Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of net profit margin, return on investment and total asset turnover on profit growth at Indonesian cement companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2006-2020. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the financial reports of Indonesian cement companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 15 years old with a purposive sampling technique as the sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the net profit margin variable has a significant effect on profit growth, return on investment has a significant negative effect on profit growth and total asset turnover has a significant effect on profit growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of dept to equity ratio (DER) and book value per share (BVS) on stock return at PT. Bisi International, Tbk. The population in this study is financial statements that have been registered on the IDX from 2007 – 2020, namely 13 years, while the sample used is 10 years, namely from 2011 – 2020 where the sample determination uses purposive sampling, namely using certain criteria, one of which is the completeness of the report. finance. Data collection techniques use documentation and literature study while data analysis techniques use classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation and determination coefficients, t tests and F tests. the effect of book value per share and is significant on stock return, while simultaneously there is the influence of dept to equity and book value per share on stock return at PT. Bisi Internasional, Tbk.

Abstract

The effect of compensation and organizational support on employee performance at the immigration office class III non TPI bima. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and organizational support on employee performance at the immigration office class III non TPI bima. This type of research used is associative research. The focus of this research includes whether compensation and organizational support affect employee performance. This study uses purposive sampling. Used a sample of 30 civil servants in the immigration office class III non TPI bima. The data of this study were obtained from questionnaires. The result of the multiple linear regression obtained Y=0,336 + 0,480 X1 + 0,506 X2. These result indicate that compensation and organizational support have an effect on employee performance at the class III immigration office non TPI bima.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing on brand equity among consumers of Cordy Clothing Stores Bandar Lampung with online experiential mediation. This study used a descriptive quantitative method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were consumers at the Cordy Fashion Store in Bandar Lampung. The author takes the type of probability sample, namely the simple random sampling method with a total sample of 100 people. Furthermore, to analyze the researcher uses a Likert scale with the method used is the partial least squares (PLS) approach. The results of the t-test test show that social media marketing and online experiential have a significant effect on brand equity. The R2 test shows that the magnitude of the online experiential R2 value is 0.634 and brand equity is 0.696. This value indicates that online experiential variables and brand equity, social media marketing support has an effect on experiential online by 0.634%, and brand equity by 0.696%. So based on the four steps taken to test mediation with the causal step, it can be concluded that experiential online mediates social media marketing relationships on brand equity which are positive and significant on brand equity by partial mediation or mediation occurs, where social media marketing variables can directly affect variables brand equity or indirectly and involves online experiential mediation variables or it can be said that online experiential mediates social media marketing relationships and brand equity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, interpersonal communication and service quality on BPJS patient satisfaction at Padang Pariaman District Hospital. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive and associative approach. The population in this study were 8,462 patients who came during 2021. The sample used was 100 people using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that: (1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on BPJS patient satisfaction at Padang Pariaman District Hospital. (2) Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on BPJS patient satisfaction at Padang Pariaman District Hospital. (3) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at the BPJS RSUD Padang Pariaman Regency. (4) Competence, interpersonal communication and quality of service simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at the BPJS RSUD Padang Pariaman Regency. The conclusion of the research results shows, the higher the competence, the higher patient satisfaction, conversely the lower the competence, the lower patient satisfaction. The better the interpersonal communication, the higher the patient satisfaction, conversely the worse the interpersonal communication, the lower the patient satisfaction. The higher the quality of service, the higher the patient satisfaction, conversely the lower the quality of service, the lower the patient satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of (1) work placement on the work motivation of BPKPD Kota Pariaman employees, (2) work ability on the work motivation of BPKPD Kota Pariaman employees, (3) career development on the work motivation of BPKPD Kota Pariaman employees, (4) promotion on the work motivation of BPKPD Kota Pariaman employees and (5) work placement, work ability, career development and promotion simultaneously on the work motivation of BPKPD Kota Pariaman employees. The sample is all employees at BPKPD Kota Pariaman as many as 60 people. Data processing uses Multiple Linear Regression using the SPSS 25 application program. The results of this study indicate that (1) Work placement has a significant positive effect on work motivation (2) Work ability has a positive influence on work motivation (3) Career development has a positive influence positive effect on employee motivation (4) Promotion has a positive effect on work motivation and (5) Work placement, work ability, career development and promotion simultaneously affect employee motivation in BPKPD Kota Pariaman.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the open unemployment rate in Mataram city at 2020 - 2022. The research method used in this study is a type of quantitative method. The panel data used in this study were processed using Microsoft Excel and Stata 14. This study used panel data regression analysis with a random-effect model. The results of the study show that the labor force and education level have a significant effect on the open unemployment rate in districts/cities in the Province of NTB 2020 - 2022. On the other hand, the minimum wage and economic growth show insignificant results. Minimum wages, labor force, and economic growth have a negative effect on the unemployment rate in Mataram City in 2020 - 2022, while the level of education has a positive effect. Simultaneously the minimum wage, labor force, economic growth, and education level also have a significant effect on the open unemployment rate in Mataram City in 2020 - 2022

Abstract

This study aims to explore in depth the audience's responses to the Mandalika WSBK 2022 event regarding the quality of service and strategies implemented by the committee to ensure orderly flow of spectators before and after the Mandalika WSBK 2022 event. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. The selection of research subjects was carried out using a purposive sampling technique, namely the Mandalika WSBK 2022 spectators from Lombok and Yogyakarta who came to watch directly at the Lombok Mandalika Circuit. Methods of data collection is done by using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data display, and verification as well as drawing conclusions. Data validity test was carried out using the triangulation method. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the quality of service for the Mandalika circuit at the Mandalika WSBK 2022 event after the Mandalika MotoGP 2022. This can be evidenced by the various responses of respondents to the dimensions of service quality: Reability, the existence of accuracy in serving the audience with service standards clear. Responsiveness, the complaints that existed during the Mandalika MotoGP 2022 have been well responded to by the circuit officials. Assurance, the responses to the complaints that existed during the Mandalika MotoGP 2022 made the audience's level of trust increase in the quality of service, so that respondents wanted to return to witness the WSBK 2023 event. Attention, the convenience provided by circuit officials such as venues new parking and pedestrian paths that have been installed with conblocks. Tangible evidence, the convenience provided in the spectator service process, the convenience of a new parking lot for spectators, the increasing cleanliness of portable toilets, and the quality of the Mandalika Circuit asphalt has been perfected.

Abstract

This study entitled Establishing Marketing Strategy to Improve Competitive Advantage of Business Pasca Pandemic Covid-19. The aim is to determine the effect of marketing strategy in increasing business competitiveness after the Covid-19 pandemic. The objects of this research are business actors, in this case students at the Faculty of Economics and Business who own businesses and have been running for at least one year. The sampling technique used in this study is Quota Sampling, where the number of samples has been determined in advance, in this case the respondents are business actors from students who are members of the Student Preneuship Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram. Analysis and testing of hypotheses used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) with research instruments using questionnaires which were distributed online with the help of Google forms. The analysis carried out in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, while the testing stages are validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through F test and t test, with product moment correlation coefficient. From the regression analysis, the equation is obtained Y = 1.013 + 0.471X1 + 0.251X1 + 0.382X3 + 0.211X4. Hypothesis testing using the F test shows that the four independent variables studied are proven to simultaneously influence purchasing decisions, where the value of F count> F table (7.514 > 2.58).

Abstract

With advances in technological development, people’s needs for fast and readily available services are on the rise. Therefore, many conventional banks started to develop their own brand of digital banking to accommodate these needs. This research is aimed to analyze the effect of third party funds (TPF) toward profitability and credit risk, effect of credit risk toward profitability, and indirect effect of third party funds toward profitability through credit risk by using path analysis method. This research shows that TPF do have a significantly negative effect toward credit risk and similar result of TPF toward profitability, a positive but insignificant effect of credit risk toward profitability, and lastly, TPF shows a direct effect toward profitability, which means that credit risk functioned as a partial mediation effect between TPF and profitability.
