Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to find out what the musyarakah muntahiyah bi al-tamlik contract is and how to implement it. Broadly speaking, this contract consists of two keywords, namely musyarakah and tamlik (ownership), which means that this contract is a contract that is carried out is a collaboration between two or more people who promise that at the end of the period it will end with ownership of capital or assets by one. one party in full. The implementation of this contract is carried out by making a syirkah contract first then the second contract can use a sale and purchase contract, a grant or other contract that is justified according to sharia, this is done to avoid the occurrence of multiple contracts in one transaction which usually will lead to the occurrence of gharar. This research is a normative study with a conceptual approach, namely the discussion of the musyarakah muntahiyah bi al-tamlik contract. The extraction of legal materials is carried out through literature studies related to the study of maqashid al-sharia and maslahah both classical and contemporary literature. In determining Islamic law, it often uses maqashid al-sharia which consists of five components, namely maintaining religion (hifdz al-din), guarding the soul (hifdz al-nafs), maintaining reason (hifdz al-'aql), maintaining descent (hifdz al -nasl) and safeguarding property (hifdz al-maal), so that in this transaction no party feels burdened because in the practice of the Islamic home ownership cooperation, they can occupy the house first and make repayments at the end of the contract period so that later the house will become the property. syarik as a whole.

Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) is an existing management within an organization and is managed in such a way, so that their potential can be developed and can be utilized to achieve predetermined objectives of the organization. Human resource management (HRM) is part of the organizational management focusing on the elements of HR. So the human resource management (HRM) can be grouped into two functions, namely, managerial functions and operational functions. Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang kajian normatif dalampemberantasan korupsi. al-Qur’an memang tidakmemberikan solusi aplikatif terhadap masalah korupsisebab kedudukan al-Qur’an sendiri bukanlah lembagayang mampu turun langsung untuk menyelesaikanmasalah korupsi. al-Qur’an adalah sumber nilai normatifyang memberikan pelajaran nilai-nilai baik agar manusiatidak melaksanakan tindakan korupsi. Hal-hal yang bisamenjauhkan manusia dari korupsi apabila ia membangunkepribadian yang baik; menguatkan nilai moral-spritual;menjauhkan dari perbuatan bathil, mencintai secarasederhana tentang dunia; bersifat jujur dan amanah; tidakkhianat; kesaksian palsu; menjauhi fitnah sertamenegakkan keadilan di dunia. Etika dan nilai normatifbaik yang harus dikembangkan oleh seorang muslim. AlQur’an memberikan penekanan khusus supaya terhindardari perbuatan korupsi yang merusak sendi-sendikehidupan berbangsa, bernegara dan beragama.

Abstract

Islamic education multicultural brings an insightful approach to instill awareness dialogis living together in diversity and differences, education is built on the spirit of equality and partnership kesederajatan, mutual trust, mutual understanding and appreciate the similarities, differences and uniqueness, as well as interdepedensi. This is an innovation and an integral and comprehensive reforms in the educational payload of religions that are free of prejudice, racism, bias and stereotypes. Islamic education multicultural gave insightful recognition of plurality, a learning tool for cross-border encounters, and transforms indoctrination toward dialogue. This will be determined by the quality and the role of the teacher in the learning process of Islamic education in schools. However, the burden is not only on the shoulders of workers education but is also the responsibility of the family, society and the State, autonomous and independent.

Abstract

This article aims to describe: the implementation of the SQ3R model to the ability to examine the characters contained in fiction texts in grade IV students of SDN Ganung Kidul 1 Nganjuk in the 2019/2020 Academic Year. This article is an descriptive qualitative research carried out through five stages, namely: (1) data collection; (2) determination of the sample; (3) recording data; (4) reduction; and (5) drawing conclusions. Data sources in this article are journals and books relating to the learning of the SQ3R model on learning to examine the characters contained in fiction texts. These data provide an overview of the application of the SQ3R model on the ability to examine the characters contained in fictional texts. Furthermore, the object of the research is the learning model SQ3R with a subject of 22 students. The conclusion of the article shows that: this SQ3R model is very good to be applied to the basic competencies of Indonesian language class IV semester II, namely the ability to examine the characters contained in fiction texts.

Abstract

Supervision of goods endowment is essential, so that the goods waqf maintained condition and still useful. Islamic Shari'a has a privilege compared to previous Shari'a Shari'a where Islamic teachings are universal, integral and global. Islam has set rules about the waqf is perpetual unless revoked by wakif therefore endowments items should not be moved and sold, assigned even passed. And as a revealed religion of Islamic law should be able to balance the needs of the people according to the development and use of certain balance with the principle tasyri. Where Islam is Al-Taisir Wa Al-Takhfif (easy and light) so that development does not cause social turmoil. Goods waqf either moving or not moving, when it is positive to the goods waqf then must be monitored, maintained, and maintained as best as possible, in accordance with the purpose of endowments, may not be sold, and assigned, but if the goods waqf is damaged, does not fulfill its function as waqf property, can not be utilized, it is the waqf property be sold and the money to buy other goods instead, can even be transformed to enable the more benefits and maslahah. Move items endowments from one place to another because of damage, can not function or be less strategic legal provisions do not change the name of waqf, not eliminate, and contains more benefits and goodness.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the implementation of state defense content informing character of patriotism in social studies inside and outside classroom. The subject of this study was grade 5 students at SDN CURAHSAWO III PROBOLINGGO. The study was conducted from August 2016 to October 2016. Data collection used in this study were observation, interview, and documentation. Miles and Huberman’s model was used to analyze this qualitative study. Triangulation was used to validate the data. The results showed that implementation of state defense content informing character of patriotism included some stages. Teacher prepared lesson plan (RPP), syllabus, learning material, and methods in preparation stage. In implementation stage, the activities icluded were introduction, main activities, and closure that involved patriotism values.For assessing students’ outcome in afective domain, teacher used observation. The patriotism character was reflected through some students’ attitude and activities, for example keeping the classroom and school premises clean, putting the pictures of president, vice president, and national heroes inside of the classroom, demonstrating respect in flag ceremony, and speaking Indonesian language in proper manner.

Abstract

Morals are about character and behavior which are reflected and embedded in a person. Therefore, everyone must have Islamic morals to avoid themselves from any negative influences. During this time, the integration of Islamic morals has only been carried out in certain subjects. While it is known that Islamic morals are the most important thing for students to equip themselves, especially in theater related to appreciation and creation. This research aims to analyze efforts in optimizing the integration of Islamic morals in theater. The method this research belongs to field research. This research is expected to create Islamic morals in students which are not only about knowledge, but also about the implementation and reflection in everyday’s lives.

This meaning is socommon that there needs to be understanding terminologicalspecification of Islamic studies in a systematic and integratedstudies. Of social phenomena that occur in society, Islam isattractive to serve as the object of study and in studying Islam,surely we must be guided by two authentic sources of the Qur'anand the hadith. The relationship between the two can not beseparated, but are clearly distinguishable. Their relationshipdoes not stand alone and face to face, but both woven,intertwined and interwoven such that both together in onewholeness solid and compact. The deepest meaning andmoralitaskeagamaan still there, still emphasized and underlinedin understanding the vagaries of the phenomenon of humandiversity, then he automatically can not escape from the chainsand pitfalls of space and time.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research (CAR). The action was done in two cycles. The subjects of research were 34 pupils of year-5 students of MI Tarbiyatus Shibyan Kembiritan Genteng Banyuwangi. The data were collected through observation, documentation, interviews and test which were performed during the learning process, while the test was administered in the end of every cycle. The data included (1) qualitative data of the students’ performance which were classified in five categories; 5 = excellent, 4 = good, 3 = fair, 2 = poor, 1 = very poor, and (2) quantitative data of the students’ achievement test with the score ranging from 0 to 100. The evaluation of the students’ performance was held by means of giving score towards a set of the students’ performance in the learning process. The data were analyzed by determining the average score of every student’s performance, and therefore determining each category into excellent, good, fair, poor or very poor.The result of this research revealed that There was improvement in the students’ performance as indicated by: (1) the increase in the average score of the students’ performance which 2.86 or in the fair category increases to 3.57 or in the good category; and (2) the increase in the average score of the test which 79.26 increases to 85.00.There was 97.1% of students who obtained good accumulative grade above the minimum mastery level standard required that is 65. Therefore, it can be concluded that there was an improvement of students’ performance through the implementation of learning inquiry model.
