Abstract

This article aims to analyse the effect of SSD (Solid State Drive) and HDD (Hard Disk Drive) selection on computer boot speed. With the development of data storage technology, many computer users are faced with the choice between SSD and HDD. This research will compare these two storage media in terms of operating system boot performance, with the aim of providing a more appropriate recommendation based on the measured performance. This research is conducted by experimenting on two computers, one that uses SSD and one that uses HDD. Each computer will be tested by booting the same operating system under similar conditions. The boot speed is measured in seconds from the start of the computer until the operating system is ready for use. In addition, special software is used to measure the boot time with high accuracy. The results show that computers with SSDs have much faster boot speeds compared to HDDs. On average, SSDs can complete the boot process in 12-15 seconds, while HDDs take around 30-34 seconds. In addition, the boot time variability of SSDs is lower, indicating a more stable performance compared to HDDs. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the use of SSD significantly improves the boot speed of a computer compared to HDD. Users who want faster system performance, especially in terms of boot time, are recommended to use SSD.

Abstract

This research aims to market business potential by implementing sales strategies that produce profitable and sustainable products. MOOEW Hair Tonic has a Return of Investment (ROI) of more than 100% which means that the profits obtained have exceeded the capital. This research uses qualitative exploration methods and economic feasibility studies, resulting in data that this product has a Return of Investment (ROI) of more than 100%, showing significant business sustainability potential. The results show that MOOEW Hair Tonic is able to answer the health care needs of cat fur effectively with a safe material composition and affordable price. This product is expected to encourage concern for the health of pets while supporting environment-based waste reduction. Conclusion, MOOEW Hair Tonic. MOOEW Hair Tonic offers simple, attractive and practical packaging so that it is easy to carry, easy to store and easy to apply. MOOEW Hair Tonic products are sold at affordable prices. However, the product prices we set do not reduce the quality of the raw materials we use.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in utilizing the Gojek and Grabfood applications in Jekan Raya District, Palangka Raya City. The method used is a mixed approach with surveys and in-depth interviews with MSME owners. The results show that this application provides significant opportunities, such as wider market access and reduced marketing costs. However, challenges in the form of fierce competition, high commission costs, and technological limitations are also faced by MSME actors. This study recommends technology training and community collaboration as strategic steps to maximize the potential of MSMEs.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem caused by a lack of nutritional intake for a long time, especially in the first 1,000 days of a child's life. This malnutrition can interfere with the physical and brain growth of children, causing height that is not appropriate for age and various other symptoms such as a younger-looking face, delayed body growth, and impaired brain development. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between supplementary feeding and Menu Variation on weight gain in undernourished toddlers in Semirejo Village, Gembong District, Pati Regency. Method: The type of research used is quantitative research, which is a research method that uses research data in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics. Results: The results of the statistical test after combining the analysis results with chi square obtained a p value of 0.001 < 0.005, meaning that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, meaning that there was a relationship between providing additional food and menu variations to weight gain in toddlers with malnourished status. Conclusion: There was a significant relationship between supplemental feeding and menu variation on weight gain in undernourished toddlers with a p value of 0.001.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify the differences in conflict management between BEM FIKES and BEM FEISHUM of 'Aisyiyah University Yogyakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with a comparative design, data was obtained through a questionnaire involving 110 respondents consisting of BEM FIKES and BEM FEISHUM administrators. The results of the analysis based on the Independent Sample t-Test showed that BEM FIKES obtained a higher score of 65.98 compared to BEM FEISHUM of 62.68 with a significance value (p) of 0.003. This difference indicates the influence of conflict management strategies on the effectiveness of conflict resolution between the two organizations. BEM FIKES tends to use an avoidance approach and relies on the role of the leader while BEM FEISHUM uses a collaborative approach and tends to be open to discussion. This research is expected to be a reference for student organization administrators to understand the importance of conflict management in improving organizational skills.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze procrastination behavior among University X students class 2018-2020 who have not completed their thesis on time. The research approach used was qualitative with a phenomological method, involving five participants who met the research criteria. Data was obtained through partially structured in-depth interviews, then analyzed using narrative methods. The research results identified that internal factors, such as low motivation, lack of self-regulation abilities, and non-optimal thinking strategies, are the main triggers for procrastination. External factors, including parenting styles, limited social support, and a less conducive academic environment, also influence these delays. The impacts of this behavior include increased levels of stress, anxiety, decreased quality of learning, and delays in graduation which can affect students' futures. It is hoped that these findings can become a reference for educational institutions to develop programs or policies that help students complete their theses on time. This research also provides insight for students regarding the importance of motivation and time management in completing academic assignments.

Abstract

Subsidized housing is one of the main programs to provide livable housing that is affordable for low-income communities. However, often in development and environmental management, livability aspects are not paid attention to which can affect the level of community comfort and the quality of the housing itself. This condition can be seen in Bukit Hijau Urimessing Housing, which is currently the only subsidized housing in Ambon City. The condition of infrastructure and facilities such as roads, waste facilities and accessibility are still inadequate. The aim of this research is to measure the level of livability of Bukit Hijau Urimessing Housing, which is based on aspects of housing livability. This research uses a quantitative approach with quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and scoring analysis methods on 11 (eleven) housing livability indicators. The results of the analysis show that there are 5 (five) aspects with a level of livability included in the low category, namely the availability/quality of residential roads, access to transportation services, waste, drainage networks and security and safety of the residential environment. This condition reinforces the problems that often occur in the construction of subsidized housing, namely related to facility readiness, location not paying attention to accessibility and environmental management that is not optimalt.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of Perceived Overqualification and Emotional Exhaustion on Spiritual Wellbeing mediated by Cyberloafing on Gen Z employees in insurance sector companies in Jakarta. Data was collected through a survey using an online questionnaire with a purposive sampling method. This study uses descriptive statistical analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the hypothesis. The results showed that Emotional Exhaustion had a significant influence on Cyberloafing, while Perceived Overqualification did not show a significant relationship with Cyberloafing. In addition, Cyberloafing does not mediate the relationship between Perceived Overqualification and Spiritual Wellbeing. This research provides insight into the importance of employee welfare management to increase productivity and mental stability in the work environment.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi yang cepat telah mempermudah aktivitas investasi, namun juga meningkatkan potensi kejahatan cyber seperti penipuan dan judi online. Kasus ini tidak hanya mencerminkan kerugian besar bagi korban tetapi juga menunjukkan kompleksitas penegakan hukum terhadap kejahatan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan hukum, termasuk konsep hukum pidana ekonomi dan viktimologi dalam konteks kejahatan siber, serta mengevaluasi keadilan dalam perlindungan hak-hak korban, dengan berfokus pada studi kasus Binomo yang melibatkan Indra Kenz. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan data dikumpulkan dari sumber primer (dokumentasi kasus) dan sekunder (literatur hukum). Pendekatan analisis melibatkan hukum empiris dan teori White-Collar Crime untuk memahami kejahatan sebagai hasil interaksi sosial ekonomi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan hukum dalam kasus binary option Indra Kenz telah memenuhi rasa keadilan bagi korban, terutama melalui putusan pengadilan tinggi yang mengembalikan aset hasil kejahatan kepada korban. Dari perspektif hukum pidana ekonomi dan teori Differential Association Sutherland, kasus ini menggambarkan bagaimana kejahatan finansial dilakukan secara terorganisir di kalangan kelas ekonomi tinggi. Selain itu, melalui analisis teori Roscoe Pound dan perspektif viktimologi, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya perlindungan hak korban dan penerapan hukum yang tegas untuk menjaga keseimbangan kepentingan individu, masyarakat, dan negara dalam kasus kejahatan siber.

Abstract

Technological developments have triggered the emergence of online loan services (Pinjol) that offer easy access to finance. However, illegal practices in this sector, such as fraud, misuse of personal data, and intimidation, pose serious social and economic impacts for society. This study aims to analyze the forms of economic crime in online lending, its impact on society, and effective countermeasure strategies. The descriptive-analytical research method is used with the approach of literature study and empirical data analysis. The results of the study show that the practice of illegal online lending causes financial losses, psychological pressure, and damages trust in the financial system. Weak regulations and low digital literacy in the community exacerbate this situation. Countermeasures include strengthening regulations, law enforcement based on the concepts of Strict Liability, Absolute Liability, and Vicarious Liability, as well as increasing people's financial literacy. In conclusion, a collaborative approach between the government, OJK, law enforcement, and the public is urgently needed to create a safe and responsible online lending ecosystem.
