Abstract

The Migrant workers in Cilacap District are dominated by women who are married, so that the care of the children is carried out by the father. This research aims to examine the father's parenting. This research uses a qualitative approach. It uses Purposive selection to find the informants. The Informants include father, wife/ mother, secondary family (grandfather, grandmother, and siblings). Data were collected by interview, observation and documentation. The results of the study were two kinds of care, some were delegated to secondary families. For example grandparents or other relatives and some were cared for by their husbands/ fathers. However, in general the care is delegated to secondary families. The reason is because the husband/ father does not have parenting experience. The parenting pattern applied by secondary families / grandparents applies permissive and democratic parenting. Then for those who are cared for by their husbands / fathers themselves apply a democratic parenting pattern. Where parents are warm and affectionate to children. Parents, especially fathers, explain why children should not do something. For care for adolescents, care is done by the husband/ father himself. The pattern of parenting that is applied uses permissive and democratic patterns. BKKBN recommendation needs to carry out parenting training for fathers, so that female migrant families do not delegate care to secondary familie

Abstract

The Northwestern Frontier of China is different from the Northwestern China in that it is only a part of the Northwestern China that is close to the border of the country. The geographic space of the northwestern frontier in different periods of Chinese history has changed with the effective governance of the Chinese central government. The ethnic issues in the northwestern frontier have their basic historical background and time and space. The types of ethnic issues in China’s northwest frontier areas are not the same, but they are basically manifested in internal socio-economic and cultural development issues and external ethnic interaction issues, as well as transnational (border) ethnic issues and ethnic religious issues, such as ethnic separatism and extreme religion. Doctrine and violent terrorism are only part of it, not all of it. To this end, it is necessary to "prescribe the right medicine" for different types of ethnic problems and formulate different effective "prescriptions" to solve ethnic problems in order to realize the "Chinese dream" of harmonious socialist ethnic relations in China.

Abstract

The moral fibre of the nation depends on the quality of parenting which entails emotional development, personality and behavioural moulding that fosters well-adjusted individuals. This study set out to assess how the quality of spousal relationship impacts on the early education of children. The study espoused the interpretive paradigm within the qualitative approach to consult participants in their natural environment. The emotional security hypothesis theory was adopted to understand the impact marital conflict to child learning. Purposively selected were two couples, two single males, two single female parents and two educators who responded to semi-structured interviews. Adherence to ethical issues was confirmed by signing of the consent forms. Data was recorded per emerging themes. The findings exposed the diminishing returns on school achievement, exhibition of delinquent behaviour and maladjusted adolescents due to lack of stability in the early education of children. The findings also revealed that some spouses and partners begrudgingly disconnect themselves from the children for the sake of peace. The study recommends conflict resolution strategies that encourage amicable co-parenting for unmarried partners for the sake of the child.

The guarantee of human rights in the constitution has not been in line with legal efforts to protect these rights. Mechanisms constitutional review in Indonesia only accommodates the testing effort constitutionality of Law (judicial review), whereas there are still many objects of state action that can harm the constitutional rights of citizens, but they do not have any resolution because they have not been provided for by Indonesian positive law. This study aims to identify how the interrelationship between guaranteeing human rights in the constitution and strengthening constitutionalism due to the inclusion of human rights in the constitution, how the concept of constitutional complaints in various countries is, and how relevant is it to be applied in Indonesia. This research describes the material that exists in historical, comparative and reconstruction (modification) aspects as an effort to make the concept relevant to be applied in Indonesia. This research shows that human rights and the constitution have a reciprocal relationship (reciprocal), various concepts in other countries have a lot of relevance to Indonesia, and there are several technical-procedural concepts and juridical arrangements that are relevant to be applied in Indonesia.
