<![CDATA[This research was conducted to find out the effectiveness of the implementation of mediation in the resolution of litigated divorce court religion of Banyuwangi. This research is the research field. Based on the results of the analysis of the effectiveness of mediation in divorce court religion of Banyuwangi, pointed out that mediation has not been effective. Data obtained from the results of research on the implementation of the peace efforts by the mediators of the religious Courts in Banyuwangi based on regulations and rules of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia number 1 Year 2016 indicate the level of the success of mediation has not been fullest as only 58 cases successfully reconciled through the mediation process from 2,167 cases mediated or only reached 1.25% during year 2015-2017 time brackets.]]>

<![CDATA[Various problems exist when the implementation of the curriculum of 2013. There is a mismatch between the content of the book with material and cognitive development of the students. This research is The Analysis of the Fifth Grade Book SD/MI of the Curriculum 2013 on the Theme Kerukunan dalam Bermasyarakat. The purpose of this study is to describe how the suitability of the content, the presentation and the language on the fifth grade book of the theme kerukunan dalam bermasyarakat. The methods used in this research is descriptive qualitative research methods. Type a descriptive qualitative research used in this study is the analysis of contents or document. The results showed that seen from the aspect of the material, there is still a mismatch between the activities with the theme, the development of cognitive students and the steps of scientific approach. Seen from the presentation is good, coherently, complete with a themes macth with daily life. But the activities must more contextual. Seen of the language, there are several paragraphs that are not true because between paragraphs 1 and 2 not macth with the context of the talks. The paragraph is coherent and effective, use of the language structure is macth with the child language development.]]>

<![CDATA[Religious moderation is increasingly intensified to compensate some groups who continue to make the religious issues as object of conflict. The issue of religion is made as a commodity for political interests, even though Islam has been moderate since its inception. There is a lot of concrete evidence to show that Islam is a moderate religion. Become the mediator of religions that have been held before. Actually, when examined the moderation of Islam it has been built for a long time in Indonesia, especially in the world of islamic boarding school (pesantren). Including in Ma'had Aly (MA) Situbondo, as the institution that takes the Fiqh and Ushul Fiqh for its focus of learning studies, which is under the authority of the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School Sukorejo Situbondo. Seeing the results of their discussion, which stated in Tanwirul Afkar Magazine, it can be seen that they are very moderate. The Fiqh that they convey is not only seen as a product, but also as a process, and that become the reason for their reasoning power of ushuly is always appears. The proposition is not only textual, but it is also contextual. Therefore from this good struggle with various kinds of fiqh madzhab and strengthened by the concept of ushul fiqh they had mastered make the moderate character formed by well.]]>

<![CDATA[The phenomenon of divorce in the last decade in Banyuwangi has increased quite sharply. This paper wants to carefully analyze how the behavior of a wife who filed for divorce in the Religious Court of Banyuwangi Regency. This type of research is descriptive research taken from qualitative data in the form of field observations, interviews, and documentation as analytical material, so that the author can find important findings. The findings showed that the behavior of the wife filing for divorce can be seen from the presence of predisposing factors, catalyst factors and driving factors. These three factors also cause women to divorce more than once. This divorce can be viewed as a structure in which there are relationships that synchronically give rise to a phenomenon of divorce. Divorce is considered a social and natural behavior in society, with divorced wives getting happiness and peace.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to describe the learningobstacle of students in junior VII in algebra. Researchers gavetest questions to students, interviews and analyze documents.Then the students' answers were analyzed in depth anddisaggregated by didactical obstacle, epistemoligical obstacleand ontogonical obstacle. The cause of these learningobstacles can be seen from many things, among others due toinaccuracy in reading, inaccuracy in thinking, weakness in theanalysis of the problem, and lack of tenacious. Besides thelearning obstacle is thought to arise such as the design ofdidactic presented using the "quick way" so as not providingunderstanding of the concept for students, design didacticpresented in its final form that gives less opportunity forstudents to explore their understanding, contains a "jumpingthinking" large enough so that the less attention to cognitiveprocesses students will still have many difficulties in adjusting tothe thought of thinking arithmetic algebra (abstract), theconcepts presented are not systematic and do not support athorough understanding of the material to be learned.]]>

<![CDATA[POJK Number 10/POJK.03/2016 about fulfilment rules Credit Bank of People and transformation, BKD to commit a process of Credit Bank of People explain that BKD (Village Credit Agency) an effort reinforcement institutions that have legal entities. In practice, this transformation is not easy, a recurring obstacle among others accordance asset ownership status. This research is study of empirical law with with a socilogical juridical approach, a concept approach, and a legislation approach. The results showed that the constraints of status changes that occurred in BUMDES in Genteng Subdistrict has several factors, including unclear regulations punlished by the government related to the mechanisms of transforming BKD into BUMDES, management of Human Resources (HR) which was not maximized, lack of response and support from the community. While efforts to resolve the status change constraints include the village government giving concrete understanding of the community related to changing the status of the BKD into BUMDES, uniting the vision and mission of the organizer, holding a discussion forum with several layers related and involved in the process of transferring status. While efforts to resolve constraint by Islamic law with holding a consensus deliberation for common wealth which in the end BKD in Banyuwangi Regency agreed to do cooperation between BUMDES which in this case BUMDES together trough PT. BKD Banyuwangi in order to save assets.]]>

<![CDATA[The ability to read comprehension of adequate and regular practice. But in the belief, the ability to read the understanding of grade V students in Sukosari 02 primary school is still low. There are three things that become the focus of this research (1) prabalu stage, (2) stage when reading, and (3) pascabaca. This study used a qualitative approach with excel classroom action research. Increased reading comprehension ability at pre-reading stage in cycle I obtained the average class 65,31, and in cycle II increased to 70,62. While improving the ability to read comprehension at the stage when reading cycle I the average number of class 69, and in cycle II increased to 75. Increased ability to read the definition of publication on pascabaca that is in cycle I obtained average class 69.01 and in cycle II increased to 76.04. From the data, it can be concluded that CIRC technique can improve students' reading comprehension comprehension in all reading stages.]]>
