Abstract

Vinensi Motor Workshop is a trading company engaged in the sale of spare parts such as oil, motorcycle lights, spark plugs, mirrors and others, where the promotion and sales process is still conventional. This means that customers must go to a garage to be able to make product purchases. The design of the sales information system in the Vinensi Motor workshop is a step to increase sales and product promotions so that it can benefit the workshop itself. The purpose of building this spare part sales information system is that customers can order products without having to come by Vinensi Motor workshop, the workshop can overcome the problem of product processing, order processing so as to make it easy for consumers to get information about the products available at Vinensi Motor's workshop. This system is designed using HTML, PHP using MySQL database while the editor uses Sublime text. The results of this research are the implementation of this spare part sales information system can be used as a sales promotion tool that can be accessed anywhere and anytime, the purchase process can be directly without having to come to the store, and can simplify the product purchase transaction process, so as to increase sales from the workshop Vinensi Motor itself.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v3i2.2289

Abstract

During this time, the process of sending files between the Department of Population and Civil Registration with Technical Implementation Unit is still using a manual system, it makes the process of resolving problematic files has been slow which has an impact on public dissatisfaction to government services. This study aims to assist the local office in overcoming these problems by utilizing existing internet networks and building an online-based system for sending the problem files. This research using waterfall method to develop software systems by having an ordered software life path that starts from analysis, design, coding and testing. With an online-based system, file transfers can be done quickly and the number of problem files can be recorded automaticallyDOI : 10.29408/jit.v3i1.1792

Abstract

The Mushroom is a wild plant and grow a lot in damp places, at the former rice bran and even grows on rotten trees. In the process of drying oyster mushroom it is very easy, only requires land for nurseries and maintains the temperature inside the oyster mushroom kumbung itself, for maintenance you must maintain the temperature and the humidity so that in the kumbung it remains moist and the oyster mushroom baglog not dry out because the temperature is not as required oyster mushroom baglog. So far, the cultivation that has been carried out is still manual, usually watering the oyster mushroom kumbung in the morning and evening, sometimes when it is hot during the day, watering is done to reduce the temperature inside the oyster mushroom kumbung. In this case the research was carried out on monitoring of temperature and humidity of oyster mushroom kumbung and automatic misting based on IoT which is combined with the blynk application which can be opened on an android smart phone by relying on an internert connection so that you can find out the temperature and humidity in the oyster mushroom kumbung This system uses a DHT11 sensor which functions to read temperature and humidity so that it sends data to NodeMCU V3 and then sends it to the user via the blynk application. If the temperature obtained is >30,200 the it will give a fog epek to the baglog automatically and the led in the blynk application will light up as a notification to the user that in the kumbung the oyster mushrooms are doing mist to lower the temperature of the kumbung and when the temperature is <=30.00 the fog will be stop and the led light in the blynk application will turn off, to be able to see the temperature and humidity of the oyster mushroom through the blynk application, you must first connect to the internet, both from the monitoring tool for oyster mushroom kumbung monitoring and automatic fogging based on iot or the smart phone user.

Abstract

East Lombok Regency is one of the second level regions in West Nusa Tenggara Province which is located on the east side of Lombok Island. The capital city of East Lombok Regency is the city of Selong, where all government agencies are based in this city. One of them is the Department of Environment and Hygiene of East Lombok Regency. In carrying out operational duties at the Office of Environment and Hygiene the operational vehicle requires that the fuel oil is a subsidy from the government. Therefore, the use of BBM every day must be recorded properly so that it can be predicted the amount of fuel usage every month. However, the Office of the Environment and Hygiene Office has difficulty in processing such data in large quantities. Predicted information on fuel use is needed by the head of the agency to assist in making decisions or policies. Of these problems the right data mining technique to use is classification. One method of classification of data mining is the decition tree algorithm (C4.5) or called the decision tree. The decition tree (C4.5) algorithm has weaknesses in reading large amounts of data, so researchers use weighting by applying Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) for attribute selection to increase the accuracy of C4.5.Thus the researcher will utilize data mining software in applying a comparison of the decition tree (C4.5) and C4.5 algorithms based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to get the best accuracy value in predicting the amount of monthly use of fuel oil at the Service Office Environment and Cleanliness of East Lombok Regency.DOI : 10.29408/jit.v2i1.1173

Abstract

AbstrakDusun Jelitong merupakan salah satu dusun di Desa Pendem Kec. Janapria Kab. Lombok Tengah yang mendapat bantuan program Penyedia Air Minum Dan Sanitasi Berbasis Masyarakat (PAMSIMAS) ditahun 2017, dengan memanfaatkan mata air yang ada, kemudian dilakukan penampungan yang kemudian sejak Januari 2018 mulai beroprasi dengan menyambungkan watermater langsung ke rumah-rumah penduduk. Petugas yang melakukan pemeliharaan, pengoperasian, pengontrolan disebut Kelompok Penyelenggara Sanitasi Penyedia Air Minum (KPSPAM) “DJ-Menteng”, petugas sangat sulit dalam melalukan pengitungan dan pengolahan data dalam merekap dan pelaporan keuangan yang berimbar pada pelayanan  masyarakat atau pelanggan yang menggunakan air. Masyarakat sering mengeluh dikarenakan sistem pembayaran yang masih manual, proses yang lambat dan tidak akurat yang bisa mengakibatkan kesalah pahaman antara petugas dengan pelanggan. Penerapan teknoligi informasi diharpkan mampu memberikan solusi yang tepat dalam memberikan pelayanan yang maksimum, dengan alasan inilah penelitian dilakukan untuk melakukan pengumpulan atau pencatatan data pelanggan dan watermeter yang akan diolah oleh komputer dengan menggunaka bahasa pemrograman web yang bisa menyimpan data jika sewaktu-waktu dibutuhkan untuk dipertanggungjawabkan oleh petugas KPSPAM.Kata Kunci : Pamsimas, Air Bersih, KPSPAM, WebAbstractJelitong Hamlet is one of the hamlets in Pendem Village, Janapria Subdistrict, Central Lombok Regency who received assistance from the Community Based Water and Sanitation Provider (PAMSIMAS) program in 2017, by utilizing existing springs, then a shelter is carried out which then from January 2018 begins operating by connecting the water mater directly to people's homes. Officers who carry out maintenance, operation, control are called the Sanitation Provider Drinking Water Provider Group (KPSPAM) "DJ-Menteng", officers are very difficult in carrying out calculations and processing data in recapitulation and financial reporting that leads to community services or customers who use water. People often complain that the payment system is still manual, the process is slow and inaccurate which can lead to misunderstandings between officers and customers. Abstract

Farm is one of the largest food suppliers after agriculture. Many of the breeders do everything to improve the quality of their livestock. The usual way used by chicken farmers are by manual means such as temperature checking, and checking the availability of feed. Therefore it is necessary to create an automatic temperature monitoring and chicken feeding tool, which in this research  based on IoTs (Internet of Things). It uses DHT11 sensors to measure temperature in cages, Arduino Uno and NodeMCU ESP 8266 as microcontrollers and blynk applications as temperature monitoring tools. It consists of several interconnected parts. Starting from the DHT11 sensor measuring the temperature, then sent to the microcontroller after it is processed, then sent to the blynk webserver so that it can be accessed and displayed by the monitoring application. While chicken feeding can be made easier using servo motor as a door feeder chicken that works with scheduling system, then for the availability of feed will be measured by the specified weight. If the weight reaches a number less than or equal to 400 grams, then the loadcell sensor will send a notification to blynk with the message . The result of this researchs can monitor the temperature in the cage and provide feed automatically even though it  still not maximal.

Abstract

The rise of based business activities electronic certainly has a big impact on people's lives, especially the trade sector as experienced by Rafa store, especially at this time the world is being hit by a disaster, namely the COVID-19 pandemic which requires people to stay at home and limit activities outside the home. This is the backgroundof the author to create an application that can facilitate the community, especially housewives in meeting their household needs. This study aims to find out how the effectiveness of based applications electronic in increasing revenue at Rafa sawing stores. The method used in this study is to make direct observations to the rafa shop and conduct interviews with shop owners. By observing the researchers can find out the condition of the store both in terms of product availability and in terms of service By conducting interviews, researchers can find out the ins and outs of the store in terms of finances, availability of goods and service conditions applied by Rafa Stores at this time. For this reason, researchers are determined to apply the concept electronic to this Rafa store by building sales system E-grocery an Android based at the Rafa Sawing store.
