Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has shocked most sectors of the economy. One of the sectors that experienced the shock was the MSME sector. The government itself has launched a National Economic Recovery Program to reduce the impact on the economy. One of the concerns in the National Economic Recovery Program is the non-distribution of credit/capital to the MSME sector, still high unemployment rate due to the pandemic. One of the strategies that can be proposed to address this problem is to provide stimulus to the economy. The research was conducted using qualitative research methods to create interpretations to capture the deepest meaning. Researchers chose financial technology or fintech as an alternative solution to the problem of capital access for the MSME sector. Fintech was chosen because of its ability to improve financial transactions in the economy. Researchers also propose tax incentives for parties involved in fintech transactions in order to attract more investors and actors.

Abstract

This study discusses the legal protection of victims of online buying and selling fraud during the Covid-19 pandemic in surabaya police. The type of research used is using empirical juridical. By using data sources obtained through the results of research, books - literature books and legislation - applicable legislation. Data analysis used in this study is qualitative data analysis by collecting data that is then processed into a report. The results of the research that can be concluded are the increasing cases of online fraud, one of the causes is the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, this is due to government policies in tackling the pandemic. The existence of a pandemic has caused considerable losses to the community, resulting in the emergence of many layoffs and increased unemployment.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of oral agreements on renting houses according to Indonesia's positive laws. The type of research used in this study is juridical empirical. By using sources - data sources that are the results of research, books - books literature and legislation - applicable legislation. In this study, using qualitative data analysis method by collecting data that is then processed into a research result. The results of the study can be concluded that the implementation of renting a house that is done by the community is still widely used the system of verbal agreements. The oral agreement begins at the time of an agreement between the two parties. Negligence and willfulness caused by one party that causes harm to the other party. This causes many problems that arise as a result of the implementation of the lease agreement verbally.

Abstract

This paper will discuss the issue of textual and contextual concepts of al-birr in the Qur'an according to Sayyid Qutb in tafseer fi Zilal al-Qur'an. After that it will be explained in detail the differences in the model of goodness based on the mufassir, and express the modern opinion of Sayyid Qutb contained in his interpretation. Sayyid Qutb classifies al-birr into 3 virtues, namely religion, social and character. Each verse containing lafad al-birr has different models of goodness and methods. The results of this study include: first, Sayyid Qutb explains that goodness is the instinct that every human being has. understanding al-birr is to be obedience, piety, kindness, compassion, truth, things do a lot of good, generosity, heaven, heart, accept, acceptable. Second, Sayyid Qutb initiates that goodness (al-birr) has 3 dimensions, namely the dimension of religion, social dimension and character dimension. The dimension of religion can be good when man's relationship to his Lord is good, with all the worship he does. The social dimension can be good when its relationship with humans, animals and other beings gets along well, respecting each other and understanding. The dimension of character can be good when one always trains oneself to put others above their own interests and direct their passions in a good direction.

Abstract

Management is the science of using other people's help to achieve goals effectively, which means that help can be given through the help of others. In the form of thoughts and energy, it can also be intuition. Education is essentially an effort to support and guide the thoughts and nature of each person. The aim is to ensure that education develops according to the character education of the Prophet Muhammad to achieve the desired goal. Therefore, Islamic education related to Islam is a science that can guide, direct and develop. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The success of character education from an early age is to become a role model. To optimize the management of student character education, teachers must be Fathonah, Shidiq, Amanah, and Tabligh.

Abstract

Kedungrejo,Waru,Sidoarjo is a village between Sidoarjo and Surabaya city. Kedungrejo is a village with the third-highest trade sector development in the Waru sub-district. With the potential have to support from the village government, especially the village head, so the development of Kedungrejo village can be better. The village have close relationship with the community so that the leadership role of the village head has a very strategic role in increasing the success of village development. This study aims to describe the leadership role of the village head in development the obstacles in village development.This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method leadership theory from Tjokroamidjojo leader as Motivator, Facilitator, and Mobilizer. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation.Data analysis used an interactive model proposed by Miles & Huberman(2019) with Observation Persistence and Triangulation Techniques in testing the validity of the data. The results of the research analysis show that the role of the village head is good improving development in the village of Kedungrejo, the village head has carried out his role as a motivator, facilitator, and mobilizer following his duties, authorities, and functions to improving village development, although there are still some obstacles but can be overcome properly.

Abstract

Several things that affect the level of work accidents, one hich is the work environment and occupational health safety management system (SMK3). study aims to analyze the work environment, K3 management and work accidents to analyze the influence of the work environment and K3 management on work accidents in the Emergency Room of the Central Hospital dr. Hasan Sadikin Kota Bandung partially or simultaneously The sample used cluster random sampling, amounting to seven eople who came from medical personnel, health workers and non-medical personnel Data collection tec ues are carried out through observation, questionnaires and interviews. The research method used is descriptive and verification, which describes the influence of two or more different variables according to the facts. The result shows that the work environment variable according to the respondent's assessment is in the sufficient category, then the SMK3 variable according to the r ondent's assessment is in the sufficient category, and the incidence of work accidents is low. The results of the t-test for the work environment and SMK3 variables showed that it had no effect on work accidents in the ergenc y room of dr. Hasan Sadikin Kota Bandung, as well as the results of the f test stated that there was no significant relationship between the emergency room and the work environment, SMK3 and work accidents at the Central General Hospital dr. Hasan Sadikin City of Bandung.

Abstract

The research is motivated by the condition of the community in the Respen area of the city of Puruk Cahu on the results of the observation that the majority of residents of the Respen area are Muslim, but in realitythe understanding and practice of diversity is still low. This is evidenced of the low ability to recite and to write the Al-quran, the unfulfilled five daily prayers with strong ghiroh is supported with demographic conditions. So that, it needs a problem solving of this matter. Islamic Religious Extension is a Civil Servant (PNS) who is given the full task, responsibility and authority by the authorized official to carry out religious guidance and development education through religious language. The main duties and functions of Islamic extension agents are to become professionals in carrying out counseling tasks, in order to support the process of carrying out this counseling task, there are three functions that can be called the trilogy of Islamic extension functions, namely informative-educative functions, consultative functions and advocative functions. PAI PNS as a leading sector of the Islamic community guidance is deal with complex problems and is required to carry out a fairly heavy mandate, to work as a facilitator of Islamic da'wah so that the religious atmosphere can be expressed and actualized understanding, appreciating and practicing the values of faith and devotion in the context of social life, nation and state. This research is an applicative research with a qualitative descriptive approach that is naturely exploratory. The subjects of this study are Islamic religious extension agents and Muslim communities in the Respen area. While the object of the research is the role of the Islamic Religious Instructor and community understanding of religion. The instruments used are observation and documentation. The results of research showed that civil servant of Islamic religious extension officers played their part in increasing religious understanding of the Muslim community living in the Respen area of Puruk Cahu City.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Gadjah Mada Shop on Jl. A.Yani No.72, Regency Jombang which is engaged in the retail business that sells cosmetic brands as the object of research. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze marketing strategies to increase sales of wardah cosmetic products at Gadjah Mada Stores. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by using in-depth interview data collection techniques on owners, employees, consumers and customers, which are related to marketing strategies based on 4P marketing mix indicators (product, price, place, promotion), participatory observation. and documentation.From the results of research using SWOT, it can be concluded that Gadjah Mada Jombang Shop is in quadrant II position. This position is ST, ST uses strength to overcome threats, so that the SWOT diagram is located in Quadrant II, that is, the company has a big threat but there are strengths from the internal side of the company so that the strategy that must be determined is to use strength that takes advantage of long-term opportunities by means of strategy diversification in products or markets.

Abstract

Wayang telah diakui UNESCO sebagai Masterpiece of Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity. Namun secara nyata ditemui fakta di kalangan generasi muda bangsa Indonesia yang masih rendah atas pemahaman budaya wayang, khususnya pada kisah mahabharata. Secara spesifik, seringkali dijumpai masih awamnya generasi muda di lingkungan pendidikan formal yang memahami karakter tokoh pandawa dalam kisah mahabharata. Pada sisi yang lain juga generasi muda Indonesia sedang didorong untuk memiliki karakter yang sesuai dengan program pendidikan karakter bangsa Indonesia. Artikel yang disusun berupa kajian pustaka ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji karakter tokoh Pandawa dalam kisah Mahabharata untuk kemudian diselaraskan dengan pendidikan karakter bangsa Indonesia di dalam lingkungan pendidikan formal. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan psikologis. Metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan psikologi pendidikan merupakan sebuah penelitian yang memberikan gambaran secara menyeluruh terhadap objek yang diteliti secara sistematis dengan mendeskripsikan tokoh Pandawa dalam kisah Mahabharata. Melalui pemahaman tokoh Pandawa dalam kisah Mahabharata ini, maka penulis mengharap akan terciptanya sebuah upaya optimalisasi pendidikan karakter dalam setiap jenjang lembaga pendidikan baik formal maupun non formal yang ada di Indonesia. Dan pada akhirnya kita dapat menghasilkan generasi masa depan bangsa yang unggul sebagai sumber daya manusia yang memiliki keunggulan kompetensi sekaligus berkarakter holistik sebagai perwujudan membangun peradaban kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara Indonesia.
