supported by an analysis of t count > t-table (3,297 > 1,986) at n = 96 at 95% significance level. Work supervision has a effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan, this is supported by an analysis of t count >-table (5,133 > 1,986) at n = 96 with a significant level of 95%.Value of F-count> F table (46,513 > 2,70) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of work facilities, career development and work supervision on the performance of employees work of employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan. Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of interest rates, foreign loans and exports on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data in this research is secondary data in the form of a time series in the form of annual data from 1992 to 2022. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research state that interest rates, foreign loans and exports influence foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. In an economy, the interaction between interest rates, foreign loans and exports is dynamic. It is important to manage these factors carefully so that the stability of foreign exchange reserves can be maintained, because foreign exchange reserves are one of the main indicators of a country's financial health. The government and central bank must always monitor and adjust economic policies by considering the impact of interest rates, foreign loans and exports on foreign exchange reserves

Abstract

This research aims to examine the mediating influence of exchange rates between macroeconomic instruments such as inflation, interest rates and capital flows on financial market performance. The data in this research is a time series from 1992 – 2022 using the Path Analysis model. The results of this research conclude that inflation and interest rates have an insignificant effect on the exchange rate. Meanwhile, capital flows have a significant influence on the exchange rate in Indonesia. Inflation, interest rates and exchange rates have no significant effect on financial market performance in Indonesia. Capital flows have a significant effect on financial market performance. Inflation has a significant effect on financial market performance through the exchange rate. Interest rates have no significant effect on financial market performance through exchange rates. Furthermore, capital flows have a significant effect on financial market performance through exchange rates

The study was conducted at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Binjai Jalan Jambi No.1, Rambung Barat, Binjai Selatan., Kota Binjai, Provinsi Sumatera Utara, kode pos 20722, with a population of 101 people, and a study sample. of 50 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the IMB Statistics computer program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. Based on the analysis results obtained work discipline has a effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Binjai, this is supported by the results of t count analysis > t-table (3,223 < 2,014) at n = 50 at 95% significance level. Work environment has a effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Binjai, this is supported by an analysis of t count > t-table (3,992 > 2,014) at n = 50 at 95% significance level. Work culture appraisal has a effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Binjai, this is supported by an analysis of t count >-table (11,210 > 2,014) at n = 50 with a significant level of 95%.Value of F-count> F table (56,432 > 2,81) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of work discipline, work environment and work culture appraisal on the performance of employees work of employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Binjai.
