Abstract

Credit is the main product of savings and loan cooperatives in an effort to increase profitability. The greater the credit issued, the greater the profit earned by a cooperative, each cooperative will package credit products in such a way as to be able to attract the attention of each customer. However, cooperative suati can find problems in channeling credit, such as those in the Daruzzakah Multipurpose Cooperative located in Rensing Village, West Sakra Subdistrict, East Lombok Regency, however, the cooperative some can find problems in channeling credit, such as those in the Daruzzakah Multipurpose Cooperative which is located in Rensing Village, West Sakra District, East Lombok Regency, in determining the creditworthiness of credit they always use statistical data, but the data does not guarantee whether during credit or non-performing loans. The Decision Tree algorithm will provide several options to see what factors are bad or current loans, this is done to classify which loans are smooth and bad so that in the future it can be anticipated early.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v3i2.2299

Abstract

The Family of Hope Program (PKH) is a program of giving cash to Very Poor Households (RTSM) based on established terms and conditions. Where PKH was implemented in Indonesia in 2007, but in East Lombok PKH was only implemented in 2011. However, judging from the data of PKH recipient members, there are still many RTSM who do not get the PKH assistance. This situation identified the data collection method and the determination of priorities that were not yet on target. From these problems, it is necessary to utilize data mining techniques using the support vector machine (SVM) algorithm in determining PKH recipients. After testing 4 times using different K-Fold Validation on the cross validation operator. K-Fold Validation functions to divide the amount of training data and testing data on the data being tested. Then the accuracy results that have been tested are 95.41%.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v3i1.1802

Abstract

Along with the times and growing population growth, human needs are increasing. Every human being has diverse needs. Whatever humans need will produce something that must be discarded in the end and become waste. For the waste transportation services, the Environmental Service Office and the Hygiene Agency will collect fees from the relevant parties according to the specified amount. This fee collection is known as retribution. In order to help the office, a tool is needed to predict waste retribution revenue based on the daily retribution data. The algorithm model used is Decition Tree (C4.5) to get the rule in predicting the amount of monthly waste retribution at the Environmental and Hygiene Office of Selong District, East Lombok Regency. After three tests, all three showed high accuracy and AUC values. The most superior result is by using number of validation 3, with the accuracy value obtained is 96.51% and AUC value is 0.976% with a diagnosis level of excellent classification accuracy.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v1i1.893

Abstract

AbstrakDusun Jelitong merupakan salah satu dusun di Desa Pendem Kec. Janapria Kab. Lombok Tengah yang mendapat bantuan program Penyedia Air Minum Dan Sanitasi Berbasis Masyarakat (PAMSIMAS) ditahun 2017, dengan memanfaatkan mata air yang ada, kemudian dilakukan penampungan yang kemudian sejak Januari 2018 mulai beroprasi dengan menyambungkan watermater langsung ke rumah-rumah penduduk. Petugas yang melakukan pemeliharaan, pengoperasian, pengontrolan disebut Kelompok Penyelenggara Sanitasi Penyedia Air Minum (KPSPAM) “DJ-Menteng”, petugas sangat sulit dalam melalukan pengitungan dan pengolahan data dalam merekap dan pelaporan keuangan yang berimbar pada pelayanan  masyarakat atau pelanggan yang menggunakan air. Masyarakat sering mengeluh dikarenakan sistem pembayaran yang masih manual, proses yang lambat dan tidak akurat yang bisa mengakibatkan kesalah pahaman antara petugas dengan pelanggan. Penerapan teknoligi informasi diharpkan mampu memberikan solusi yang tepat dalam memberikan pelayanan yang maksimum, dengan alasan inilah penelitian dilakukan untuk melakukan pengumpulan atau pencatatan data pelanggan dan watermeter yang akan diolah oleh komputer dengan menggunaka bahasa pemrograman web yang bisa menyimpan data jika sewaktu-waktu dibutuhkan untuk dipertanggungjawabkan oleh petugas KPSPAM.Kata Kunci : Pamsimas, Air Bersih, KPSPAM, WebAbstractJelitong Hamlet is one of the hamlets in Pendem Village, Janapria Subdistrict, Central Lombok Regency who received assistance from the Community Based Water and Sanitation Provider (PAMSIMAS) program in 2017, by utilizing existing springs, then a shelter is carried out which then from January 2018 begins operating by connecting the water mater directly to people's homes. Officers who carry out maintenance, operation, control are called the Sanitation Provider Drinking Water Provider Group (KPSPAM) "DJ-Menteng", officers are very difficult in carrying out calculations and processing data in recapitulation and financial reporting that leads to community services or customers who use water. People often complain that the payment system is still manual, the process is slow and inaccurate which can lead to misunderstandings between officers and customers. The application of information technology is expected to be able to provide the right solution in providing maximum service, for this reason research is conducted to collect or record customer data and water meters that will be processed by computers using a web programming language that can store data if needed at any time to account by KPSPAM officers.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v2i2.1427

Abstract

The improvement of education in an area is determined by the government's method of managing its education system. Smart education is an implementation of e-Government in a learning system that uses 21st century skills with the support of IT infrastructure and implementing the latest technological innovations. The implementation of smart education is required, especially during the pandemic and post-pandemic to improve the quality of education which has declined since the beginning of covid-19 pandemic, but not all regions in Indonesia are able and ready to implement the concept. City/district governments, especially those that have implemented smart cities, need a reference regarding the factors that considered in implementing smart education to avoid the risk of failure. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to create a summary of the factors that need to be considered to increase the success of smart education implementation. This study uses a systematic literature review method to identify factors that are considered in implementing smart education based on previous studies. The research produces five main aspects which are a summary of all the factors found in previous studies, which consist of technological aspects, data aspects, human resources aspects, governance aspects, and financial aspects. All factors from these five aspects can be a reference for the government and related parties to increase the success rate of implementing smart education

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi merupakan kelanjutan pendidikan menengah yang diselenggarakan untuk mempersiapkan peserta didik untuk memiliki kemampuan akademis dan profesional yang dapat menerapkan, mengembangkan dan menciptakan IPTEK. Melihat fenomena seperti itu membuat banyak perguruan tinggi dari berbagai penjuru di indonesia berlomba untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dengan berbagai macam cara, salah satunya adalah dengan menawarkan program pendidikan yang memiliki kompetensi di dunia kerja. Fakultas Teknik Universitas Hamzanwadi merupakan salah satu Universitas Swasta yang bernaung dibawah Yayasan Pendidikan Darul Nahdlaitain NW Pancor Lombok Timur Nusa Tenggara Barat yang dari awal berdiri berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan kualitas masyarakat dengan memberikan pilihan program pendidikan yang kompeten di bidangnya, yang tentunya dipersiapkan untuk dunia kerja. Fakultas Teknik Universitas Hamzanwadi telah memiliki lulusan yang tersebar di Nusa Tenggara Barat ataupun di kota-kota lain dengan berbagai bidang pekerjaan yang beragam. Jumlah pekerjaan yang beragam dan sulitnya mencari lowongan pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan kompetensi keahlian sehingga menjadi suatu permasalahan yang harus segera dipecahkan oleh para pimpinan Perguruan Tinggi. Oleh karena itu perlu dibangunnya sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat mengumpulkan data pengelola serta menyajikan data secara akurat dari para alumni yang ada. Maka dari itu peneliti berinisiatif melakukan suatu terobosan dengan melakukan penelitian yang berhubungan dengan kualitas kompetensi lulusan dengan kesesuaian lowongan pekerjaan yang ada saat ini. Tracer Study merupakan suatu bentuk penelitian mengenai situasi alumni khususnya dalam hal pencarian kerja, situasi kerja, dan pemanfaatan pemerolehan kompetensi selama kuliah di perguruan tinggi. Tracer Study tidaklah terbatas pada Perguruan Tinggi saja, tetapi  lebih jauh lagi dapat memberikan informasi penting mengenai hubungan (link) antara dunia Pendidikan Tinggi dengan dunia kerja. Abstract

In recent years the use of information systems has changed very dramatically. Currently, many information systems are developed for various types of users. These various kinds of users have different characteristics, which makes it very difficult for organizations developing information systems to know the needs of their users. For this reason, a good and in-depth need elicitation is needed to really know the user's needs. The purpose of this study is to explore the needs of users in the E-Learning system of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang to increase user satisfaction of the system. In this study, several elicitation methods were used, namely interviews, storytelling, user personas, and storyboards. The interview method is carried out to explore the problems experienced by users when using the system. Then the results of the interview will be processed into a narrative form of storytelling and then poured into a persona document. By using the above method, you can dig deeper to get a sharper solution to the problems experienced by users. The results of these four methods have proven to be effective in the need elicitation process because these four methods are interrelated and complement each other. This study resulted in a storyboard containing recommended solutions from the results of the excavation of needs carried out on users of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang E-Learning system

Abstract

Public service is an activity or series of activities in the framework of fulfilling service needs in accordance with statutory regulations for every citizen and resident of goods, services, or administrative services provided by public service providers. All types of services are provided and provided to the community by the village government apparatus, in general it has not satisfied many people. The services provided are too complicated for reasons according to the procedure, the amount of fees charged, and a very long time, so the services provided tend to be ineffective and inefficient. In this study predictions will be made about the community's satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the performance of village officials in improving services using the Naïve Bayes algorithm method. The Naive Bayes algorithm is a classification with probability and statistical methods proposed by the British scientist Thomas Bayes, which predicts future opportunities based on past experience so that it is known as Bayes theorem. This research was conducted using a data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire filled out by 50 respondents 10% of the total population, from a population of 5,539 permanent residents in the village of Lenek Lauk. Analysis of the results of the study was conducted using the Naïve Bayes algorithm method. Function to see the level of accuracy. Measurement with naïve bayes algorithm produces 92.26% accuracy and AUC value on the ROC curve is 0.924.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v3i2.2314

Abstract

One of the factors for students graduating on time with good grades is that the study program they take is in accordance with their interests and competencies. For this reason, in the process of admitting new students, it is necessary to carry out selection, information and direction regarding the chosen study program. By using previous year's student data, data mining processing is carried out to produce classifications of study programs for prospective new students. To get maximum results, preprocessing data is carried out, after which the data is divided into training data and testing data. The two data are then processed with the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm to determine the suitability of the Study Program class in the testing data and then the measurement accuracy value is calculated. Because it has a high accuracy value of 74%, using this training data it is developed in the form of an application with Java NetBeans which can be used to assist prospective new students in predicting the appropriate study program.

Abstract

One of the materials provided at SMK is Microprocessor and Microcontroller System material. The material is very important to study because currently, the system based on microprocessor systems and microcontrollers is becoming a technology that is in demand and is developing in the community. Starting from the application of analog electronic circuits, then digital and now almost all equipment uses microprocessor systems, for example, devices close to us, such as mobile phones, televisions, radio-cassettes, washing machines to space instruments. Based on the description above, a method is needed learning that is able to provide a deeper understanding of the microcontroller-based system as well and can increase student interest in learning. The method used is the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) method. Community service programs through the application of science and technology will be directed to provide an introduction to microprocessor and microcontroller technology using the Arduino electronic system development module theoretically and practically for application in the field of audio-video engineering. The skills competency training program activities for students of SMK Negeri 3 SELONG majoring in Computer and Network Engineering can be carried out properly and run smoothly in accordance with the planned activities that have been prepared from the start, although not all students participating in the training can master the training material provided. This activity received a good reception, as evidenced by the consistency and seriousness of the trainees attending the training activities from beginning to end, and did not leave the place before the training ended. The success of the target achieved by the number of training participants who reached more than 10 participants. Achievement of research objectives is to the students of SMK Negeri 3 SELONG to gain additional insight into the microcontroller. The ability of students of SMK Negeri 3 SELONG in increasing knowledge in the field of microcontrollers is improved compared to before carrying out training activities, this can be seen from the results of the practice that has been carried out by students during trainingDOI : 10.29408/jit.v3i1.1851
