Abstract

Research has been conducted to make microemulsion preparations from virgin coconut oil (VCO) and secang wood extract. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of secang wood extract with ethanol solvent, determine the Hydrophilic Lipophilic Balance (HLB) value of a mixture of three surfactants that can form the most stable microemulsion preparations, and determine the most optimal variation in the concentration of secang wood extract in secang microemulsion formulations. This study began with the manufacture of secang wood ethanol extract from secang wood powder and 96% ethanol, then tested for flavonoid levels. Furthermore, VCO microemulsions in a mixture of water with secang extract are made with variations in HLB values, namely 12, 13, 14, and 15. Microemulsions with HLB variations were tested for stability through organoleptical observations and turbidity values by storage treatment at room temperature, heating, and centrifugation. Microemulsions were also tested for free fatty acid (FFA) levels. After that, the preparation of microemulsions with the most stable HLB is carried out with variations in the concentration of secang wood extract in the formulation. Microemulsions with extract variations were tested for stability through organoleptical observation and turbidity values after 24 hours, heating, and centrifugation. Microemulsions with optimal concentrations of secang wood extract were tested for antioxidant activity. The secang extract produced from the extraction was reddish-brown in color and had total flavonoids equivalent to 230.6 mg QE/g samples. The most stable microemulsion from this study is a microemulsion with an HLB value of 15 with a ratio of water:extract:VCO:surfactant which is 65:2,5:2,5:30. The microemulsion features transparent red, 1 phase, and smells like Tween 80 with turbidity value below 1% during storage, heating, and centrifugation with microemulsion FFA value of 0.53%. Based on variations in the concentration of secang wood extract, the higher the concentration of the extract, the more unstable the microemulsion produced. The 3% secang extract microemulsion is the most optimal microemulsion with antioxidant activity (IC50) of 1.4573±0.2694 mg/mL.

Abstract

This paper discusses Indonesia's space / aerospace industry program as the nation's future Soft Power. The term 'soft power', coined by Joseph S. Nye of Harvard University in the United States, is the ability of a country to influence another country not through coercive means but through attractiveness or reputation. This research uses a literature research approach, which is a method by collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to research There are four stages of literature study in research. Space, or simply space, is the expanse that exists beyond the Earth and between celestial bodies. Space isn't completely empty it's a hard vacuum containing low particle densities, especially hydrogen and helium plasma, as well as electromagnetic radiation, magnetic fields, neutrinos, dust, and cosmic rays. Recent developments show that in the future, not only professional astronauts can go into space but also all citizens of the world can afford to pay.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the legal position of laws that use the omnibus method in the system of laws and regulations in Indonesia. The focus of the research focused on the legal position of laws using the omnibus method in terms of the provisions of Article 97A of the Law on the Establishment of Laws and Regulations. Using the normative juridical method through literature study, this paper concludes that with the characteristics of laws that use the omnibus method based on the regulations in Article 97A of the Law on the Establishment of Laws and Regulations, these provisions result in inconsistencies in norms with the provisions of the hierarchy of laws and regulations regulated by Article 7 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2), provision number 223 Annex II Law on the Establishment of Laws and Regulations, as well as deviating the principle of legal preverence, namely the principle of lex posterior derogate legi priori. The vagueness and inconsistency in the formulation of Article 97A norms results in legal uncertainty, thus contradicting the guarantee of legal certainty as mandated by Article 28D paragraph (1) of the NRI Constitution of 1945.

Abstract

Toll road construction is one of the main supporting aspects in the process of accelerating Indonesia's national development. However, along with population growth and regional development, road infrastructure is increasingly filled with various modes of transportation which ultimately causes buildup and congestion. The construction of toll roads in Jakarta is one alternative to break down congestion in the city. The construction of the Kelapa Gading - Pulo Gebang Toll Road is expected to be able to increase road capacity so as to facilitate transportation between the two regions. However, the varied toll rates cause different perceptions in its users. Toll tariff determination is generally oriented towards financial analysis which results in not being commensurate with the ability (Ability To Pay) and desire (Willingness To Pay) as well as the determination of the ideal tariff of the community as toll road service users. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The research population of the entire Jakarta city community in 2022 is 10,679,951 people, the number of samples calculated using the Slovin method resulted in 100 respondents selected through certain criteria. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests and descriptive analysis. The results showed that the level of driver satisfaction with the quality of service of the Kelapa Gading - Pulo Gebang Toll Road was in the "Satisfied" category as evidenced by the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) value of 78.62% which was in the range of 61% to 80% so that it was in the "Satisfied" category. Then, the quality of service and tariff policy have a positive effect on the satisfaction of users of the Kelapa Gading - Pulo Gebang toll road, which is indicated by the F value calculated > F table (48.060>3.09) and the significance of < 0.05 (0.00<0.05) means significant / influential. The respondent's Ability To Pay (ATP) on the highest Kelapa Gading - Pulo Gebang toll road tariff was Rp. 166,766.24, namely for respondents with the job category as a Housewife / Father and the lowest ATP was Rp. 125,620.99, namely for respondents with the job category as Students or Students. The average Ability To Pay (ATP) value of all respondents was Rp. 147,582.02. While the respondent's Willingnes To Pay (WTP) value on the highest respondent's Kelapa Gading - Pulo Gebang toll road tariff was Rp. 21,750, namely for respondents with the job category as Students or Students and the lowest WTP was Rp. 20,523, namely for respondents with the job category as Civil Servants (PNS) or TNI / Polri. The average Willingnes To Pay (WTP) value of all respondents was Rp. 20,970.
