Abstract

The era of globalization is marked by the development of technology and information, this has an impact on the human need for information. PMB(Reception New Students) is a routine college activity at each opening of new teachings. The implementation of PMB is not without questions that has been asked before. By making use of technology information the an FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) was born which contain answers of the questions that are often asked by people who are need information. To reduce the question repeatedly, then an FAQ answering system was built by applying TF-IDF (Term Frequency - Inverse Document) and the cosine similarity algorithm. TF-IDFweighting is a method for giving weights the relationship of a word (term) to a document is based on two concepts, namely frequency of occurrence of words in a document and frequency inverse documents containing the word. Meanwhile, cosine similarity is a method used to calculate the level of similarity between two objects. This method calculates the similarity between two pieces the object represented in two vectors using keywords of a document as a measure. This study uses 7 data samples from all FAQ data obtained from an interview with Ms. Susilawati, S.Kom. The sample data used will go through a processpreprocessing, TF-IDF weighting, and the cosine similarity method fordetermines the highest level of similarity that will come out as a result end. By using TF-IDF weighting and the cosine similarity method on 7 sample data can get an accuracy rate of up to 64,28%.

Abstract

Currently, Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) has become a disease that is quite common in the world. In Indonesia, people with ENT disease are around 190-230 per 1000 population. The types of diseases studied in this study were Serous Orthitis Media, Nasal Polyps, Acute Pharyngitis, Retrofaryngeal Abscess, and Nafosaryngeal Carcinoma. The purpose of this study was to make an application of an expert system for the diagnosis of ENT diseases using forward chaining inference and certainty factors that can facilitate medical personnel to diagnose types of ENT diseases. The stages of developing an expert system in this study consisted of problem identification for problem domain, knowledge acquisition was used to obtain the MB and MD value of each symptom in ENT disease with the interview method, the design was used to design knowledge representations such as decision tables and inference engine. With the expert system of ENT disease diagnosis, it can make it easier for doctors to make decisions, or the right diagnosis of a symptom that arises in ENT, so that proper treatment is obtained and minimizes the occurrence of misdiagnoses

Abstract

Guna mendapatkan pelayanan Kesehatan di Pusat Pelayanan Kesehatan masyarakat (Puskesmas) biasanya diawali dengan antrean, antrean merupakan aktivitas menunggu untuk dilayani oleh satu orang atau lebih guna mendapatkan pelayanan yang diinginkan. Pasien yang melakukan kunjungan Puskesmas, biasanya akan mendaftar terlebih dahulu ke loket dan kemudian diberikan nomor antrian manual dan petugas mencatat kedalam buku kunjungan dan buku tersebut sebagai rekam kunjungan sehingga setiap kali kunjungan, staf akan mencari buku pasien dan memastikan apakah pasien terdaftar atau tidak, yang menyebabkan proses pelayanan menghabiskan waktu lebih banyak. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian untuk sistem antrean, antrean dengan memanfaatkan teknologi IoT (Internet of Things) yaitu RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) dengan obkjek e-KTP (electronic Kartu Tanda Penduduk). Pada penelitian dengan menggunakan e-KTP yang di tempelkan pada alat RFID perekaman informasi pengunjung puskesmas cukup satu kali pendataan saja dan untuk kunjungan berikutnya pengunjung tidak perlu dicatat lagi ientitasnya, pengunjung puskesmas hanya mendaftar ke bagian/ poli yang ingin didatangi, seingga dapat memudahkan petugas / staf Puskesmas. Proses identifikasi menggunakan RFID dengan objek e-KTP dapat terjadi dengan menggunakan gelombang elektromagnetik, proses identifikasi RFID membutuhkan dua perangkat yaitu tag dan reader agar dapat berfungsi dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Guidelines for Rapid Application Engineering (GRAPPLE) agar dapat menghasilkan luaran dari sistem ringkas namun tidak mengurangi kualitas sistem yang dibangun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pelayanan Puskesmas salah satunya pada proses antrean. Sistem Informasi Pusat Layanan Kesehatan Masyarakat Menggunakan RFID dan objek e-KTP dapat dibuat dan dioperasikan dengan mikrokontroler ESP8266 sebagai pusat kendali rangkaian dan fitur Multi Database yang memudahkan dalam sinkronisasi dengan sistem Rekam Medis, sehingga sistem informasi yang di buat dapat diimplementasikan pada Puskesmas

Abstract

Dewasa ini pemanfaatan teknologi untuk meningkatkan hasil pertanian tumbuh pesat. Salah satu bentuk pemanfaatannya adalah dengan menggunakan energi terbarukan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas hasil pertanian. Energi terbarukan yang implementasinya sudah sangat banyak adalah Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS). Pengunaan PLTS sebagai sumber energi alternatif yang digunakan untuk pengerak alat perontok dan pengering padi otomatis. Petani selalu kesulitan saat musim penghujan maupun kemarau kering tiba-tiba dan sinar matahari tidak dapat mencapai intensitas maksimal saat digunakan untuk mengeringkan padi secara konvensional, oleh karena itu alat perontok dan pengeringan padi otomatis tenaga PLTS sebagai alternatif solusi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberi wawasan dan pengetahuan akan pembuatan dan prinsip kerja dari alat perontok dan pengeringan padi otomatis tenaga PLTS sebagai alternatif solusi untuk meningkatkan padi secara teknologi, dengan demikian diharapkan masyarakat mendapatkan manfaat lebih cepat dalam pengeringan padi dan menghemat biaya untuk pengeluaran memanen padi, sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas hasil pertanian.

Abstract

– Streaming is a term for a video or audio file that can be played without first downloading the file. Streaming can also be interpreted as a technique used to transfer data so that it can be processed continuously and continuously. Currently, there are many applications that run audio and video streaming, such as Gnump3d, Spotify, Joox, Deezer and so on. The number of applications does not guarantee the quality of service or good QoS if run on the internet network that passes through many network devices. QoS problems on Audio Streaming media will not be seen much on physical servers but will be seen if the application is installed on a Virtual Private Server. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of service quality or QoS generated by a Gnump3d application installed on a VPS by only paying attention to the parameters of Delay, Jiiter, Packet, Loss and Throughput. The research methodology uses the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) methodology. The results of this study obtained that the QoS of audio streaming is considered good based on the TIPHON QoS measurement standard and only one QoS parameter is considered to have failed, namely Jitter because it has a value that does not match the standard.

Abstract

Most household appliances use electricity as their energy. The need for electricity from year to year is getting bigger. Measurement of electrical power usage is usually done using simple measuring instruments and recording is still manual so that the data obtained cannot be done all the time and the results take too long to obtain. The appropriate technology for this problem is the Internet of Things (IoT) based electrical power monitoring system technology. capable of providing accurate and real-time results. The methods carried out are arranged in several stages, starting from data collection, design, configuration, implementation. The tools used in this research will use NodeMCU as the microcontroller, ACS712 current sensor as the electric current sensor, Virtual Private Server (VPS) as the web server. The results of this study are an electrical power monitoring system that makes it easier to monitor electrical power at home. The accuracy of power measurement by the system is 92.87%. Based on the error value, the electricity consumption monitoring system is good enough to be implemented at home.

Abstract

Internet of Think (IoT) is emerging as a big issue on the internet, it is expected that billions of objects will be equipped with various types of sensors connected to the internet through networks as well as technology support such as embedded sensors and actualization. This study aims to design and analyze the application of a prototype door locking system via the internet using Arduino Uno based on Android. This research uses the SDLC method in designing and developing a prototype door lock system over the internet using Arduino Uno based on Android. There are 3 stages of the SDLC method used in this research, namely Requirements Analysis, System Design, and System Implementation. The input from this system is in the form of on and off commands from smartphones that are sent to thingspeak as a server service and will be continued to Arduino devices that have been connected to a solenoid doorlock. If the door is opened, the magnetic sensor switch will send the information back to Thingspeak and continue to the smartphone as feedback. The results of the tests that have been carried out are that the average time required for lock = 4.36 seconds and unlock = 5.30 seconds, while the average sensor test time required to send sensor data with conditions Open = 12.33 seconds and Closed = 12.43 seconds. The delay time depends on the condition of the network connected to the system.

Abstract

Background: CV Permata Hijau Delapan is a shop engaged in Electronic sales that has not implemented a strategy on product sales and marketing, this shop has introduced a sales system through social media, but has not used a recommendation system on the website.Objective: To examine the application of cross selling strategies in the e-market of electronic products owned by CV Permata Hijau Delapan.Methods: The system can recommend products that are widely purchased by consumers of CV Permata Hijau Delapan by applying the cross selling method.Result: The system built accommodates the process of sales transactions and product orders online. Survey through google form to customers. It can be seen that the average percentage of each customer satisfaction is towards the product by 65.1%, towards the price by 74%, towards customer service by 75.6%, and towards the shopping experience by 79.8% overall. It can be seen that the dominant customer satisfaction in the survey is towards the shopping experience of 79.8%.Conclusion: This study shows that the implementation of cross-selling strategies in the e-market of electronic products CV Permata Hijau Delapan is efective in increasing sales.

Abstract

Background: PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk is the largest company in the telecommunications sector in Indonesia. PT Telkom's share price always rises every year, attracting investors to invest. In investing, it is very important to analyze shares in order to know the situation and condition of the shares. Objective: This research aims to predict the share price of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk. Methods: The method used is the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA)-Fuzzy Time Series Cheng hybrid method. Cheng's FTS model is able to overcome nonlinearity problems in ARIMA model residuals. In this research, the first modeling uses the ARIMA model, where the data is divided into two, namely January to November 2019 data used as training data, and December 2019 data used as testing data. Next, residual modeling was carried out with FTS Cheng. Hybrid forecasting is obtained by adding up the results of ARIMA and FTS Cheng forecasts. Result: Model evaluation is based on MAPE values and in this study the MAPE value of the ARIMA-FTS Cheng hybrid model was obtained at 1.03\% for training data and 1.09\% for testing data. Conclusion: The hybrid model has a MAPE value of less than 10\%, so it can be concluded that the ARIMA-FTS Cheng hybrid model can predict PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk stock closing price data accurately.

Abstract

Background: Tourists visiting Lombok Island can access various sources of tourist information and can share their views and tourist experiences through social media such as positive and negative experiences. Objective: This research aims to analyze the sentiment of Lombok tourism reviews using the Smote-Tomek Link and Random Forest algorithms.Methods: The research was carried out in several stages, namely collecting the Lombok tourism dataset, text preprocessing, text weighting using the Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) method, data sampling using SMOTE-Tomek Link, text classification using Random Forest, and the final stage was performance testing based on accuracy. Result: The research results obtained using the Smote-Tomek Link and Random Forest methods in sentiment analysis analysis of tourist reviews about Lombok were 94%. Conclusion: The use of the Smote-Tomek Link and Random Forest methods in Lombok tourism sentiment analysis produces very good accuracy.
