Abstract

BPS-Statistics of Aceh Province routinely carries out inflation press releases. The process of preparing the press release requires a lot of time. Besides, the inflation data published in this press release was referred to by various parties such as researchers, agencies, and the mass media. Thus, the quality of the data presented must be maintained. This study is aimed at finding a more effective and efficient press release preparation process while maintaining the quality of the inflation data presented. The method used is the Business Process Improvement (BPI) regarding the 12 streamlining tools until the proposed business process is found. Furthermore, a simulation is carried out between the initial business processes and the proposed business processes that are found. This simulation proves that the proposed business process can significantly reduce press release preparation time by up to 74%. The number of business process activities decreases from 14 activities to 9 activities. On the other hand, choosing one of the streamlining tools, namely automation, is expected to be able to maintain the quality of the inflation data presented. Through this study, researchers also found that the BPI method was proven to be able to recommend a more effective and efficient business process for press release preparation

Abstract

Along with the development of the human mindset, humans begandevelop systems that can help humans in overcoming problems that arise can be solved easily. Decision tree or better known as the decision tree is an implementation of the system that humans develop in finding and making decisions for these problems by comparing various kinds of problems related to these problems and related to education. Education is a conscious and planned effort to realize learning and the learning process so that students can increase the potential needed by themselves. The function of education is very important as one of the factors driving the development of human resources with the aim of increasing the ability of the community to develop science. Thus, the teaching and learning process is one of the determining factors for the success of education in schools, the low quality of education is the result of the low quality of the learning process carried out in schools. On this occasion, the researcher made preparations for the grades of class XII students at SMK Negeri 1 Selong for 2018/2019 school year using RapidMiner as a tool and applying the Decision Tree method to assess student achievement levels as seen from the report card grades. Abstract

Not in the future, Sasak, an ancient manuscript on palm-leaf media from the island of Lombok, experienced quality degradation over time, which worsened the readability of the manuscript. This study explores a combination of denoising and binarization techniques for manuscript image processing with the aim of helping improve future script readability. The experimental results show that the readability level can be improved by different denoising and binarization techniques for different front conditions. The binarization simple thresholding technique and the gaussian adaptive technique are found to generally have the best performance compared to other techniques.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v1i2.902

Abstract

Kredit adalah penyediaan uang atau tagihan yang dapat dipersamakan dengan itu, berdasarkan persetujuan pinjam meminjam antara bank dengan pihak lain yang mewajibkan pihak peminjam melunasi hutangnya setelah jangka waktu tertentu dengan pemberian bunga. Dari permasalahan yang ada digunakan sebuah metode sekaligus memprediksi kelayakan pemberian kredit di Desa Gerung Permai Kecamatan Suralaga  yaitu dengan model algoritma C4.5 berbasis Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). Setelah di lakukan pengujian dengan dua model yaitu algoritma C4.5 dan algoritma C4.5 berbasis Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) maka hasil yang didapat adalah untuk nilai akurasi algoritma C4.5 senilai 98,86% sedangkan nilai akurasi algoritma C4.5 berbasis PSO senilai 98,89% sehingga selisih untuk nilai akurasi meningkat sebesar 0,3% dan ROC curve untuk keduanya yaitu, nilai AUC berdasarkan ROC curve untuk algoritma C4.5 bernilai 0,895, sedangkan untuk algoritma C4.5 berbasis PSO bernili 0,917 sehingga didapatkan selisih nilai AUC meningkat sebesar 0,22 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan teknik Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO) dapat meningkatkan nilai akurasi pada Algoritma C4.5.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v2i2.1455

Abstract

Program pembelajaran untuk anak usia Sekolah Dasar (SD) akan lebih mudah disampaikan apabila menggunakan strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan gaya belajar atau profil kecerdasan majemuk anak. Identifikasi profil kecerdasan majemuk anak dapat dilakukan melalui proses observasi orang tua dan guru sekolah terhadap kegiatan sehari-hari anak. Profil kecerdasan majemuk anak bersifat dinamis sehingga perlu dilakukan identifikasi profil kecerdasan majemuk secara berkala minimal satu tahun sekali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode Simple Additive Weight (SAW) pada Sistem Manajemen Potensi Anak Sejak Dini (SIMPONI) berdasarkan Teori Kecerdasan Majemuk. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) digunakan untuk perhitungan penentuan rangking profil Kecerdasan Majemuk anak. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi manajemen identifikasi Profil Kecerdasan Majemuk dengan pengolahan data menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Keunggulan produk yang dihasilkan penelitian ini adalah orang tua dapat melakukan identifikasi profil kecerdasan majemuk anak secara lebih mudah dibandingkan model sebelumnya yang menggunakan metode wawancara yang mengharuskan tatap muka.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v3i2.2250

Abstract

Home is a very basic requirement for all people besides food and clothes. Home can express prosperity level and health level about resident / its dweller. A high quality of home as good shelter can be seen from its building, facility and structure. The local government program to decrease poverty through program of RTLH, have to be supported with data accuration. Besides good data accuration, it is also required data-processing time efficiency of receiver of aid. This research used Data technique of Mining with Algorithm of K-Nearest Neighbor base on Particle Swarm Optimization in classification elegibility of acceptance of aid rehabilitate house improper dwell. By using method of calculation of algorithm of K-Nearest Neighbor base on Particle Swarm Optimization, the accuration value in prediction elegibility of acceptance of aid rehabilitate house improper dwell is calculated. After conducting a test by using algorithm of K-NN and algorithm of K-NN base on Particle Swarm Optimization,  the result is algorithm of K-NN yield accuration value equal to 89,29% and value of AUC 0,786. The algorithm of K-NN base on Particle Swarm Optimization yield accuration value equal to 95,33% and value of AUC 0.970. After conducting the tests to both of the model, the difference is showed with 6,04% percentage and difference of value of AUC 0.184. DOI : 10.29408/jit.v2i2.1417

Abstract

Risa Rafana is a clinic that located at Wage Batujai West Praya, Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara Province. Risa Rafana clinic has problems in medical records processing because the existing system could not systematically assess patient, so the clinicians had trouble for finding the data of patients when had been in manual system. The is development method that was used  is Extreme Programming methodology. The method  prioritizing  of clients as a resource person who understand the system that will be created, from the client itself  acquired user story. The Stages that will be created such as planning, design, coding and testing. The information system is designed by concept of UML (Unified Modeling Language) and developed using Framework PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), which is a web-based CodeIgniter. The  processing of database by MySQL. The information system could process data of patients, doctors, specialists, labs, rontgen, medications, so it could make medical records information and made report of patient’s surgery, reporting of laboratory check, reporting of medicine prescription, reporting of drug selling that has been given to patients, so it made easier to diagnose the disease

Abstract

ABSTRACTTGKH. Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Madjid is a charismatic scholar on the island of Lombok and is the founder of Nahdlatul Wathan, the largest organization in West Nusa Tenggara. The works of Maulana Shaykh TGKH. Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Madjid, like his books is a practice that routines are read by students and santriwati even the Nahdlatul Wathan congregation, as prayers and lessons that are practiced every time they finish worship and at critical times. Maulana Shaykh TGKH. Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Madjid has many santri and santriwati in West Nusa Tenggara, even the archipelago under the Nahdlatul Wathan organization who faithfully practice his teachings and even his advice. Problems arise when his students are constrained by distance and time who want to read the books of his teacher. Therefore the author provides a solution with the Digitization of TGKH Works. Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Madjid is based on mobile as an interactive learning medium for the preservation of the legacy of the founder of Nahdlatul Wathan. That will help his students who in fact do not have the book and are hindered by distance and time. Abstract

Big Data is a collection of data with a large and complex size, consisting of various data types and obtained from various sources, overgrowing quickly. Some of the problems that will arise when processing big data, among others, are related to the storage and access of big data, which consists of various types of data with high complexity that are not able to be handled by the relational model. One technology that can solve the problem of storing and accessing big data is Hadoop. Hadoop is a technology that can store and process big data by distributing big data into several data partitions (data blocks). Problems arise when an analysis process requires all data spread out into one data entity, for example, in the data clustering process. One alternative solution is to do a parallel and scattered analysis, then perform a centralized analysis of the results of the scattered analysis. This study examines and analyzes two methods, namely K-Medoids Mapreduce and K-Modes without Mapreduce. The dataset used is a dataset about cars consisting of 3.5 million rows of data with 400MB distributed in a Hadoop Cluster (consisting of more than one engine). Hadoop has a MapReduce feature, consisting of 2 functions, namely map and reduce. The map function performs a selection to retrieve a key, value pairs, and returns a value in the form of a collection of key value pairs, and then the reduce function combines all key value pairs from several map functions. The results of the cluster quality evaluation are tested using the Silhouette Coefficient testing metric. The K-Medoids MapReduce algorithm for the car dataset gives a silhouette value of 0.99 with a total of 2 clusters.
