Abstract

This study entitled Establishing Marketing Strategy to Improve Competitive Advantage of Business Pasca Pandemic Covid-19. The aim is to determine the effect of marketing strategy in increasing business competitiveness after the Covid-19 pandemic. The objects of this research are business actors, in this case students at the Faculty of Economics and Business who own businesses and have been running for at least one year. The sampling technique used in this study is Quota Sampling, where the number of samples has been determined in advance, in this case the respondents are business actors from students who are members of the Student Preneuship Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram. Analysis and testing of hypotheses used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) with research instruments using questionnaires which were distributed online with the help of Google forms. The analysis carried out in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, while the testing stages are validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through F test and t test, with product moment correlation coefficient. From the regression analysis, the equation is obtained Y = 1.013 + 0.471X1 + 0.251X1 + 0.382X3 + 0.211X4. Hypothesis testing using the F test shows that the four independent variables studied are proven to simultaneously influence purchasing decisions, where the value of F count> F table (7.514 > 2.58).

Abstract

Green Marketing (GM) concepts provide suitable solutions for balancing efficiency and environmental concerns. The objective of this paper is to provide an extensive bibliometric literature review on ‘green marketing’ as a term and concept. Articles were located through scopusr database over a period of 20 years (2000 - 2020). The population in question is 1,104 scientific publication titles (9 November 2020). Mendeley software was used to manage and resume the references. We have reviewed this database and attempted to classify articles using VOSviewer software. fourteen clusters were reviewed; the words most frequently occurring in each group were ‘green consumer behavior’, ‘green awareness, 'evnironmental sustainability', 'greenwash' and ‘corporate social responsibility’. This cluster represents the research streams of green marketing.

Abstract

One of the goals of an employee working in a company is to get career development. However, there is often a bias towards indicators of career development in Indonesia in general, namely career development based on performance or seniority. The purpose of this research is to find out which factors are more dominant between performance and seniority which form the basis for career development decisions in PDAM Giri Menang Mataram. This type of research is included in associative research using survey methods in collecting data. The analytical tool used is t-test analysis at 5% alpha. Based on the results of the t test, it is known that the more dominant factor that forms the basis for career development decisions at PDAM Giri Menang Mataram is employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis studi kelayakan hutan lindung monggal sebagai Taman Wisata Alam (TWA) guna meningkatkan daya tarik wisatawan yang diharapkan menjadi salah satu cara dalam mendukung pertumbuhan Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat serta penggerak ekonomi lokal. Dari tujuan umum tersebut bisa diuraiakan lebih lanjut tentang tujuan khusus yaitu (1) untuk menganalisis kelayakan aspek non-finansial usaha TWA Monggal meliputi aspek pasar, manajemen, sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya, serta lingkungan. (2) untuk menganalisis kelayakan aspek finansial usaha TWA Monggal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan Teknik survey dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu: Studi kepustakaan, Observasi, dan Focus Group Discussion dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pengembangan TWA Monggal di Desa Genggelang, Kecamatan Gangga, Kabupaten Lombok Utara layak untuk dikembangkan karena pertimbangan (1) Kelayakan dari aspek non-finansial (2) Kelayakan dari aspek finansial dilakukan dengan perhitungan nilai NPV selama 10 tahun sebesar Rp 1.214.388.386,85 dengan Tingkat pengembalian terhadap investasi (IRR) sebesar 32%. Kemudian nilai Net B/C sebesar Rp 4.043. dan Payback Period selama 2 tahun 3 bulan.

Abstract

Recreational area fees and port service fees are an important source of PAD for the North Lombok District. It relies on the tourism sector as the main sector for regional revenue sources to carry out development acceleration so that it can get out of the only underdeveloped area in West Nusa Tenggara province. The study aims to analyze the potential and effectiveness and make projections of the fees for recreation areas and port services in Gili Tramena, North Lombok District. The findings showed that recreational area fees and port service fees from 2017 to 2021 tended to decrease and did not reach the target. It was due to the low process of extending and intensifying fees and external factors, namely the earthquake in 2018 and the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Based on calculations and data analysis, the total potential levy for recreational areas in 1 (one) year is IDR 7,607,653,250,00. With details of IDR 6,990,816,500.00 for foreign tourists and IDR 616,836,750.00 for domestic tourists. Meanwhile, the potential for the next 5 years is IDR 2,380,712,571.43 in 2022, IDR 2,576,320,095.24 in 2023, IDR 3,280,711,380.95 in 2024, IDR 3,985,102,666.67 in 2025, and IDR 4,689,493,952.38 in 2026. This potential can be reached, of course, with the political will of the local government to increasing PAD.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, shopping activities are not only for buying goods needed or for fulfilling needs, but shopping has become a lifestyle, pleasure & psychological activity. Not only the promotion of e-money, lifestyle, availability of funds (money availability), it also becomes the basis for consumers to make purchases. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial technology promotion (e-money) and the availability of funds through lifestyles on impulsive buying. The population used in this study are employees of PT. Mitra Pinasthika Mulia Surabaya in the spareparts division and the number of samples of this study were 92 people with a purposive sampling method. This research used PLS as analysis. The results showed that e-money promotion had a negative influence on impulsive buying, e-money promotion had a positive effect on lifestyle, the availability of funds had no effect on impulsive buying, the availability of funds had a positive effect on lifestyle and lifestyle had a positive effect on impulsive buying.
