Abstract

This study intends to examine how the Islamic stock market responds to the impact of the Corona virus with the example of 10 Islamic stock issuers contained in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) by separating the estimates into three periods. The first period is in December 2019-March 2020, which is the period for the emergence of the corona virus but has not been officially reported in Indonesia. The next period is April-July 2020 when the pandemic has officially entered Indonesia and the Large Scope Social Restrictions (PSBB) have been implemented, and the third time span is August-December 2020 when the Implementation of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM) is enforced. This study will examine how the response from daily returns from 10 JII issuers. In addition, this study uses a descriptive quantitative method with the research method used is purposive sampling. Where this research provides the findings that after the announcement of the Coronavirus pandemic in December 2019 it had an impact throughout the world and made the Islamic stock market experience negative developments. During the PSBB and PPKM periods, several sectors experienced positive developments, this is quite good progress, especially for investors who have received certainty regarding the spread of the Corona virus in Indonesia so that preventive measures can be taken. In times of a pandemic like this, the average stock price tends to decline, one of which is because investors have sold their shares for fear that the shares will decrease in value in the future, but this is not the same as Islamic finance which emphasizes that they are more stable than ordinary shares which have been proven. on the shares of JII and its 10 issuers.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the strategic management planning for improving the quality of madrasah education during the Covid-19 pandemic and the development of the learning curriculum at Madrasah Aliyah 2 Nagreg. The approach used in this research is qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used include: observation, interviews, survey, and documentation studies. The results of the research show that planning for improving the quality of education during the Covid-19 pandemic is developing a learning curriculum at Madrasah Aliyah 2 Nagreg, namely formulating madrasah vision and mission, setting educational goals in accordance with national education goals and forming a curriculum development team by involving relevant stakeholders in improving the quality of education. The SWOT analysis result of the survey shows the results of the Total analysis score Strength = 19.0 Weakness analysis score = 13.4 Opportunity analysis score = 4.0 and Threat analysis score = 1.8 for the analysis score Organization position graph X = 5.66 and Y = 2.23 is in quadrant I with steps to support aggressive strategies. The curriculum developed during the Covid-19 pandemic was developed with the emergency curriculum standard of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the implementation of puzzle learning media in PAI subjects with the material of Al-Khulafaur Ar-Rashidin Class VII Darussyafa'ah Middle School, Setail-Genteng for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. This type of descriptive qualitative research. Data collection methods are passive participation observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The subject of the study was PAI teachers, students of class VII. The validity of the triangulated data. Data analysis includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification. The results of the study, PAI educators use three components in learning, planning, implementation, and assessment (evaluation). Lesson planning prepares the syllabus, lesson plans, and subject matter. The implementation of learning is in accordance with the steps of the puzzle learning media. And for evaluation/assessment, write tests, remedials, and evaluations are carried out in the middle of the semester and at the end of the semester. Inhibiting factors, lack of motivation of students in studying religious education, varied learning styles, students who lack confidence, are not maximally applied in large groups, only exist in schools, and require special care in storing them. Supporting factors, the sense of interest in learning and the curiosity of students to use puzzle media, the size is not too large, students can see, observe and conduct experiments and add insight, teachers are creative, teacher abilities, appropriate learning models, and student responses good.

Abstract

Islamic character needs to be nurtured from an early age in overcoming the mounting cases of moral degradation. Educational institutions have a big role in fostering the character of students, one of which is the IHAQI Boarding School Bandung Creative Middle School, this school is one of the pesantren-based schools that was present in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This school applies digital da'wah in the learning process. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method at IHAQI Boarding School Bandung Creative Junior High School. The results of the study illustrate that this pesantren has a unique learning management, namely applying digital da'wah in the learning process. At the planning stage, this digital da'wah is considered to have been carefully planned, it can be seen from the readiness of educators and students in applying digital programs during the learning process. At the implementation stage, this digital da'wah is felt to have been carried out effectively, seen by the existence of e-learning applications related to the learning process, Islamic mobile applications that can be accessed directly from cell phones and related to Islamic studies, as well as pictorial da'wah animations that have been made and designed by students in order to spread Islamic da'wah. As for the evaluation stage, this digital preaching has a positive impact in order to raise awareness to all students of the importance of spreading Islam and fostering Islamic values ​​in everyday life, and it needs to be improved more creatively, so that it is always updated, varied and more and more interesting.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative method with the background of the residents of Mantong Village, Sumbertaman Village, Wonoasih Subdistrict, Probolinggo City with respondents who work as factory workers in Eratex Djaya. Data collection is done by in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate: (1) The implementation of Islamic Education for children in families who work as Eratex Djaya factory workers is influenced by several factors, namely limited time, background knowledge of parents about Islamic religious education, the level of readiness and intelligence of children, and patterns foster care used by parents. (2) The method applied by parents to Islamic education for their children uses several methods including: a) the exemplary method, b) the habituation method. c) Dialogue method d) Penalty method. (3) Problems faced by parents come from two factors, namely a) Internal, namely limited time, and the level of parental education, b) External, namely environmental factors, and mass media / technology.

Abstract

Religious life in Indonesia is very dynamic with the emergence of various cases with the background of religious radicalism and transnational ideology. This phenomenon has not only developed in certain communities, but its existence has developed in a transnational global form. Islamic boarding schools as part of the Islamic tradition of the archipelago are often associated as a central understanding of fundamental Islam which is the root for the emergence of radical movements in the name of Islam. One of the efforts of religious education is to carry out a process of understanding and forming a mindset, namely by instilling the value of multiculturalism through Islamic boarding school education. This research is a library research with a conceptual and comparative approach and uses content analysis. The method used is a descriptive-analytical method. The results of this study conclude that Islam as a religion of universal compassion (rahmatan lil 'alamin) teaches education by upholding human values, respecting human rights, respecting the diversity of cultures and cultures of society, desiring peace, justice, tolerance, and attitudes that are balanced, and other manifestations of noble morals. Islamic education (pesantren) which teaches hatred of different opinions and beliefs is not ideal for the continuation of diversity and diversity in Indonesia. Islamic boarding schools infiltrated by radicalization need to be reoriented in a direction that is in accordance with the Islamic spirit which teaches mutual respect and brotherhood. A number of values ​​taught are tolerance, moderation, togetherness, equality, mutual respect and multicultural Islamic education.

Abstract

School-based management is an educational management concept that provides autonomy for a school in organizing the continuity of education according to the needs of the school context. By applying a case study, this study was conducted to reveal the implementation of school-based management, along with its supporting and inhibiting factors, at SMP Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong, Curup, Bengkulu. All potential parties at school that could provide the expected data were involved purposively as the subjects. Data garnered from them were solicited using interviews and observations, which were then triangulated and analyzed using an interactive model. The interactive model worked in four components, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing a conclusion. The findings showed that SMP Negeri 1 had implemented school-based management functions properly, including planning, organizing, implementing and supervising the aspects of human resource management, student management, facilities and infrastructure management, financial management, curriculum and learning management, and management of school and community relations. Supporting factors for the implementation of school-based management included the participation of committees, parents, community at school, complete teaching staff, facilities and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor was that some students still did not obey the school rules.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between the frequency of playing online games with student learning discipline. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a negative relationship between the frequency of playing online games with student learning discipline. The population of this study were students taken using the Purposive Random Sampling technique, namely students covering eight existing faculties, namely the Faculty of Psychology, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Islamic Religion, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Agriculture, who are actively playing games. on line. The independent variable in this study is the Frequency of Playing Online Game Clash Of Clans (COC) which is expressed by a scale, while the dependent variable is learning discipline which is also expressed by a scale. Data analysis used Product Moment Correlation analysis. The results of the analysis showed that rx = 0.223 with p = 0.071, (p > 0.05), this means that there is no significant relationship between the frequency of playing the online game Clash Of Clans (COC) and Student Learning Discipline. These results indicate that the hypothesis proposed in this study is rejected.

Abstract

This study aimed to know the views of Islam, culture, and gender equality on the position of women in the marriage procession of Rejang’s culture. This study was conducted in Karang Anyar, Curup, Bengkulu, using a qualitative method. This study involved several data sources, namely the Chairman of BMA Karang Anyar Village, residents of Karang Anyar, and informants. Data were collected using several techniques, namely observations, interviews, and documentation, which were further analyzed using an interactive model. The findings revealed that there are two terms used in Rejang’s customary marriage. The first term refers to bleket or beleket and the second is semendo or semendoriang. Both terms have distinctive patterns that contradict each other. The marriages of beleket and semendo do not actually deviate from Islamic teachings. It is only in the aspect of social status which lies a gap. The typical pattern of beleket marriage is that the husband has complete rights to own the wife, and any authority is in the hands of the husband. While, the special pattern of semendo is that both husband and wife have rights and obligations in carrying out the married life. The husband cannot be authoritarian in any way. Basically, the Rejang tribe itself regards women properly. Along with the change from time to time the cultures of beleket and semendo’s marriages disappear over time. For now, in general, it is difficult to find belekt or semendo marriage.

Abstract

When the issue of polygamy arises, it always be a public concern. For example, when PSI open the campaig for anti-polygamy. On another side, there are those who advocate polygamy because they consider it as a suggestion in Islam. Even tough they open a class to give tricks about how to be able to polygamy without any turmoil with the previous wife. As if the issue of polygamy is never over. So it is interesting to see the whole problem of polygamy in the poles, both in the fields of interpretation, hadith, or fiqh. By connecting with the issue of polygamy in the Indonesian context. The conclusion is that polygamy is regulated in Islam not to cause mafsadat, therefore polygamy needs fair attitude in treating all wives. Indonesia present on this issue to ensure a fair attitude so that permission from the first wife was required. And this requirement must be fulfilled, because it is a part of the obligation to obey the priest which is a religious command.
