Abstract

Competition in the business world so that more and more stringent assessment of the company's performance be measured by the success of a company. Assessment of the company's performance is measured by using the method of (Economic Value Added) and EVA (Market Value Added) MVA using data from income statements and balance sheets,  stock market returns, stock prices, stock index, the number of shares outstanding, and SBI. Telecommunications sector to attract the object of research for the development of this sector is very rapid. In addition, people are now very dependent to telecommunications companies because of the convenience offered by them. EVA two companies generated positive (+) indicates that the company has managed to create wealth for shareholders and the company. MVA both companies is positive (+) means that the management  has been able to increase the wealth of the company and its shareholders and the financial performance of the company is in good condition. Abstract

Product quality and price are two factors that greatly affect sales. The sold products must be in a good quality, appealing appearance, worthy packaging, so consumers are consistently like to buy the products. Good product quality will encourage companies to maintain their business and be able to compete with other companies. This study aims to determine the effect to product quality and prices partially and simultaneously on sales at UD Beski Jaya, and to find out which variables have the most influence on sales. The analytical tools used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient T test and F test. The result show that there is a aprtial and simultaneous influence between product quality and price on sales. The primary suggestion for UD Beski Jaya is to evaluate its product in order to find out what products consumer want.

Abstract

Nowadays, perhaps everyone uses media to carry out activities, especially activities related to communication between one individual and another individual. With media, it will be easier for everyone to carry out daily activities. Therefore, the definition of media can be said to be very broad, for you as a teacher you will definitely determine the appropriate learning media for your students. Not only that, the media which is more often used as an intermediary for communication is often used by workers or even political officials who want to nominate themselves. Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether profitability, leverage and liquidity have an influence on firm value with firm size as a moderating variable. The population of this study are companies in the Primary Consumer Goods Industry sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. Using purposive sampling technique, 25 companies were taken as research samples. The research method is quantitative using the SPSS 25.0 program. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis methods, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, definite T-test, and moderate regression analysis (MRA). The results of the study found that only profitability (ROE) had a significant effect on firm value (PBV), while leverage (DER) and liquidity (CR) had no significant effect on firm value. Firm size cannot moderate the relationship between Profitability (ROE), Leverage (DER) and liquidity (CR) with firm value.

Abstract

Visual narrative or visual storytelling can also be understood as telling a story using pictures. Just like the meaning, visual narrative is structured in two stages, namely the narrative stage and the visual stage. At the narrative stage, we must start by compiling a story that has a clear plot or line starting from the opening message or introduction, content or main information and ending with a conclusion or conclusion. This stage may sound cliche, but the stage of composing the story is the most important part in preparation of visual narratives. If the narrative can be completed well in the sense of being able to contain a message and having a narrative structure that is easy to understand, visualization will be easier because it already has a reference. In fact, with a good story, we can choose various visual media that are appropriate to their function. Since the popularity of social media as an alternative medium for information and interaction in the digital world, various public institutions, both government and non-government institutions, have joined the timeline on social media. In contrast to personal or brand accounts, social media accounts belonging to public institutions are more oriented towards disseminating public communication content such as disseminating policies, study results, or social campaigns containing appeals.

Abstract

Pengguna media sosial mengalami kenaikan terutama pada aplikasi Tik Tok yang diunduh hampir 1 Miliar kali sepanjang 2020. Aplikasi Tik Tok dapat menjadi tempat strategis bagi pemasaran sebuah merek atau produk yang dapat menjangkau konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh aplikasi Tik Tok sebagai media promosi terhadap minat beli skincare Somethinc mahasiswi UBSI. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket kepada 71 responden. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas untuk mengukur instrument penelitian, dan menggunakan uji normalitas, validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linier sederhana dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan analisis data pada penelitian yang berjudul Pengaruh Media Promosi TikTok Shop terhadap Minat Beli Skincare Somethinc pada Mahasiswi UBSI, maka hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara media promosi TikTok shop terhadap minat beli skincare.

Abstract

The amount of employee expenditure burden in the State Budget (APBN) increases from year to year, the increase needs to be observed whether it is due to the rapid growth in the number of Civil Servants (PNS) or other causes such as recent government policies in terms of improving PNS income and welfare by adjusting PNS salary rates. This study aims to determine whether the increase in employee expenditure is more due to the increase in the number of PNS or PNS salary rates. The purpose of this study is to explain whether there is a significant influence between employee composition and salary rates on employee expenditure. This study is a quantitative study with statistical analysis. The data collection method used is through document and literature review methods, based on the source, the document is included in the secondary data category. The data testing method uses a normality test with the One-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test method. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis testing uses Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the study with a significance level of 5%, the following conclusions were obtained: (1) There is a positive but insignificant influence between the number of PNS group I on employee expenditure; (2) There is a positive but insignificant influence between the number of PNS group II on employee expenditure; (3) There is a positive but not significant influence between the number of class III civil servants on employee expenditure; (4) There is a positive and significant influence between the number of class IV civil servants on employee expenditure; (5) There is a positive and significant influence between class I salary rates on employee expenditure; (6) There is a positive and significant influence between class II salary rates on employee expenditure; (7) There is a positive and significant influence between class III salary rates on employee expenditure; (8) There is a positive and significant influence between class IV salary rates on employee expenditure; (9) There is a positive but not significant influence between employee composition and salary rates; (10) There is a positive and significant influence on the number of class I civil servants, the number of class II civil servants, the number of class III civil servants, the number of class IV civil servants, class I salary rates, class II salary rates, class III salary rates and class IV salary rates together on employee expenditure.

Abstract

This program aims to improve basic English vocabulary and simple communication skills for PKK mothers at RPTRA Pinang Pola, South Jakarta. Given the important role of PKK mothers in families and communities, English language skills are an urgent need, especially in the current era of globalization. The method used is community-based mentoring which is carried out for two months (October-November 2024), with a direct practice approach and interactive discussions. Mentoring is carried out intensively through lectures, discussions, and conversation simulations in small groups, which allows participants to learn in an atmosphere that is supportive and relevant to everyday needs. The results of the program showed a significant increase in basic English vocabulary mastery. The post-test showed an increase in scores of up to 30-40% compared to the pre-test. In addition, participants experienced increased confidence in using English for everyday conversation, with 75% of participants being able to construct simple sentences independently. Feedback from participants also showed that the community-based mentoring method was more effective and comfortable than the formal training method. This program successfully met its main objectives and provided positive impacts that can support the sustainable development of participants' English language skills.

Abstract

Financial difficulties are a situation that companies are very avoidable. Every establishment of a company is expected to generate profits so that it is able to survive and develop in the long term and can prosper the company owner. The purpose of this study is to find out the prediction of bankruptcy in PT. Net Visi Media Tbk using the Altman Z-Score model. Springate model, and Zmijewski model. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study is PT. Net Visi Media Tbk. The sampling technique is purposive sampling and the data used is financial statement data for the 2021-2023 period. The data analysis technique used in this study is a descriptive analysis technique. The results showed that in the Altman Z-Score model and the Springate model of PT. Net Visi Media Tbk is experiencing financial difficulties or bankruptcy. Meanwhile, in the Zmijewski model of PT. Net Visi Media Tbk did not experience financial difficulties or did not experience bankruptcy.
