Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and task complexity on job satisfaction through work motivation directly or indirectly at PT. Bank Sumut Branch of Sukaramai Medan. Path analysis research design is used as an analytical tool to determine the direction of the variables studied and to justify how significant the influence of the dependent independent variable is directly and indirectly through the mediating variable. In this study, the associative method is used with a quantitative approach. In this study, the entire population that became the sample was 103 employees at PT. Bank Sumut, Sukaramai Branch Medan. The results showed that compensation had a significant effect on work motivation, task complexity had no and no significant effect on work motivation, compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, complexity. Duties have no and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has no significant effect on work motivation through job satisfaction, task complexity has no effect on job motivation through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment, organizational culture on Intent to Leave, organizational commitment to Intent to Leave and organizational culture on Intent to Leave through organizational commitment. The population in this study were 114 respondents and using saturated sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on intent to leave, organizational commitment has no significant effect on intent to leave and there is no direct influence between organizational culture on intent to leave through organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of suitability of work placement and compensation on work performance in the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. To find out whether the level of education moderates the effect of suitability of work placement and competence on work performance in the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. The population in this study was 175 people, and using slovin obtained a sample of 121 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and MRA. The results showed that the suitability of work placement had a significant effect on job performance in the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. Competence does not affect work performance at the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. The conclusion that can be obtained from the above results is that the moderator is proven to be significant in influencing the suitability of work placement for work performance. The conclusion that can be obtained from the above results is that the moderator is proven to be significant in influencing competence on work performance.

Abstract

The need for fast transportation services has caused several businesses to try to create application-based transportation applications according to market demand. To answer this market need, application-based transportation is needed that can implement e-service quality and provides prices following consumer expectations so that it is expected to be able to foster strong brand awareness of the application. The purpose of this study is to analyze the contribution of e-service quality, price, and brand awareness to customer satisfaction. This research was conducted by distributing 180 questionnaires to active users of the Jacket application and only 120 questionnaires that can be used. Tests were carried out with the help of statistical tools in the form of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square. The results showed that e-service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. The results of further research show that price has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction. As for the results of the last study, it was found that brand awareness had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the driving factors for the development of the Sepandan Pantai area in Amed Village; and the influence of the involvement of traditional village elites on strengthening the identity of local institutions. The development of research findings in the field is integrated with cultural research. The research location is in Amed Village, Abang District, Karangasem Regency. The research data consisted of primary and secondary data. Primary data collection techniques are obtained through a process of observation and direct interviews with respondents and resource persons based on interview guidelines. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Results: The embodiment of the traditional Balinese spatial concept at the Amed Beach border is expected to be able to accommodate the concepts and philosophies of Tri Hita Karana, the concepts of Tri Angga, Luan Teben, Catus Patha and Sanga Mandala, resulting in a hierarchy and spatial structure in accordance with the conceptual formulation in its implementation. The space distribution created is based on the basic output of the concept of traditional Balinese spatial patterns. Spatial orientation on the Amed coastline. Based on the cosmological arrangement of Balinese philosophy and the concept of traditional space, it gives the meaning of harmony between space and its contents, within the scope of the coastal area of ​​Amed Traditional Village.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah membawa pengaruh terhadap pendapat negara menurun, meningkatnya angka kemiskinan dengan beragam skenario pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan penghasilan masyarakat yang merosot tajam. Menyongsong new normal merupakan agenda bagi stakeholders terkait untuk mereview tata kelola pemerintahan, ketahanan kesehatan, termasuk modal sosial yang dibangun atas dasar konsensus, nilai dan moral, dan daya dukung melalui jejaring kerjasama yang mengedepankan sinergi mutual antara negara, swasta, dan masyarakat. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji stategi pemulihan penguatan kewilayahan degan pemetaan keuaggulan poteni daerah di era new normal; dan rancangan kebijakan penguatan wilayah dan pemetaan potensi daerah. Metode kualitatif dengan studi pustaka yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, strategi pemulihan perekonomian nasional pasca resesi masih membutuhkan lebih banyak waktu. Rancangan kebijakan penguatan wilayah dan pemetaan potensi daerah yang heterogen menjadi pendekatan kebijakan untuk merespon kebutuhan ekonomi berbasis masyarakat yang mencerminkan demokrasi ekonomi dengan pelibatan perangkat adat sebagai wujud realiasi kebijakan lebih lanjut. Akses transfaransi informasi perlu optimalkan melalui media virtual sehingga memudahkan pihak peneliti, masyarakat, maupun akademisi, serta praktisi mengakses informasi terkini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, price, and brand image on customer satisfaction with the services of the Gra,b online motorcycle taxi application. The sample in this study was 109 users of transportation services from online motorcycle taxis Grab using the purposive sampling method. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the relationship between the variables of service quality, price and brand image on customer satisfaction. The results of research data analysis show that the price variable, brand image partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction for Grab's online transportation services, while service quality partially has no significant effect on customer satisfaction for Grab's online transportation services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of innovation and creativity on consumer satisfaction at UKM Dina, Ntobo Village. The approach used in this research is to use an associative approach. The population in this study amounted to 100 people with a sample of 100 consumers. The sampling technique used was incidental sampling, the data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and literature study. Data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, T test, and F test by using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. It shows that innovation has a partial effect on consumer satisfaction at UKM Dina, Ntobo Village, creativity has partial effect on consumer satisfaction at UKM Dina, Ntobo Village, innovation and creativity simultaneously affects consumer satisfaction at UKM Dina, Ntobo Village.

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the effect of brand image, product quality, price and promotion on consumer satisfaction. The variables used in this study include brand image (X1), product quality (X2), price (X3), promotion (X4) and consumer satisfaction (Y). This research was conducted with a quantitative approach with a sampling method using purposive sampling using roscoe count so that 100 respondents who use Honda Beat can be taken. Data collection techniques with a Likert scale to make it easier for respondents to fill out the questionnaire. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS tools to see the results of the data obtained. The results showed that brand image, product quality, price and promotion had a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah yang bergerak di bidang makanan ringan di Kota Payakumbuh dan strategi yang diperlukan untuk mengembangkan industri kecil menengah di Kota Payakumbuh. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan yaitu studi lapangan dan studi perpustakaan.Analisa yang digunakan yaitu analisis SWOT. Analisa SWOT, menghasilkan strategi sekaligus posisi industri Makanan ringan diperoleh 9 strategi yaitu : (1) Optimalisasi Peningkatan Produksi, (2) Strategi perluasan pasar, (3) Strategi peningkatan inovasi dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam produksi, (4) Strategi Pengembangan Produk, (5) Strategi Pengembangan kemitraan, (6) Strategi Pembinaan dan pelatihan dari pemerintah, (7) Strategi pengembangan Kawasan Industri, (8) Strategi peningkatan kualitas dan daya saing produk dan (9) Strategi Penguatan dan pengembangan pemasaran produk makanan ringan.
