Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss the development of student management in the perspective of Islamic education. The analytical methodology used in this study is a qualitative analysis based on an observational model to find out what school development is from the perspective of Islamic education. The results of this study indicate that Islamic education management consists of three words expressed by Rahendra Maya, namely the terms management, education and Islam. Revealed Islam includes the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, and cultural Islam includes the expression of the companions of the Prophet, the understanding of the ulama, the understanding of the scholars and Muslim culture. Therefore, the discussion of Islamic education management always involves revelation and Islamic culture plus the rules of education management in general. The management of Islamic educational institutions is a realistic basis for formulating the principles of Islamic education management

Abstract

Economic growth is an important pillar in regional development. Economic growth is one of the indicators to measure development outcomes and is an important indicator to determine the direction of future development. If the infrastructure is not good, development will not run smoothly. If infrastructure is weak, the economic operations of a country or region will be inadequate. And humans are not only the object of development, but are also expected to be the main body, making useful contributions to the progress of an area from a macro perspective. The development of the rate of economic growth in the Province of Bali during the 2015-2020 period experienced fluctuating changes. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of economic variables on the economic growth of districts/cities in the province of Bali. The type of data in this study is panel data which is a combination of time series data from 2015-2020 and cross section data from nine districts/cities in Bali Province. By using Eviews X software, panel data regression analysis in this study uses the Fixed Effect Model approach, based on the results of the study it was obtained that partially road infrastructure variables have a positive and significant influence on the rate of economic growth. Meanwhile, the variable of the poor population partially has a positive but not significant effect on the rate of economic growth. And partially the Human Development Index (HDI) variable has a negative and significant influence on the rate of economic growth

Abstract

Critical thinking competence is one of the demands of education in this century, so analyzing the extent to which the critical thinking abilities of candidate teachers is important for LPTKs as a reference for providing appropriate programs for the birth of teachers who have good critical thinking skills. This study aims to analyze the relationship between Critical Thinking Skills and Critical Thinking Dispositions of elementary school teacher candidate. The method used in this research is quantitative and qualitative methods. The sample was 91 people who were selected by purposive sampling and were students of the Mataram University Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program. Data on critical thinking dispositions were obtained through the CCTDI questionnaire and data on critical thinking skills were obtained through multiple choice three tier tests. The results of data analysis obtained 42.86% level of critical thinking skills of prospective elementary school teacher candidate in the high category and 57.14% in the medium category. Meanwhile, critical thinking dispositions is 5.49% in the strong category and 94.51% in the positive category. The results of the correlation test between the two obtained an r value of 0.290 which indicates that there is a significant positive relationship between the critical thinking skills and critical tahinking dispositions. Based on these results, it can be concluded that teacher candidate who have high critical thinking dispositions can also have high critical thinking skills and vice versa

Abstract

February 2020 was the first time that Indonesian citizens were diagnosed with Covid-19. Until now, the disease caused by the Corona Virus has not subsided, it has even been declared a Global Pandemic. The purpose of this study was to find a Time Series prediction model for the number of positive cases of Covid-19 in one of the cities with the largest number of infections in Indonesia, namely Jakarta. This study uses data from Open Data Jakarta with a time span of 1 September 2020 to 30 November 2020. The model used is the Auto Regressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA). The resulting ARIMA parameters are (0,1,1), (1,1,0), and (1,1,1), but the best model is ARIMA (1,1,1) where all parameters are significant with p- value<α. The data used for training is 70% and 30% is used for testing. The resulting forecast value is very similar to the actual value. Thus, the model made is quite good in predicting positive cases of COVID-19 in Jakarta in the next month

Abstract

Learning is a permanent change in student behavior through experience, observation, and language, which is actively related to knowledge, attitudes and skills. This study aims to describe the problems of Indonesian language education, especially the study of how students learn the language in learning Indonesian. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Primary data was obtained through an interview study of teachers and students' guardians. Observations were made to see students' problems in learning Indonesian. The results of the study indicate that in language learning in schools, especially elementary schools, teachers evaluate and understand that students before entering school have learned language (language acquisition) through their living environment. Students will be more confident in learning a language if students are given the opportunity to improve their own work. Language learning provides opportunities for students to choose language activities. Furthermore, educators are more careful and selective in their role as professional educators (understanding aspects of language knowledge, level of language knowledge, and the important role of language skills. For other researchers, the results of this study can provide benchmarks for answers to problems in accordance with the formulation problems; as a motivation for other researchers to be more active in contributing the results of scientific work in the development of language
