Abstract

Every year, more cases of violence against women and children are reported. According to the poll done by the Ministry of Women's Empowerment, the average age of children and women in 2021 was between 15 and 64 years. This rose from prior years. The rise in cases in 2021 is a warning not only to the government, in this example, the Ministry or State Institution, but to all community institutions. This study aims to establish the role of Christian religious education in preventing domestic violence and utilizing qualitative methodologies. The study's findings imply that Christian religious education must incorporate pre-marriage marriage consultations and a curriculum emphasizing the significance of protecting women and children in the family and social life.

The current study was aimed to investigate the cultural perspectives on online learning through the flipped learning activity to face the 4.0 industry era in Indonesia. Online learning has been a trend in education as the development of education in the world refers to the current situations due to the development of technology. The important thing needed to be considered is concerned with the strategy of providing the learning time allocation and using technology. The best alternative strategy to support online learning is conducting the flipped learning activity. However, it is not an easy matter since some cultural aspects in Indonesia can be great obstacles. That's why it is crucial to recognize the problems and find the solutions referring to the existing cultural dimensions. The results revealed that the way how the learners studied English through the online learning activities was mostly influenced by the cultural dimensions such as getting passive in the class, focusing on getting good grades, expecting the teachers’ dominations in the class, and getting fond of being given playful learning activities. Regarding this, some solutive efforts were also done by the teachers in the form of flipped learning activities leading the acts of building the classroom interactions through questioning and giving various tasks targetting to improve the generic capabilities. Hence, it is recommended that both the EFL teachers and learners can overcome the problems related to the existence and influence of the cultural dimensions by implementing the flipped learning activities to support the online learning activities conducted for reaching better academic achievements through the developments of their generic capabilities to face the 4.0 industry era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of the Efficiency Ratio (BOPO), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Size (SIZE) with LPS Guarantee Interest Rate (SBP) as a moderating variable on the Return On Assets (ROA) of Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, including the observation of 38 commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020. The statistical analysis method used is a descriptive quantitative method with the type of data being time series and cross-section using moderated regression analysis method (MRA). The results showed that the determinants of Operating Costs with Operating Income (BOPO) and Guarantee Interest Rate (SBP) had a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), Non Performing Loans (NPL) had a significant negative effect on Return On Assets (ROA). The Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Bank Size (SIZE) do not affect Return On Assets (ROA). The results of the Moderating Guarantee Interest Rate (SBP) moderate the effect of Operating Costs with Operating Income (BOPO) and moderate the effect of Non-Performing Loans (NPL) on Return On Assets (ROA). It is believed that the Guaranteed Interest Rate (SBP) has force power as a determinant of the level of profitability or performance of the bank, either directly or indirectly.

Abstract

The election of outstanding regional heads brings hope for the future of leadership in Indonesia. One of the regional heads is the Regent of Bojonegoro for the 2008–2018 period. This study aims to determine the implementation of leadership that can bring changes to public organizations such as the Government of Bojonegoro Regency. By using qualitative methods and case study approaches, this research seeks to reduce Suyoto's leadership experience to the essence of implementing leadership needed by public organizations. Through codification using NVivo, ten themes were found, namely looking for solutions or innovative, pro-people, good characters, not being distant, having a forgiving nature, being caring, visionary, being a public bus driver, listening to feedback, and being a role model. The results show that leaders need to have the right traits and skills, which are based on the drive to serve. This result should be imitated by other regions in choosing their leaders. But the difficulty lies in the urge to serve, because the urge is not obvious from the very beginning of the election of a leader, but will be tested once the leader gains power.

Abstract

Quality plays an important role, problems in the number of defects in production cause a decrease in quality. To prevent this increase in defective products, it is necessary to evaluate the most types of defects to determine the causes of defects so that corrective actions are obtained using statistical process control (SPC) methods and with 3 Pareto diagram controllers, control charts and fishbones. This research is intended to explore facts about Defect Reduction Through Statistical Process Control (SPC) for Product Quality Improvement and Supervision and to help determine the views on reducing the number of defects in products so as to increase the target of good product quality. The implementation of the results of this study shows a fairly good reduction in production defects based on the calculation results, namely before repairs from January to March 2021 total sales are 550,962 pc and after repairs in January to March 2022 a total of 496,260 pc so there is a decrease of 10% (54,702 pc). ) with a cost saving value of Rp. 59,318,001/mon.
