Abstract

This study compares the accuracy of the model in predicting the financial condition of a company's distress. The models that will be used in this study are the Altman Z-Score model and the Grover O – Score model. This is because there is a contra about the accuracy of the two models in predicting financial distress of a company. The sample used in this study is PT. Bank Panin Dubai Syariah, Tbk. From 2013 to 2017, the results stated that the Altman Z – Score model was better at predicting a company's financial distress compared to the Grover O – Score.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of motivation, competency, and compensation on the performance of Islamic bank employees in this research conducted at Bank Syariah Mandiri, Kediri Regency. This study uses a survey method using primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The sample in this study were 35 employees. The sample is taken by saturated sample is a sampling technique if all members of the population are used as samples. The analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the variables of motivation, competence, and compensation partially have a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously the variables of motivation, competence, and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance at a significance level smaller than 0.05 (0,000 <0.05). The results also show that the most dominant Motivation variable on employee performance with the value of β is 0.422 and the significance value is smaller than 0.05 (0.006 <0.05)

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of in house training to the employee and the effect to the employee's performance. Object of this study are all the employees of PT Anugerah Mulia Indobel as the producer of Cokelat Monggo. In case the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of in house training for the employees, the methode analysis using simple linier regression. The test result shows that in house training has a positif effect for employee's performance.

Abstract

This research used the method of AHP by manual assisted with programs EXCEL for its calculations. AHP can help solve complex problems and is not structured into groups then the groups will enter into a hierarchy. With the help of AHP so students can choose mobile internet cards are good in supporting the learning process. From the results obtained in the calculation results as follows: 1. the paired comparison between calculation Results variable in choosing a mobile card on top of the obtained weights 0.13 to signals, weights, 0.21 to 0.66, the price for the location. This means that the location is the main criteria in decision making cards seluer internet with weights of 0.66%. Followed by the signal with weights 0.21% and prices with weights 0.13%; 2. the data processing Results in getting the main alternative for a mobile internet card is Indosat with a value of 0.508, followed by Simpati with the values of 0.256. And currently third XL/Axis value of 0.232

Job Analysis is a collection of data or information that concerns about the job/position to assign jobs description and requirement of job or position. With the job analysis of making a description of the job and position specifications. Information about the job that is in the document will be used in recruitment and selection, training and orientation, development, career management, organization management, and legal protection. The need for cooperation from some Office holders, the suitability of the data and the name of the position in the human resources section with the data in the related agencies. Abstract

Product quality and price are two factors that greatly affect sales. The sold products must be in a good quality, appealing appearance, worthy packaging, so consumers are consistently like to buy the products. Good product quality will encourage companies to maintain their business and be able to compete with other companies. This study aims to determine the effect to product quality and prices partially and simultaneously on sales at UD Beski Jaya, and to find out which variables have the most influence on sales. The analytical tools used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient T test and F test. The result show that there is a aprtial and simultaneous influence between product quality and price on sales. The primary suggestion for UD Beski Jaya is to evaluate its product in order to find out what products consumer want.
