Abstract

Gunadarma University campus has various websites. One of the websites owned by Gunadarma University is the studentsite. The studentsite website has been designed as well as possible but this website still needs a deeper evaluation so that users who visit the website can feel comfortable. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance, level of user satisfaction, and the parts that receive the most attention on the Gunadarma University studentsite website. This study uses the eye tracking method and the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. Based on the results of the study using the eye tracking method, the website performance is still less than optimal because there are still several parts that confuse users on the home page and dashboard. User satisfaction when using the website is relatively low, based on the results of the SUS questionnaire calculation which shows an average score of 53,64 and is categorized as a quality level of F. There are two recommendations for improvement, the first is on the home page, where the login button is moved to the center of the initial display of the website with a arger size and contrasting color. The second recommendation for improvement is on the dashboard, by adding tooltips to make it easier for users to understand the function of each menu or button available. This research can improve the Gunadarma University student website to be better and provide recommendations for web managers to make improvements.

Abstract

The lack of attention to electronic waste (e-waste), particularly regarding mobile phones, has a serious impact on global environmental issues. One of the main obstacles in the economic circulation of these devices is the subjectivity and technical difficulty in accurately assessing the physical condition of used phones. This research aims to address these challenges through the development of a circular economy platform prototype based on a mobile application that provides objective and automated phone condition assessment services. The system is designed using React Native Expo and integrates the MobileNetV2 Deep Learning model via TensorFlow Lite. Transfer learning methods are applied to a dataset covering various mobile phone brands such as Samsung, Xiaomi, and OPPO to train the model to recognize physical damage on the screen and body. Test results indicate that the system is capable of providing objective assessment with high precision for devices in prime condition (Grade A) at 0.95. However, objectivity for severely damaged phones (Grade D) remains a challenge with a precision of 0.22 due to training data imbalance. Nevertheless, the application prototype successfully presents a transparent real-time scanning feature. This research contributes to providing a technical solution that bridges the trust gap through automated assessment standardization, thereby minimizing manual inspection subjectivity and promoting supply chain efficiency in the electronic circular economy.

Abstract

ITS is a company engaged in the construction sector and routinely conducts employee performance assessments. However, the current assessment process is still subjective because it is only carried out by superiors without the involvement of other parties and without clear assessment criteria to support decision-making. This study aims to develop a web-based employee performance assessment information system by implementing the 360 Degree Feedback method, which allows for comprehensive evaluations from various perspectives, including superiors, coworkers, and subordinates. The system development process uses the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Problem analysis is carried out using the Fishbone method to identify the main causes of the ineffectiveness of the previous system. The system design is depicted through UML diagrams, while application development uses the Yii Framework and MySQL database. Functional testing of the system is carried out using the Black Box Testing method to ensure each feature runs as expected. The results of this study are a web-based employee performance assessment information system that assesses based on three main criteria: discipline, technical skills, and personality, resulting in a more objective, accurate, and comprehensive assessment.

Abstract

The Free Nutritious Meal Program (Program Makan Bergizi Gratis, MBG) is a national policy aimed at improving public nutritional quality, particularly among school-aged children. Despite its strategic objectives, the program’s implementation has generated diverse public responses, widely expressed through social media platforms. This study aims to analyze public sentiment toward the Free Nutritious Meal Program using the Claude Sonnet 4.5 model with a zero-shot classification approach. The study was conducted online using YouTube user comments on videos discussing the MBG program as the data source. Data were collected through the YouTube Data API between January 5 and January 20, 2026, yielding a total of 5,036 comments. After preprocessing, 4,737 clean comments were retained for analysis. Sentiment classification was performed without model retraining by leveraging the contextual understanding capabilities of Claude Sonnet 4.5. Model performance was evaluated using a Confusion Matrix by comparing automatic classification results with manual labels on 20% of the data as an evaluation sample. The results indicate that relevance classification achieved an accuracy of 97.89%, while sentiment classification reached an accuracy of 94.60%. Sentiment distribution was dominated by negative sentiment at 57.8%, followed by neutral sentiment at 21.5% and positive sentiment at 20.7%. This study contributes by proposing a Large Language Model–based framework for public policy sentiment analysis using Claude Sonnet 4.5 with a zero-shot classification approach, enabling accurate analysis of Indonesian-language public opinion without reliance on labeled training data.

Abstract

Information system security forms a fundamental backbone for ensuring the continuity of digital services in the modern era, especially in educational environments that heavily rely on information technology. Educational institutions face serious challenges in maintaining data confidentiality, integrity, and availability due to limited resources, weak policy enforcement, and low user literacy in cybersecurity. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of educational information system security using the ISO/IEC 27001 framework and Gap Analysis approach. The research method employs a qualitative approach with international standard-based evaluation techniques, system observation, and interviews with system administrators. The findings show that out of 14 ISO/IEC 27001 control domains, only 3 domains (21.4%) are fully implemented: access control (A.9), communications security (A.13), and physical security (A.11). The highest security gaps are found in the information security incident management domain (A.16) with 0% implementation, business continuity management domain (A.17) at 15%, and compliance with policies domain (A.18) at 20%. The system has implemented HTTPS protocol, limited two-factor authentication, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), but lacks formal security policies, SIEM-based threat monitoring systems, automated backup procedures, and regular security training programs. The gap between actual conditions and ideal standards indicates the need for a holistic approach that integrates technical, managerial, and educational aspects to build a resilient, secure, and sustainable educational information system.

Abstract

The development of the automotive industry has become a strategic sector in the national economy, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. To remain competitive, the automotive industry must continuously find new methods to improve product quality, such as in aluminum alloys which are widely used in vehicles. However, the use of secondary aluminum alloys is still common, and one of the main challenges in producing automotive components from these secondary alloys is controlling casting defects such as porosity, cracks, and non-uniform microstructures defects that are generally caused by iron (Fe) content and imperfect casting processes. This study aims to evaluate the effects of variations in experimental Fe content (1.2-1.8%) and the addition of the Al-5TiB grain refiner (0.45%) to an Al-7Si alloy on fluidity, hardness, and microstructure. The results show that the alloy treated only with Al-5TiB produced the highest fluidity (106.5 cm). Addition of Fe at the lower portion of the experimental range (1.2-1.4%) drastically reduced fluidity to 53-57.5 cm, whereas at the middle portion of the range (1.6-1.8%) fluidity recovered to 86-98.5 cm. The optimal combination Fe 1.6% with Al-5TiB 0.45% yielded a fluidity of 92.3 cm together with a synergistic hardness averaging 78.22 VHN. The best microstructure was achieved under these conditions, featuring equiaxed α-Al grains sized 26-40 µm, well-defined grain boundaries (<0.5 µm), and a dispersion of intermetallic particles (Fe₂AlB₂, AlTi) as well as TiB₂ crystallites of ~24 nm, which enhance surface strengthening without compromising flowability.

Abstract

Education on waste sorting is an important foundation in sustainable environmental management, but the use of conventional learning media still has limitations in attracting student interest and engagement. With the development of digital learning technology, serious games have the potential to become an alternative, more interactive and effective educational media. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the serious game ECOGO on student learning outcomes and analyze the game's playing experience and usability level. The study involved 30 students of Meitrya Junior High School, Batam (aged 12–14 years) with a quasi-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design. Data were collected using a knowledge test, a Likert-scale usability questionnaire (0–4), and the Game Experience Questionnaire (GEQ) core module, then analyzed using a paired sample t-test and descriptive analysis. The results showed a statistically significant increase in learning outcomes between the pre-test and post-test scores (p < 0.001). The usability evaluation showed an average score of 2.94 on a scale of 4, indicating a high level of ease of use and user acceptance. The GEQ results confirmed a very positive gaming experience with high average scores on Positive Affect (3.27), Flow (2.99), and Competence (3.21), and low scores on Negative Affect and Tension (≈0.67). These findings indicate that a positive and immersive gaming experience contributes to improved student learning outcomes, thus ECOGO is considered effective as an interactive learning medium based on serious games in junior high school education.
