Abstract

This study aims to describe how the implementation of a communication mini audit of members of the Muhammadiyah Student Association (Case Study on IMM Korkom Umsida). This research uses quantitative descriptive research. Researchers use this type of research to determine the organizational communication process in IMM Korkom UMSIDA. The results of this study indicate that the Muhammadiyah Student Association (IMM) has good communication with fellow members and with leaders. This includes aspects of management, organization, and communication to IMM members with good procedures for managing members or organizations and their communications. While in the aspect of feedback with a value of 61% and although the lowest, this aspect is still in the good category. To support and enrich the development of knowledge, especially regarding the mini-audit of communication of members of the Muhammadiyah Student Association.

Abstract

This study aims to describe Teacher's Efforts to Grow Students' Independent Learning Science Materials Source of Energy during Online Learning in Elementary Schools. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were taken through observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were the teacher and 3 4th grade students of SDN Ketegan 1. The results of the study indicate that there are Teacher's Efforts to Grow Students' Independent Learning Science Materials Source of Energy during Online Learning in Elementary Schools namely through: Planning, in the preparation of RPP and syllabus incorporating elements of independence into the RPP. Implementation, Teacher's Efforts to Grow Students' Independent Learning Science Materials Source of Energy during Online Learning in Elementary Schoolsseen in the initial, core and closing activities. In the initial activity, the teacher reminds students to carry out their duties and responsibilities independently. The core activity, the teacher familiarizes students independently with the use of the media used is video appearances and Power Point. Closing activity, the teacher reminds students of independent learning.Evaluation is carried out continuously and is carried out with 3 domains, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze how the process of applying independent character in student learning during the COVID-19 era at SDN Entalsewu. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The source of data in this study is the theory of primary data obtained from the results of research that has been carried out by researchers in the field. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the application of independent character in student learning goes well, although there are obstacles regarding the lack of consistency of parents.

Abstract

During the current COVID-19 pandemic, learning that is carried out in elementary schools and madrasas iftidaiyah is online learning. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of online learning using audio-visual media through WhatsApp Class I MI Nurul Huda Ngampelsari and to find out what obstacles occur in online learning Class I MI Nurul Huda Ngampelsari. This research method uses descriptive qualitative method with the main data sources and supporting data. The main data sources as research subjects were first grade teachers, madrasa principals, parents, and grade I students at MI Nurul Huda Ngampesari. Data collection techniques by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis and interpretation techniques used data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions and data verification. From the research conducted, it was found that the learning carried out in Class I MI Nurul Huda Ngampelsari was carried out online. As well as the use of audio-visual media for online learning such as: learning videos made by class teachers or those taken by YouTube, voice messages or voice notes and using WhatsApp to send materials and assignments. In addition to using WhatsApp, the teacher also uses several kinds of applications, lesson plans, and written assignments in the form of worksheets that are collected once a month to see student activity in doing assignments. There are several obstacles in online learning, including data packages for students, the lack of enthusiasm of students in participating in online learning, and the lack of parental roles in assisting children in participating in online learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of the Arabic language teacher at MI Muhammadiyah 16 Pondok Karangasem Paciran Lamongan and to analyze the development of students' Arabic skills at MI Muhammadiyah 16 Pondok Pesantren Karangasem Paciran Lamongan. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method with primary data sources in the form of interviews with teachers of MI Muhammadiyah 16 Pondok Pesantren Karangasem Paciran Lamongan. From this research, it was found that the teacher of MI Muhammadiyah 16 Pondok Pesantren Karangasem Paciran Lamongan had performed his role well. However, the method used by the teacher during learning is considered inappropriate if the use of singing to memorize mufradat is generalized to students in grades 1-6. The results of the final semester exams for students in grades 1-6 are above the minimum completeness criteria (KKM), but when viewed from the historical value that MI Muhammadiyah 16 Pondok Pesantren Karangasem Paciran Lamongan is located in a cottage environment and is under the auspices of the Muhammadiyah college, the resulting score unsatisfactory students. The scores obtained by male students were lower than those of female students. So it is necessary to upgrade the method.

Abstract

The study aims to know the patterns of teacher communication and keep up on studying online for the academic development of kindergartners. Khoiru ummah located on a residential garden complex block B2 no.11, fragrant village sukodono district district sidoarjo. The method used for the reception analysis, the theory used was public communication and mass, a refined model of laswell barddock (1958).Then analyzed the wheel communication patterns for the students' academic development results. The data-mining techniques used are observations, interviews, online documentation studies. The results of this research show. The communication patterns of teachers and quehies have not developed for students as they lack sufficient insights into the technology and lack of openness of parental participation in working and collecting online tasks from the school, this is seen when students do not complete the learning test assignments firsthand

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Visual Merchandising, Store Atmosphere, and Price Discount on Impulse Buying with Positive Emotion as an Intervening Variable at Ace Hardware Sidoarjo. The sample used is 100 respondents. Samples were taken by purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM analysis with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that visual merchandising has an effect on impulse buying, store atmosphere has an effect on impulse buying, price discounts have no effect on impulse buying, visual merchandising has an effect on positive emotion, store atmosphere has an effect on positive emotion, price discount has an effect on positive emotion, positive emotion affects impulse buying, visual merchandising affects impulse buying through positive emotion, store atmosphere affects impulse buying through positive emotion, and price discounts affect impulse buying through positive emotion.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Viral Marketing variable on the Purchase Decision, the influence of the Celebrity Endorser variable on the Purchase Decision, the influence of Brand Awareness on the Purchase Decision, and the influence of Viral Marketing, Celebrity Endorser, and Brand Awareness simultaneously affecting the Purchase Decision on Make Over Cosmetic Products. in Sidoarjo. This study uses a quantitative approach, by collecting data through a questionnaire. This study uses a purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents who used Make Over Cosmetics in Sidoarjo. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression using the SPSS version 18.0 program. Based on the validity test of the valid questionnaire statement. The results of this study prove that the Viral Marketing variable has an effect on the Purchase Decision, the Celebrity Endorser variable has an effect on the Purchase Decision, and the Brand Awareness variable has an effect on the Purchase Decision. Viral Marketing, Celebrity Endorser, and Brand Awareness simultaneously affect the Purchase Decision on Make Over Cosmetics products in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, experiential marketing and word of mouth on purchasing decisions at Shopee e-commerce in Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach method. Sampling in this study was carried out using a probability sampling method with the type of proportionate stratified random sampling with a total of 100 respondents who had purchased products through the Shopee e-commerce online shopping application in Sidoarjo. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression using the SPSS Statistics version 25 program. The results of this study prove that brand image affects purchasing decisions, experiential marketing affects purchasing decisions, word of mouth affects purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, relationship marketing and word of mouth on purchasing decisions on CV. Wonokoyo Gasindo in Beji Pasuruan. This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. Sampling in this study was carried out by probability sampling method with the type of simple random sampling with the number of respondents as many as 100 respondents to CV consumers. Wonokoyo Gasindo. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test, F test, multiple correlation coefficient and multiple determination coefficient (R2) using SPSS version 25.0 application program. This primary data was obtained through a questionnaire whose measurement was using a Likert scale. And the data is declared to be valid and reliable. The results of the study prove that the price has an effect on purchasing decisions. Relationship marketing has an effect on purchasing decisions. Word of mouth has an effect on purchasing decisions. Price, relationship marketing and word of mouth have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions on CV. Wonokoyo Gasindo in Beji Pasuruan.
