Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (a). mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan, (b). mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan, dan (c). mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung budaya organisasi dan kompensasi terhadap semangat kerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada kantor direksi atau kantor pemasaran perusahaan perkebunan yang ada di Kota Medan, dengan teknik sampling menggunakan random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan menyebarkan kuesioner, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur yang telah memenuhi semua asumsi – asumsi yang perlukan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (a). budaya organisasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan, (b). budaya organisasi, kompensasi dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap semangat kerja, dan (c). budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan terhadap semangat kerja melalui motivasi kerja karyawan, sedangkan kompensasi memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan terhadap semangat kerja melalui motivasi kerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the organizational change, organizational culture and work behavior on performance, The population of this study are all employees and leaders who work in PT Sisirau Medan that is as much as 80 respondents. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample, using the entire population as a sample of 80 people. Data were collected using observations and questionnaires. Furthermore, data analysis is tested by using multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The result of this research is organizational change has a significant effect on employee performance, the influence of organizational change on employee performance is 95.6%. Organizational Culture has a significant effect on employee performance, the amount of influence of Organization Culture on employee performance is 71.2%. Work Behavior has a significant effect on employee performance, the effect of Work Behavior on employee performance is 31.2%. Simultaneously Organizational Change, Organizational Culture, and Work Behavior have a significant effect on Employee Performance in PT Sisirau Medan. The amount of Organizational Change, Organizational Culture, and Work Behavior in explaining performance is 79.9% while the remaining 20.1% is explained by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

Sebagian masyarakat di Desa Sei Rotan Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang berpenghasilan rendah. Untuk menambah penghasilan kaum ibu yang tergabung di Kelompok PKK Desa Sei Rotan membantu untuk mencari penghasilan tambahan dengan membuat makanan olahan rumahan untuk dijual. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para ibu – ibu tersebut adalah metode pembungkusan yang tidak praktis, plastik yang sangat tipis, untuk merekatkan bungkusan menggunakan lilin dengan cara membakar plastik pembungkus, kemudian metode pemasarannya belum memanfaatkan media sosial. Tujuan pengabdian ini dilakukan agar permasalahan pembungkusan produk, jangkauan pemasaran yang terbatas dapat diselesaikan dengan baik. Metode pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara memberikan pelatihan teknik pembungkusan dengan menggunakan mesin vacuum sealer, membimbing mereka mempromosikan produknya di media sosial. Hasil pengabdian dini menunjukkan pengabdian masyarakat ini berjalan dengan lancar, serta tim pengabdi akan melaksanakan pengabdian untuk tahun berikutnya, dengan rencana membuat desain merek dan pengurusan sertifikat halal bagi produk olahannya. Khalayak sasaran telah memiliki peningkatan kemampuan dalam membungkus produknya secara baik dengan memanfaatkan mesin vacuum sealer, hal ini berdasarkan adanya 67% yang sudah mampu menggunakan mesin vacuum sealer yang sebelumnya tidak mampu menggunakannya. Terdapat 86% khalayak sasaran telah menggunakan media sosial untuk memasarkan produk olahan rumahnya. Kata kunci: Usaha Rumah Tangga, Manajemen Kewirausahaan, PKK, Desa Sei Rotan.

Abstract

Competition in the retail sector is currently getting tighter, this is shown by the number of retail businesses now popping up inIndonesia, especially in Medan. It takes a certain value for the company to be able to survive in this retail business, one ofwhich is that the company must have good value compared to other companies in managing its human resources. It isundeniable that good human resource management will be able to encourage the company to quickly achieve its goals. We,human resources owned by the company, have the perception that their lives are guaranteed by the company, so they willwork totality and are motivated to improve their work performance. Job performance does not only happen to workers in allbusiness spheres, including retail companies. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a positive andsignificant effect on work motivation. Furthermore, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation.Furthermore, this study also shows that leadership style, competence and work motivation directly and significantly influencejob performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and task complexity on job satisfaction through work motivation directly or indirectly at PT. Bank Sumut Branch of Sukaramai Medan. Path analysis research design is used as an analytical tool to determine the direction of the variables studied and to justify how significant the influence of the dependent independent variable is directly and indirectly through the mediating variable. In this study, the associative method is used with a quantitative approach. In this study, the entire population that became the sample was 103 employees at PT. Bank Sumut, Sukaramai Branch Medan. The results showed that compensation had a significant effect on work motivation, task complexity had no and no significant effect on work motivation, compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, complexity. Duties have no and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has no significant effect on work motivation through job satisfaction, task complexity has no effect on job motivation through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment, organizational culture on Intent to Leave, organizational commitment to Intent to Leave and organizational culture on Intent to Leave through organizational commitment. The population in this study were 114 respondents and using saturated sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on intent to leave, organizational commitment has no significant effect on intent to leave and there is no direct influence between organizational culture on intent to leave through organizational commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze employee performance by using the variables of leadership style and self efficacy. This research was conducted at a motor vehicle distributor company in the city of Medan. The sample of this study was 123 people. This research is a survey research using a questionnaire. Data analysis using Structure Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that leadership style and self-efficacy are variables that have a significant impact on employee performance. Self Efficacy is the most dominant variable affecting employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate and job satisfaction on turnover intention with organizational commitment as an intervening variable on employees of PT Perkebunan Sumatera Utara. The total population in this study amounted to 135 people, by using the total sampling method, the sample obtained was the total number of employees of PT. North Sumatra Plantation. The analysis technique used is path analysis. While the type of research used in this study is associative with a quantitative approach, the method used in this study is statistics with data collection techniques through questionnaires to all employees of PT. North Sumatra Plantation. The results showed that organizational climate had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of employees of PT Perkebunan North Sumatra. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of employees of PT Perkebunan North Sumatra. Organizations climate has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention in PT Perkebunan North Sumatra employees. Job satisfaction has no significant effect on turnover intention of PT Perkebunan Sumatera employees. Organizational commitment has no significant effect on turnover intention of PT Perkebunan North Sumatra employees. Organizational commitment has no effect on mediating organizational climate on turnover intention of PT Perkebunan North Sumatra employees. Organizational commitment has no effect mediating job satisfaction on turnover intention of PT Perkebunan North Sumatra employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer experience on repurchase intention through service quality and to determine the effect of relationship quality on repurchase intention through service quality. The sample of this study were users of Garnier skincare products in Medan Johor District, amounting to 150 res­pon­dents. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that cus­tom­er experience had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention mediated by service quality. Relationship quality has a positive and significant effect on re­pur­chase intention mediated by service quality.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer experience pada re­purchase intention melalui service quality dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rela­tion­ship quality pada repurchase intention melalui service quality. Sampel dalam pe­ne­litian ini adalah pengguna produk skincare Garnier di Kecamatan Medan Johor yang berjumlah 150 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjuk­kan bahwa customer experience berpengaruh positif dan sig­nifikan pada repurchase intention yang dimediasi oleh service quality. Re­la­tion­ship quality berpengaruh postitif dan signifikan pada repurchase intention yang di­me­diasi oleh service quality.

Abstract

Pembelajaran daring pada masa covid-19 menjadi suatu kewajiban bagi setiap guru dimanapun di Indonesia terkhusus di SDIT Bunayya Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Al-Munawwarah Murda Medan. Pembelajaran daring tersebut, menjadikan setiap guru wajib menguasai teknologi yang berhubungan dengan pembelajaran online. Bukan itu saja, setiap guru dituntut untuk kreatif dalam menyusun materi pembelajaran agar memudahkan bagi siswa untuk belajar dengan baik dan maksimal. Oleh sebab itu, pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk membantu guru-guru tersebut dapat memanfaatkan media online secara gratis dalam penyusunan materi pembelajaran, sehingga siswa dapat belajar dengan maksimal di rumahnya. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan pemanfaatan aplikasi Ocam, Format Factory, dan membuat konten pembelajaran di youtube, dimana tim pengabdian memberikan menjelaskan secara langsung yang diikuti oleh semua peserta pelatihan. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 99% guru yang tadinya tidak memiliki konten pembelajaran di youtube, sudah berhasil memiliki konten di youtube sebanyak 79%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa kemampuan dan pengetahuan guru SDIT Bunayya Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Al-Munawwarah Murda Medan menjadi lebih baik dalam membuat materi pembelajaran dengan kreatif. Oleh sebab itu, diharapkan tim pengabdian dalam lebih mengembangkan kemampuan guru dalam membuat konten materi pembelajaran tidak hanya kreatif namun juga menarik
