Abstract

This research has not been effected by the presence of learning performance assessment instruments apply daily makeup standards, haven't tested the validity or reliability. Moreover the assessment instrument Competency Skills Exam of BSNP one indicator is less detailed, less range and scale criteria in section is too long so that the teachers feel difficulty in judging. The purpose of the research is to produce a performance assessment of learning instruments apply daily makeup valid, reliability and practical. This research is the development of research conducted at SMK Perwari Kendal, SMKN 6 Semarang, SMK Taman Siswa Kudus, SMK PGRI 1 Mejobo Kudus. The subject of this research is the 95 respondents. Test the validity of the content using the formula of Aiken's V and test reliability using the ICC. At trial, reliability, analyzed using Cronbach Alpha. Test the validity of invalid constructs using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was formed of 3 factors i.e. factor 1 (pra practice), a factor of 2 (practice) and factor 3 (post practice). Test the practicality of the instrument indicates that the performance assessment instruments are very practical for use. The profile shows the performance capability of the students has the capability of excellent performance. Based on the results of the analysis, this research produces a valid performance assessment instruments, reliability and practical. The benefits of this research is a guide that can be used raw in measuring student performance in learning daily make-up.

Abstract

Breast self-examination (BSE) is one of the steps taken to measure the level of validity and reliability. The purpose of this research is to develop a valid, reliable and practical BSE assessment instrument. Small-scale test data was obtained at Muhammadiyah University Semarang (UNIMUS) with 50 students, data field test data was obtained at Kudus Academy and Stikes Widya Husada Semarang with 110 students. Data analysis using source triangulation, grain validity, explanatory factor analysis (EFA), Alpha Cronbach reliability and two way anava and re-analyzed using Hoyt formula and practicality test. The research method used is research and development (R & D). The result of validity of small grains of 26 grains is valid, for anti-image correlation of 26 grains and 3 grains is not valid, small scale reliability value 0.714 and KMO result in field trial show value equal to 0,945, MSA> 0,5 and significance of Barlett test equal to 0,000. The assessment instrument developed is valid constructively because it is able to explain the overall variation of the BSE materials. The reliability value of alpha cronbach is 0.970. Practical results show the BSE instrument in the "very practical" category"The benefits of this study can be a reference in the steps of development of instruments that can support the quality of teaching and learning process of midwifery students.

Abstract

This study motivated the lack of teacher's capability to apply the 2013 curriculum , so some teachers are less able to develop the independent test instrument. They depens on the LKS. Beside that, teachers are formulating question for examination without considering the indicator or analyzing basic competency that will be achieved students. This research is to develop valid standard instrument, reliable and effective use. This research is a development instrument with R & D modify the Ball & Gall approach. Test validation of the contents of use v'aiken by rating experts, to determine the validation and reliability of the empiric ie with analysis correlation point biserial and kuder richadson (KR-20). The results of validation of the contents of the instrument test-based theme by experts worth use. While the trial court of about developed a total of 30 items about a valid as much as 26 item about. So with reliability in the trial court range 0,89-0,91 with high category. While the test of effecticity, based on the analysis of the questionnaire with 6 of respondents primary school teacher and 28 items questionnaire, get a score of 497 with an average 82,83 by effective category. Based on the results of these studies, the theme-based test instruments developed valid, reliable and effective to use. This research is useful for teachers as a reference and learning materials in measuring the daily assessment of student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The development of word processing assessment instrument on ICT in SMP is not in accordance with the rules of assessment instrument development yet, so that the quality is not guaranteed. This study aims to develop an instrument of project-based portfolio assessment on qualified (valid and reliable) word processing application material. The assessment instrument was tested on 31 students of grade VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Jekulo Kabupaten Kudus. This development of assessment instrument used Djemari Mardapi’s development model. The methods used for data collection were interviews, validation sheet, assessment rubric and questionnaire. The data were analyzed through validity test of experts and inter rater reliability test with Ebel formula. The results showed that the development procedure of assessment instrument was able to produce a valid and reliable portfolio assessment instrument, product, presentation and assessment of the knowledge aspect. The results of validity test on the content, language, and presentation of the assessment instrument obtained an average percentage score of 83% (content), 81% (language) and 83% (presentation). The reliability test using Ebel formula showed that portfolio assessment instrument obtained r11 value of 0.81 (process), 0.80 (proposal), 0.94 (invitation), 0.89 (decoration), 0.95 (presentation) and coefficient value of Cronbach Alpha 0.759 on knowledge instrument. The result of this instrument assessment development was practical and had a positive response of 85%. Therefore, it can be implemented in other schools because its quality has been tested as a good instrument (valid and reliable). Through this assessment, teachers can use it as a guide to assess the student applicative capability on ICT word processing materials..

Abstract

The quality of health services can be measured by measuring the indices of public satisfaction on services provided at a public health center. Measurements are certainly done by using instruments to facilitate the collection of data. The purpose of this research is to develop the measurement instrument of community satisfaction index at public health center based on android. The benefistsof the research that can be used as a standard guide in measuring public satisfaction. The instruments currently used do not measure the index of community satisfaction as expected based on indicators of community satisfaction. This research is a development research conducted on unit of outpatient service Ngemplak Simongan Public Health Center, Semarang City in April-May 2018. The sampling technique using accidental sampling Test method of content validity using expert judgment, construct validity using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), while reliability testing using Cronbach Alpha. The develop instrument consists of five dimensions of measurement which includes tangible, responsivenees, reliability, assurance and emphaty. The result ofthe research shows that all statement items of 72 items from all service units are valid by content based on expert’s judgment calculated using Aiken V formula and as many 72 item of valid statement construct from all service units, as well as instruments of all service units stated to have high and very high reliability coefficients so it is feasible to use.
Clinical Supervision Instrument Development for Junior High School Teacher Based on Android

Abstract

The instruments currently used are still paper and pencil based. This development research aims to produce a clinical supervision instrument for android and junior high school teachers are valid and reliable. Data collection was done by interview and observation. Content validity was obtained through 4 expert judgments, analyzed using Aiken's V formula. The construct validity was analyzed by Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC), and reliability with Alpha Cronbach with the help of IBM SPSS 24.0 software. The results showed that the validity value of all instruments in the preparation stage until the closing stage obtained a score> 0.5. The result of field test shows that there are some statement items that are in valid criteria with value of Factor Factor> 0, 5. Aspects with valid statement items include Preparation stages with 5 statements and Alpha Cronbach values ​​obtained at 0.640, Learning Activity stages with 23 statements and Alpha Cronbach values ​​obtained by 0.962, and Closing stages with 4 statements and Alpha Cronbach values ​​obtained at 0.680. Based on the results of the study, it was found that supervisors and teachers were very appreciative with the instrument of android based clinical supervision and the supervisor felt easier to conduct clinical supervision activities to the subject teachers. The benefits of this research are supervisors can use the instrument in carrying out clinical supervision with practical, easy and valid while for teachers can be used as a reference in preparing learning activities.

Abstract

In the Islamic religion of zakat one of the pillars required for every Muslim (As'ad, 1980: 01), Hasan (2010) defines that zakat has a special place on Islamic principles, and is the main tool for ensuring social justice in Islam. The purpose of this research is to make the evaluation instrument of zakat management program at Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Provinsi Banten fulfilling valid condition and effectiveness assessment test with evaluation of Context Input Process Product (CIPP) model. This research using Mixed Methods is a procedure for collecting, analyzing, and "mixing" quantitative and qualitative methods in a study or series of studies to understand the research problem based on Cresswell & Plano Clark's opinion. Data collection techniques with documentation studies, interviews and questionnaires. The result of the research is the product of evaluation instrument of zakat management program equipped with lattice, validation sheet, and scoring guidance. Analysis of validity test based on validity test of instrument performed by construct validity test by requesting consideration or expert judgment through instrument validation sheet which then analyzed using delphi technique. The result of the validation study is considered very effective to evaluate the zaltat management program at national institution / institution / national agency. It is based on the average score on all aspects of expert judgment reaching 78.3% (very good). Individually every aspect of the effectiveness assessment is between 86% - 93%. Percentage analysis results, the scale of assessment criteria is very appropriate or very good that is between 91% - 100%.

Abstract

Physical Education Sport and Health as one of the sports subjects has a sub-material practice of sports skills. Assessment of sports skills as performance assessment should also follow the assessment rules by BSNP. The objective of the study is to develop an authentic assessment instrument of the basic skills of playing football of junior high school students who qualify as valid, reliable and practical. The type of research is research and development following the Borg & Gall model. Technique of collecting data with documentation study, interview and observation. The result of the research is the assessment instrument product with lattice, observation sheet, rubric, and appraisal instrument. The result of instrument validity test with expert judgment show very valid that is 87,96%. Reliability test results with Cronbach's Alpha obtained coefficient of 0.931, and with Intraclass Correlation Coeficient (ICC) of 0.871 so that the developed instrument has a high degree of reliability. Practicality test results obtained 82% percentage so that the instrument has a high level of practicality.© 2018UniversitasNegeri Semarang.

Abstract

The difficulty of learning mathematics faced by students can be caused by several factors. Internal factors (factors from within the child itself) such as talent, interest, motivation, self-concept and others, and external factors (factors from outside the child) is the factor of the house and the surrounding environment.The goal of the research is to develop self-concept assessment instrument of students in junior high school mathematics study that is valid, reliable, practical, and know the self concept concept of students on SMP Al Amin Dukuhturi Tegal. This research is a development research with modified Borg & Gall model without dissemination and implementation stage. The validity of the instrument contents is tested by 3 experts in the field, the score given by the expert is tested using V Index, and reliability with ICC. Small-scale trials to find out valid grains tested with pearson correlation and alpha cronbach for reliability. Large-scale test of grain validity was tested with pearson correlation, construct validity with Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), and reliability with alpha cronbach. The results obtained 26 valid items from expert validation with reliability of 0.817. Small scale test with respondent 35, obtained 22 valid items with coefficient > 0,334, and 0,848 for reliability coefficient. Large scale test with 60 respondents obtained 22 valid items with coefficient> 0,254, construct validity of KMO value equal to 0,646 with significance 0,000, while value of MSA> 0,5 for 22 item which form 8 factor according to aspect dimension of self concept. Test of practicality, from 5 mathematics teacher respondents stated practical with score >21. Most high-caliber self-concept is obtained in small and large scale trials. Self concept assessment mathematical can be used by teachers in order to improve the learning process.

Abstract

Assessment of performance tests is part of the implementation curriculum of 2013 that can not be implemented by many teachers because there are obstacles such as the absence of standard instruments so that teachers feel difficulty.This research is a study to develop performance assessment test on mathematics learning to calculate scope and volume of cube and block for junior high school in 2013 curriculum that is valid, reliable, practical. Method of this research used research development with adapted from Djemari Mardapi (2016 : 132) to 9 – steps of development. The validity of the instrument contents is tested by 3 experts in the field, the score given by the expert is tested using V Index, and reliability with interarter using the coefficient of Ebel procedure. Data Analisys on field used construct validity with Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and reliability used alpha cronbach. The result showed that instrument of validation test from 10 object assessment test performance through expert judgment produced coefficient of validation that has score of coefficient > 0,3 and reliability of 0,88. Data analysis on field test from could see on KMO that showed score of KMO 0,689 that has meaning was the number of instrument test analyzed more deep. The analysis performance test assessment produced 3 factore are product, process, and accommodates task. The result used reliability test of Alpha Cronbach also got coefficient 0,706. Test of practicality, from 3 mathematics teacher respondents stated practical with score 46,67 which means practical use. This research is expected to develop standardized tests to measure the assessment of performance tests on mathematics learning of junior high school to calculate scope and volume of cubes and block.
