Abstract

This research was conducted in Cingkam Mekhanggun Village, Lawe Alas District, Southeast Aceh Regency with a height of ± 250 meters above sea level. This research will be carried out from September 2020 to December 2020 with the aim of being able to determine the effect of manure and the correct dose of urea fertilizer in order to obtain the growth of cocoa plants. This study used a factorial randomized block design (RBD) consisting of 2 treatment factors and 2 replications, namely the first factor of manure (K) with treatment K1 = 100 gr / polybag, K2 = 200 gr / polybag and K3 = 300 gr / polybag. The second factor was Urea (U) fertilizer with 3 treatment levels U1 = 1 g / polybag, U2 = 2 g / polybag and U3 = 3 g / polybag, so that 9 treatment combinations were obtained. The results showed that manure could not increase the growth of cocoa seedlings, plant height, leaf area, stem diameter and biomass weight. The application of urea fertilizer cannot stimulate the growth of cocoa seedlings in the nursery. The treatment combination between manure and urea fertilizer cannot stimulate the growth of cocoa plants in the nursery

Abstract

While creating more employment opportunities for Chinese women, algorithm-centered platform technologies have further exposed Chinese female take-out riders to hidden surplus value and gender labor exploitation. By examining the labor process, labor reproduction, and surplus value production process, this paper reveals that women face value extraction outside of the childcare and family spheres; at the same time, the platform technology controlled by the logic of capital further intensifies the exploitation of women's living space and social reproduction spheres; in addition, this technology-driven labor group also breeds hidden gender violence and other current situations. This study realistically illustrates the urgent need for the platform economy to address the hidden exploitation in the field of labor reproduction.

Abstract

The existence of Islamic education in Indonesia has been around for a long time since the 13th century AD, but various problems have always accompanied Islamic education from the colonial colonial era, the Old Order, the New Order, Reformation, to the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0. especially in the midst of this era of industrialization, forcing all elements within the State and society based on digitalization and manufacturing. This is very much different from the paradigm of Islamic education which focuses on guiding humans so that they become Islamic-spiritual human beings who must be oriented towards technology and manufacturing. There are a number of problems that are still the "blockstone" of Islamic education in the midst of this rapid flow of industrialization, namely: First, there is still a dichotomy of science (between general science and religious knowledge); Second, the research culture in Islamic educational institutions is still weak (both scholars, practitioners, policy makers, and the openness of educational institutions such as Islamic boarding schools and madrasas, each of which considers research to be a Western product); Third, curriculum problems that often change along with changes in the minister of education; Fourth, limited human resources in terms of quantity and quality (both teachers, lecturers, tutors, ustadz, and others); Fifth, the Islamic education management system is still not well organized; mastery of science and ICT in the administration of education, and; Sixth, the education evaluation system which so far still relies on national exam scores. The research conducted by the author is a field research with a qualitative description.

Abstract

The Service is required to be part of the hospital in implementing the documentation of nursing care using computerization. Patients in hospitals often feel dissatisfied with services because nurses take too long to search for patient history data and nurses feel dissatisfied in paper-based documentation which makes the workload increase. The purpose of this study was to design a nursing care documentation design in the 2000s SDKI, SLKI, SIKI (3S) in hospital management information systems on nurse satisfaction. The research method used a research and development design as well as descriptive observational cross sectional with a total sampling technique of 74 nursing respondents at Dian Harapan Jayapura Hospital and analyzed using simple regression analysis. The results showed that 73% of the 3-S nursing care documentation design in SIMRS was in the good category and 77% of nurses were satisfied with the 2000s nursing care documentation design in SIMRS and a significant p-value (0.000) which means that there is an effect of 30.8 % between the design of the 3S nursing care documentation in SIMRS and the satisfaction of nurses at Dian Harapan Jayapura Hospital. It can be said that by increasing the resulting information system, the satisfaction of nurses as users is getting better. It is recommended to hold socialization, training and policy realization for nurses documenting 3S nursing care in SIMRS.
