This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline, job satisfaction, and work motivation on employee performance at Deputi Bidang Keluarga Sejahtera dan Pembangunan Keluarga BKKBN. The data source for this research uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire, the research data is given to 80 employee respondents at Keluarga Sejahtera dan Pembangunan Keluarga BKKBN In taking the sample for this study using the Saturation Sampling, the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t-statistics processed in SPSS 27 to test the regression coefficients. Based on the partial research results, it was found that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to find out and analyze the effect of compensation, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of PT Marinal's employees. This study uses primary data through distributing questionnaires. The population in this study is 84 employees. The sampling technique is using saturated sampling technique in which the population of employees of PT Marinal is used as a sample. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 23 program. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant effect between compensation and employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, leadership style, and work environment on employee loyalty at PT Eldora Entertainment. In addition, this study aims to provide information and input to Human Resources Managers to provide additional insight about the importance of good management so that it will improve the performance and loyalty of PT Eldora Entertainment employees. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis and uses the SPSS version 25 program. The data in this study used primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to employees of P.T Eldora Entertainment. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative method where the results are expressed in numbers. The results obtained that compensation can really make employees more enthusiastic to work and also increase their work loyalty. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work loyalty because the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty because a comfortable workplace will make them feel calm while working.

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, job training and work discipline on the performance of Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Perikanan Tangkap employees. The analytical method uses in this study are descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Data analysis of several tests are instrument testing, multiple linear regression analysis, model feasibility testing, hypothesis testing t test and using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26.0 program. The subject of this research is an employee at the Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Perikanan Tangkap with 71 employee respondents with the method of collecting data through questionnaires. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the variables of Competence, Training and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which is shown in the coefficients table in the regression equation model Y = 0.150 X1 + 0.420 X2 + 0.466 X3 + 4.157. The results of the model's feasibility test are shown with a significant value of 0.000 which is shown in the ANOVA table, which means that the model in this study is feasible to use based on the significant value obtained. The conclusion from the results of the hypothesis with a partial t-test obtained a significant value on the competence variable of 0.044, while the training and work discipline variables have a significant value of 0.000. It can be partially concluded that the three independent variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable.

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance of the Depok City National Narcotics Agency. The data of this study used primary data in the form of a questionnaire to 55 individuts. The data analysis technique was using inferential analysis with multiple linear regression and using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26.0 program. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the variables of Work Environment (X1), Work Motivation (X2), and Work Discipline (X3) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study expect the company to improve the work environment, work motivation, and work discipline that can support employee performance.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, compensation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. ANZ Bank Indonesia. This type of research data uses descriptive quantitative methods and uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire to 80 respondents in a closed manner at PT. ANZ Bank Indonesia. The data analysis technique uses inferential analysis with multiple linear regression and uses the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25 program. The results of smultiple linear regression analysis show that the motivation variable (X1) has no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, compensation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the results of this study, it is expected that PT. Bank ANZ Indonesia can maintain and evaluate deficiencies in Compensation, Motivation, and Work Discipline that can improve Employee Performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of Intrinsic Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Non-Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Sriwijaya Mitra Media. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive analysis method and inferential analysis with multiple linear regression assisted by the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 23. The data used in this Research is primary data and then distributed in the form of questionnaires to 103 employees at PT. The results of the analysis of multiple linear regression in this study that Intrinsic Motivation Variables (X1), Organizational Culture (X2) and Non- Physical Work Environment (X3) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT. Sriwijaya Mitra Media. It is hoped that the result of study can improve employee performance at PT. Sriwijaya Mitra Media.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Brand Image, Price, and Promotion on Purchase Decisions in the South Jakarta Region. This study uses primary data and secondary data with the method of collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis shows that the variable Brand Image has a positive but not significant effect, Price has a positive and significant effect, and Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Based on this research, it is hoped that the community of instant ground coffee lovers in the South Jakarta area can be interested in buying Kopi Luwak White Koffie because of the Brand Image, Price, and Promotion provided by Kopi Luwak White Koffie.

Study This own objective as knowledge And analyze the influence of product quality, price perception, place and promotion on interest in buying food and beverages in Tamelo Rooftop Resto. Type The research uses quantitative descriptions and inferential analysis using primary data in the form of closed questionnaires to 100 respondents, namely interest in buying food and beverage at Tamelo Atap Resto, and the data analyzed use analysis Regression Linear Multiple. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership, Talent Management and Work Placements on Employee Performance in the Personnel Division of the Directorate General of Food Crops, Ministry of Agriculture in Jakarta. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative methods and inferential analysis using primary data in the form of a closed questionnaire to 100 respondents and multiple linear regression analysis data to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that Transformational Leadership, Talent Management and Job Placement simultaneously had a positive and significant effect effect on employee performance. In an effort to improve employee performance, the Personnel of the Directorate General of Food Crops, Ministry of Agriculture in Jakarta needs to pay attention and know what the problem is because it can be used as a basis for evaluating weaknesses and maintaining employee effectiveness through Transformational Leadership, Talent Management and Good Work Placements.
