The machining process using a combination of steep and shallow strategy is the most widely used strategy for the finishing process on complex models that have many areas of steep walls and shallow floors. Using a single machining strategy on the entire model can lead to long machining times and poor surface finish quality. The steep and shallow strategy can efficiently detect parts of the model that have steep contours and those that have shallow contours. In other words, this strategy can analyze the model surface angle at runtime to identify and divide the machining zone based on the slope angle or commonly called the threshold angle. In this context, the selection of the threshold angle is very important when carrying out the finishing process on free-form surfaces to produce a good surface quality. This study was conducted to determine the optimum threshold angle that can produce the minimum surface roughness between steep areas and shallow areas. Threshold angles that were varied were 20°, 30° and 40°. Machining was carried out using Ballnose type cutting tools with a diameter of 6 mm. Then the stepover and stepdown is 0.1 mm for the finishing process on the surface of the propeller product made of Aluminum by using a CNC Milling machine. From the experimental results, the most optimum threshold angle is at an angle of 40° with an average roughness value in the steep area of 1.9 mm and in the shallow area of 1.3mm and a total average roughness of 1.6mm.

This Web-Based Tahfidz Qur'an Management Application is an application or software designed to process data related to the target memorization and recap of students, especially at the Mazro'atul Lughoh Islamic Boarding School, Pare Kediri. The problem faced in this Islamic boarding school is in carrying out targeting guidelines and memorizing students who still use the manual method, namely via WatsApp. Because there are no more sophisticated applications to make it easier to store data and to access information. The purpose of making this Web-Based Tahfidz Qur'an Management Application is to make it easier for admins, teachers, students and guardians of students to input data, recap data, update data and access information that has been updated by the admin. The method used in the research.This application is a method of observation, literature study, interviews, system design and system testing. This program was developed using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and MySQL database. The design is built using HTML and CSS. Using CodeIgniter Framework and SB admin 2 templates.

Fiberglass is a material that is used for several products. This material was chosen because it has many advantages compared to other materials, namely it has better resistance, relatively affordable production costs and is easy to shape. PT.X is one of the manufacturing companies engaged in fiberglass, namely the manufacture of pipes and body from vehicles. In this case study the company still uses hand milling and manual processing. Fiberglass pipe in this company is molded indirectly to the size requested by the customer, therefore a cutting process is needed to get the required pipe length. The blade used specifically is a diamond-coated cutting blade because the fiber material is not heat-resistant. In this research, the researcher wants to design a fiberglass pipe cutting machine with an adjustable holder that can be adjusted so that it can cut various pipe sizes. Making the design of this machine is done using Fusion 360 software. The making of the machine includes the cutting process, grinding process, and welding process. The machine can cut a pipe with a diameter of 100 mm in 20 seconds and for a pipe with a diameter of 500 mm in 1 minute 20 seconds.

Hydraulic is the use of fluid to move power from one point to another. In the hydraulic system the fluid used is fluid in the same liquid form as used in the old system. Fluid in the hydraulic system will continue the pressure from the hydraulic pump to the piston on the hydraulic cylinder. In the design of hydraulic systems, the props of prototype Backhoe arm carrying capacity of 1 kg of the hydraulic system are used to move the arms from the bucket, arm and boom. In planning mechanical manufacture on the excavator arm frame using a metal plate with a thickness of 3mm, using Fillet welding joints and bolt connection sizes M4 and M5. For planning the manufacture of transmission drive using a 12 V DC brushless motor with 150 W motor power, Shaft with a diameter of 18mm, bearings using the type of UCF 203, and planning a straight gear with 70, and:20 number of gears with a ratio of 35 rotation. Planning the calculation of excavator arm motion obtained results where the driving motor on the body (swing) rotates in a clockwise and counterclockwise direction to rotate 3600, rotational speed 11160 Nmm. In the Experiment Report the method used in designing the hydraulic system on the prototype Backhoe arm is to carry out a hydraulic system planning which includes power pack planning, valve planning, servo motor planning, and cylinder planning. Based on calculations, the planning of the pump head power pack has a pressure of 633,703.24 Pa and a hydraulic pump power of 0.165 HP. The results of the calculation of the hydraulic cylinder planning are the hydraulic cylinder pressure on the bucket of 0.0015 N / mm2, the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder on the arm of 0.0477 N / mm2, the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder on the boom of 0.159 N / mm2, and the flow of fluid flow on the hydraulic cylinder at 15,700 mm3 / second. The results of calculation of reservoir planning are reservoir dimensions of 0,00066 m3 and reservoir oil volume of 0.6 liters. The control system is used to control the brushless pump motor, brushed motor, servo valve. The control system uses the nRF24L01 module or with radio signal communication with a frequency of 2.4 GHz. In this control system there are transmitters and receivers, The transmitter functions to set point data from the joystick module and potentiometer that will be sent to the receiver, receiver functions as a receiver of data from the transmitter and serves to send signals to the brushed motor motor, and servo valve. From the results of testing the data transmission control system with the nRF24L01 module running well with conditions blocked by 3 walls

We often see that many of the chairs that tailor tend to have a long shape and the width of the seat is quite narrow. The problem of working attitude faced by the sewing machine while running from a non-ergonomic work chair is the attitude of forced labor such as: lifting the operator up, and lifting the shoulder. If the ergonomic problem is not corrected, it will certainly give an excessive burden, musculoskeletal complaints which will be followed by a decrease in the level of work productivity. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research in an effort to overcome the problems that arise. For this purpose, research was conducted on the Development and Design of Sewing Operator Chairs Using the Reverse Engineering Method. The number of research samples taken were 26 operators. In this study, it was found that there were 5 parts of the operator's seat that were repaired, namely in the seat connection, seat support mat, backrest, seat mat, and frame. And for the Popliteal Length percentile data at the 50th percentile, Hip width using the 95th percentile, Popliteal height using the 50th percentile.

This study aims to design an assorted chip chopper that can cut various kinds of raw materials for making chips such as cassava, sweet potato, taro and so on. Product design is important to carry out the production process. Product design helps estimate and analyze requirements with more accurate results than without doing this process. The design in this study was carried out using the Solidworks 2020 software. The dimensions of the machine obtained from the design results were 330 mm long, 330 mm wide, and 285 mm high with a mass of 1.59 kg. The novelty of the design that has been made is the addition of a feeding spring, so that the material input process is more stable and safer. Feeding springs can also improve the quality of the cut. In addition to making the design, a simulation of the calculation of the maximum von Mises value is also carried out with the aim of knowing the safety factor of the design that has been made. From the simulation results, the maximum von Mises Stress value of Force 1 is 1,470 MPa, and Force 2 is 9,846 MPa. This value is obtained from the provision of Force 1 32.49758 and Force 2 18.718. This value is far below the yield strength of the material (250 MPa) so it can be concluded that the design is safe to proceed to the production process.

Along with the rapid increase in the amount of information on the internet, many internet visitors feel confused in getting information about notebooks available online on the internet. Therefore, it is necessary to compile or organize information about notebooks from several web addresses that contain information about brands, specifications, prices of notebooks, so that it can make it easier for visitors to carry out the process of searching for information about brands, specifications, notebook prices and get information that is in accordance with visitor wishes. A special search engine is an application that functions to find specific information based on keywords entered by visitors. This search engine will be able to provide information about brands, specifications and prices of notebooks easily and quickly. In the process of working this search engine, later all the information on the internet site will be extracted and then stored in a database. then displayed to visitors. Making this final project produces a special search engine application that helps visitors get information about brands, specifications, and prices of notebooks from several webs that are determined directly. From several experimental results, importing brand keywords, specifications and notebook prices in the search engine resulted in 80% precision and 94% recall.

An increase in the income level of the population causes the demand for health services to increase and affects the increase in the cost of health services. This needs to be balanced with the increasing public health status. One of the improvement processes is by implementing the BI system in the Batu Baptist Hospital Pharmacy. The method used is implementing the BI system at Batu Baptist Hospital to support quality in strategic decision making. The BI system for drug and medical equipment inventory can be accessed by two types of users, namely admin and warehouse manager/pharmacist. Each of these actors can operate the system according to the access rights they have. Admin can make ETL, and manage BI System dashboard for medicine and medical equipment inventory. The results of the dashboard can later be seen by the warehouse manager/pharmacist. BI development to assist decision making at Batu Baptist Hospital Malang through several stages: data warehouse modeling, ETL process, pentaho application connection with tables, and BI dashboard visualization design. The BI dashboard that has been visualized is a graph of the comparison of drugs and outgoing drugs, a comparison graph of medical device supplies and the use of medical devices, trend graphs so that the expenditure of medical devices in a given month can be used as a manager's consideration for adding medical equipment supplies based on the needs of the most widely used medical equipment. per month in one year.

The activity of implementing proper machine maintenance is a must in a company. PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk is a company that produces ceramic tiles. The machine used is a spray dryer machine. The company aims to determine whether there is a schedule or time interval for machine maintenance. The method used is (RCM) Reliability Centered Maintenance. RCM is a process for determining the actions that must be taken so that the system is in good condition. Components are reviewed from FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis). The risk assessment is obtained from calculating the RPN (Risk Priority Number), then determining the distribution of each component. Calculation of MTTR and MTBF values, and finally determines the maintenance time interval. From the FMEA results, three risk priority components were obtained, namely the nozzle, piston pump, and vibration filter slip tank. Maintenance intervals on the nozzle component with a maintenance interval of 694 hours , piston pump with a maintenance interval of 758 hours, vibration filter slip tank with a maintenance interval of 292 hours per year. The results of this study indicate that there are three components that have a high failure rate and must receive scheduled maintenance to reduce the failure of the spray diyer machine

Ice is one of the products produced by cooling machines that can be used to lower the temperature. It is obtained from the process of changing the state of water into ice by cooling below the freezing point of water at 0°C. The process of cooling into ice is done by releasing heat energy which causes the surface of the water to harden. The use of ice-making technology can be done with the Smart Relay-based Fast Freezing Method. This method minimizes the manual system mechanism to increase ice production, one of which is Tube Ice. This research uses an experimental approach method to get the best results which will later be included in the PLC (Program Logic Controllers) and HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems in one Autonic Fort component. This research output is in the form of a smart tube ice machine (ice crystal). This ice machine can help the community in the culinary and fishery fields. With this tube ice machine, culinary entrepreneurs can get an ice supply quickly and hygienically. In contrast to the beam industry, which requires a large area and a lot of infrastructure. This smart tube ice machine can increase the productivity of the tube ice produced. This tube ice machine uses a design with a model and size that is very compact and easy to operate, does not require a large place. So that they can work as micro, small and medium enterprises that can support the community's economy.
