Abstract

Learning is a permanent change in student behavior through experience, observation, and language, which is actively related to knowledge, attitudes and skills. This study aims to describe the problems of Indonesian language education, especially the study of how students learn the language in learning Indonesian. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Primary data was obtained through an interview study of teachers and students' guardians. Observations were made to see students' problems in learning Indonesian. The results of the study indicate that in language learning in schools, especially elementary schools, teachers evaluate and understand that students before entering school have learned language (language acquisition) through their living environment. Students will be more confident in learning a language if students are given the opportunity to improve their own work. Language learning provides opportunities for students to choose language activities. Furthermore, educators are more careful and selective in their role as professional educators (understanding aspects of language knowledge, level of language knowledge, and the important role of language skills. For other researchers, the results of this study can provide benchmarks for answers to problems in accordance with the formulation problems; as a motivation for other researchers to be more active in contributing the results of scientific work in the development of language

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify existing conditions, inhibiting factors and identify the right model to support inclusive education based on creative economy. The research method used is a qualitative approach. The informants of this research are the Education Office, the Branch of the Education Office of East Java Province, Banyuwangi Regency, Special Advisor Teachers, PLB Supervisors and Micro Business Actors. The results of the study revealed that the implementation of the curriculum used in the implementation of learning implemented by inclusive schools in Banyuwangi had adjusted to the needs of children with special needs. The obstacle for inclusive schools is that most inclusive schools are still struggling academically and have not prepared for the independence of the world of work, because inclusive schools tend to be for students with special needs who have hopes of going to a higher level of education. Meanwhile, vocational education for children with special needs tends to be in special schools. The absence of special educators in the creative economy and training carried out by the government through micro-enterprises is not sustainable. The right model used in the implementation of creative economy-based inclusive education in Banyuwangi Regency is by pioneering a double track inclusive school that combines academic and vocational activities as well as cooperate with micro business actors considering that Banyuwangi micro business actors have various types of business fields such as batik, souvenirs and culinary.

Abstract

Policies related to online learning which were then simultaneously used as a learning system did not appear without problems. As a result, countries that are not ready with this system, of course, face many problems, especially for teaching staff and students. This study, tries to explore problems that have the potential to hinder students' understanding during online learning, which means that researchers will only focus on obstacles in the learning process, both internal to students and external from teachers and parents, not technical matters such as network constraints, no quota and other related matters. Subjects in this study were 15 junior high school students in Penan, Pejarakan, Ampenan. Qualitative research with this descriptive approach, in the process using Observation and Interview methods as the main way to obtain data where the results of this study classify the main problems that arise into 3 parts, namely; 1) There is a delay from the subject in participating in online class activities, 2) There is a tendency not to take learning activities seriously by doing other activities such as playing games, watching TV and other activities and 3) the lack of time and the ability of companions during the learning process is good because they do not have sufficient understanding of the material or other activities or work to be undertaken.

Abstract

This research is a development research. The focus of the research was to develop e-Learning-based fast reading fiction text teaching materials for grade 5 students at SDN Tidung Makassar City. The subject of this research is a valid, practical, and effective fast-reading teaching material for fiction texts. The teaching material product development method uses the Four-D model development design from Thiagarajan which consists of four stages. The four stages are define, design, develop and disseminate. The results showed that the e-Learning-based fast reading of fictional texts for grade 5 students at SDN Tidung Makassar City was in the very valid category because the average expert validation results for the e-Learning-based fast reading of fictional texts reached the predetermined standard, in the very category. practical because the average value of the percentage of students who agreed with the statement items in the student response questionnaire was 99.46%, and very effective because the pretest results were in the incomplete category, while the posttest results were in the complete category.

Abstract

English is the language used by some parts of the world community to communicate globally. English courses at the Banyuwangi Marine Academy, especially in the Logistics Management study program, are mandatory subjects that must be taken by students. English has an important role because it is widely used in meeting the requirements of both graduates and jobs. Good graduates in education are meant to produce graduates who are able to master English. Even so, there are many obstacles encountered in learning English courses, including: (1) Students' views of English courses. (2) lack of facilities and infrastructure in learning. (3) Insufficient material. (4) inadequate teaching staff or lecturers. This condition at least provides an answer regarding the geography education study program that has not been maximized. The problems found make the learning process not optimal so that the quality of education in the geography education study program is not optimal and graduates are unable to compete universally. As a result, graduates cannot compete with students who have non-vocational education. So it can be concluded that the English course has a very important role in the Logistics Management study program at the Banyuwangi Marine Academy.

Abstract

English is one of obligatory subjects given in Junior High School and Senior High School. At university level, English is also given as the main goal of this class is to prepare the grads to face global competition. The research aimed to describe English learning problems reported by the learners as non – English Department students. This study applied qualitative research method and use observation and data recording, as the instruments. The data were analyzed through three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study show that students experience a range of English learning problems. It happened due to different proficiency level of the students.

Abstract

The rapid changes in science and technology require us to be ready to face changes in the world, especially in the field of education. Society 5.0 is a human being who can solve various challenges and social problems by utilizing various innovations born in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and centered on technology. Society 5.0 is a development of the industrial revolution 4.0. The data analysis technique used is the Miles & Huberman method with an interactive model. In addition, data collection is obtained from the review process of scientific journals obtained from literature such as scientific journals, books, essays, and other print media that are in accordance with the topic being studied. Learning media that can be developed in preparing educators to face the challenges of the era of society 5.0 is to prepare learning media to make new innovations in utilizing technology as a learning medium. To realize or prepare for society 5.0 in the field of education, it is not enough for students to only understand or be given theory. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pendidikan karakter digunakan untuk mengajarkan bahasa Indonesia kepada siswa kelas VA di MI Darul Hikmah Lab, serta faktor-faktor yang menghambat dan mendukung penggunaannya. UIN FITK Malang. Penelitian kualitatif adalah istilah untuk penelitian semacam ini. Religius, toleran, disiplin, kerja keras, mandiri, kreatif, rasa ingin tahu, gemar membaca, ramah dan komunikatif, serta tanggung jawab merupakan karakter yang ditunjukkan siswa, menurut hasil temuan. Dengan dilaksanakannya pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia bagi siswa kelas VA di Lab MI Darul Hikmah. Secara umum, FITK UIN Malang dapat berhasil diimplementasikan dengan melakukan hal-hal seperti: 1). Memahami pengaturan, 2). Pembelajaran dipraktekkan, 3). Evaluasi Pembelajaran Elemen Penekan dan Pendukung Pelaksanaan Pembinaan Karakter dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Bagi Siswa Kelas VA di Lab MI Darul Hikmah. UIN FITK Malang. Sementara itu, unsur pendukung pelaksanaan pelatihan karakter dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia bagi siswa kelas VA di Lab MI Darul Hikmah. Salah satunya adalah FITK UIN Malang. 1). Pendidik, 2). Pembangunan karakter berbasis sekolah.

Abstract

Pantai Grand Watudodol merupakan pantai yang memiliki potensi alami yang terdiri dari berbagai jenis terumbu karang beserta biota-biota yang hidup di sekitarnya. Selain itu biota-biota lain yang hidup di teurmbu karang diantaranya adalah penyu sisik, bintang laut, ikan-ikan hias karang, dan kipas laut. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan kesadaran akan kebersihan lingkungan dan mengajak masyarakat bersama wisatawan untuk menjaga kebersihan Pantai Grand Watudodol Ketapang Banyuwangi. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian ini adalah metode observasi dan partisipatif dengan tiga tahapan kegiatan pada partisipai yaitu sebelum kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan setelah kegiatan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Pantai Grand Watudodol Ketapang Banyuwangi dengan diikuti oleh 40 orang yang terdri dari kalangan dosen, mahasiswa, masyarakat sekitar dan wisatawan. Kegiatan gerakan bersih pantai ini dapat diselenggarakan dengan lancar sesuai dengan rancangan kegiatan yang disusun. Kegiatan ini dapat mengembangkan pola pikir masyarakat dan meningkatkan kepeduliannya dalam mencegah pencemaran lingkungan yang nantinya dapat membuat pantai menjadi bersih, asri dan nyaman serta dapat meningkatkan daya kunjungan wisatawan ke pantai.

Abstract

Amid continuing advances in the world of digital marketing, the role of social media as an effective marketing platform is increasingly becoming key, especially for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In facing this challenge, it is important for MSMEs to have human resources (HR) that suit the needs of the digital age. This research examines the urgency of developing human resources in the context of digital marketing, especially to advance the MSME sector in the realm of social media. The focus of this research is to consider the knowledge and skills required by MSME employees in using social media as an effective marketing tool. By implementing appropriate HR development strategies, MSMEs have the opportunity to gain significant benefits, including increased creativity, adaptation to changing trends, and the ability to compete in an increasingly competitive digital marketing era. In the context of human resource development in the digital marketing era to improve the performance of the MSME sector, the importance of special training and access to the latest information and resources are key strategies that must be implemented.
