Abstract

Tulisan ini berangkat dari dasar pemikiran banyaknyaproblem ekonomi dan pendidikan yang dialamimasyarakat Indonesia khususnya Umat Islam.Kemampuannya sering dipandang sebelah mata olehsebagian kalangan, karena kemampuannya yangdianggap tidak representatif apabila dibanding denganjumlah penganutnya dalam membangun kekuatanekonomi dan kemajuan dibidang pendidikan. Secararepsentatif.keberadaan umat islam di “identik” dengankemiskinan, keterbelakangan dan level negatif lainnya.Pada bagian lain, keradaan Islam sebagai agama tidakhanya melahirkan konsep ritual semata, tetapi hadirsebagai sistem nilai yang dapat mewarnai perilakuumatnya ke arah khidupan yang lebih baik. Melalui susdutpandang ini, zakat -khususnya zakat profesi- memilikipotensi strategis yang layak dikembangkan menjadi salahsatu instrumen pemerataan pendapatan umat islamdilndonesia. Upaya pengenatasan kemiskinan sebenarnyatelah banyak dilakukan oleh pemerintah, terutama dengankeluaranya paket kebijakan UU Nomor 32 Tahun 2004Tentang Pemerintahan Daerah, yang salah satumaksudnya adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraanmayarakat daerah yang dimekarkan. Namu setelah dievaluasi, ternyata paket tersebut hanya mampumelahirkan “pemerataan” kemiskinan, atau “migrasikemiskinan” dari daerah induk ke daerah pemakaranMengingat umat islam di Indonesia merupakan pendudukmayoritas, maka merupakan sebuah keniscayaan apabilapotensi yang dimiliki kita kembangkan untuk kepentinganpihak lain yang lebih membutuhkan. Potensi yang lebihberpeluang untuk dikembangkan adalah zakat sebagaibagian integral dari norma keberaagamaan umat islam.

Abstract

The capital market that is widely used by people is not in accordance with the provisions contained in sharia principles. Therefore, a capital market with sharia. Conventional capital markets and Islamic capital markets have a similar concept but differ in principles and have different types of contracts. This difference between conventional capital market principles and the principles contained in the Islamic capital market results in the need for regulations that specifically regulate the Islamic capital market. so it is necessary to update the Law No. 8 of 1995 concerning Capital Markets. Judging from the legal system, the Sharia Capital Market still has weaknesses related to the legal substance, legal structure and legal culture so that reconstruction of Islamic capital market regulations must be conducted. The method used in this writing is analytical descriptive and uses a normative juridical approach.

Abstract

Individuals in everyday life are required to establish a relationship with another individual. Through this socialization process, individuals make adjustments with the surrounding environment. To establish a good relationship, an individ ual is required to have good intelligence emosianal. Basi cally between emotional intelligence and social adjustment interconnected. Emotional intelligence is a subset of social intelligence that involves the ability to monitor feelings and emotions well in ourselves and in others. This study aims to determine how the intelligence level of students emosianal acceleration, how the level of students’ social adjustment of acceleration, and learns of the relationship of emotional intelligence and social adjustment in students acceleration MAN Banyuwangi. This study uses a quantitative correlation with research subjects students of class X MAN accel eration Banyuwangi totaling 214 students, while 31 of them designated as a sample. Keywords :

Abstract

Technology is very much part of today’s life. It has been used as a tool in language learning throughout the world at all different levels especially adult learners. Nowadays, it is important to engage students to speak confidently and learn independently in their daily activity as students. However, the level of their speaking skills is still not satisfactory. They still have difficulty to communicate using English. The purpose of this study is to examine whether video project able to improve the speaking skill of the students. A Classroom Action Research design was applied. The data were collected through small group and individual activities. Video project competition was done for the final project. This study was conducted in two cycles of seven meetings in each cycle. Based on the analyses, data showed that there are changes from cycle 1 to cycle 2. In cycle 1, the percentage of students English skill is 54% and it is increased become 75% in cycle 2. The average result of percentage in cycle 1 to cycle 2 is 21%. The result of the data showed that the use of video project could be one of the best alternatives to improve the students’ speaking skill.

Abstract

In the Organization of at least need two individuals are related, then it takes one person acting as a leader. Educational leaders in carrying out tasks and implement its vision and mission in need of power (power). By having the power, the leader obtains an instrument to affect the behavior of followers. Leaders should not just assess his conduct themselves so that they can understand how they affect the behavior of other people, but also a leader should be willing and able to assess their positions and how to use the power. Power as part of the inhern leadership is closely linked with ethics. In the implementation of power and leadership are certainly going the process of communication and interaction between multiple people within an organization. In the process, the leader will use the power in all its aspects. Leaders can use their powers for good or evil, as well as the values and code of ethics. A leader may be the one deciding factor of how these leaders use a variety of power sources that are available to bring the institution with quality services.

Abstract

Waqf is commanded in Islam for the moslem's prosperity in tackling poverty. It is intended for families who need help. In various literatures, it can be found that in the early Islamic period, Waqf has been known in two forms. The first, Waqf that is dedicated to the particular person. The second,Waqf that is used for the public purpose. Waqf issues are typically associated with the unclear status of donated property .It is happened before the formal certificate or formal registration certificate of Waqf is made for obtaining Waqf certificate from the authority. Even, the certified property is usually still claimed by the heir. Based on Imam Mujtahid, there are some different opinions in changing the designation of Waqf objects. Imam Hambali allowed the sale and replacement of waqf but Imam Syafi'i banned the sale and replacement implicitly. Imam Maliki found that Waqf objects can be sold in three circumstances. The first, if the benefactor requires sale when he was donating. The second , if Waqf is not used anymore. The third, if the replacement will bring the greater benefits and results.

Abstract

Economy is the basic foundation in creating community welfare. Banking efforts and creativity are carried out in order to contribute to the improvement of the community's economy. One of them is islamic banking. These two decades of banking that are in indonesia offer a different concept than conventional banking that was first there. The most popular concept is the mudhorobah contract. One of the agreements deemed very beneficial especially among these farmers, has contributed to helping the economy, especially for farmers.

Abstract

The education quality marks the value of universal education without limits. The pandemic of Covid-19 is reality to led the world of education to limit and adapt it to online learning models as expensing of low student motivation monotonous learning techniques from teachers. The research purpose to drawing of efforts to increasing students learning motivation with motor skills learning model. The research method uses a qualitative with partipatory action research approach to help overcome problems and fulfill the community's practical needs, with initial mapping stages, participatory action, and output reflection. The results showed that a program strategy stimulated students' learning motivation in the form of a motor skills learning model accompanied by offline games and crafts so that direct interaction with friends and teachers had an emotional impact on interest in learning. The implication is to increase student learning motivation through the offline motor skills learning model with health protocols' principles.
