Abstract

Sistem rantai dingin menggunakan es curah merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mempertahankan kesegaran ikan pada proses produksi, distribusi, hingga sampai ke tangan konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membandingkan usaha penangkapan ikan dengan sistem rantai dingin dan tanpa rantai dingin di Kecamatan Teluk Bintan di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau dan Kecamatan Nambo dan Kecamatan Kendari di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara mulai dari bulan Februari 2018 sampai dengan Mei 2018. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis usaha yang meliputi komponen pendapatan, keuntungan, R/C ratio dan Payback Periode (PP). Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan pendapatan dan kelayakan usaha kelompok nelayan di Kecamatan Nambo, Kendari serta Teluk Bintan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adannya perbedaan pendapatan kelompok nelayan yang menerapkan rantai dingin dengan yang tidak menerapkan rantai dingin. Pada ketiga lokasi, nelayan yang melakukan usaha penangkapan ikan dengan rantai dingin, memperoleh pendapatan dan keuntungan yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan yang tidak menerapkan rantai dingin. Nilai RC/ratio usaha penangkapan ikan menggunakan rantai dingin juga lebih tinggi. Waktu pengembalian modal (PP) usaha penangkapan ikan menggunakan rantai dingin juga lebih cepat dibandingkan usaha serupa yang tidak menggunakan rantai dingin.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia khususnya bagi anak usia sekolah dengan menyediakan makanan jajanan yang bergizi guna memenuhi kebutuhan tubuh selama mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah. Di Indonesia saat ini sudah banyak variasi makanan jajanan yang dijual untuk anak termasuk di lingkungan sekolah tetapi sayangnya tidak semuanya aman dikonsumsi oleh anak. Penelitian yang dilakukan Yayasan Lembaga Konsumen Indonesia (YLKI) menyebutkan bahwa makanan jajanan yang banyak dijual di sekitar sekolah masih dicampur dengan berbagai zat berbahaya untuk menarik minat anak untuk membelinya. SD 01 Tumpang Krasak dan SD 02 Dersalam Kudus memiliki masalah yang hampir sama terkait dengan warung atau pedagang jajanan di lingkungan sekolah, dimana warung tidak memenuhi syarat jajanan sehat pada anak serta jajanan yang dijual banyak mengandung pengawet, pewarna dan perasa makanan Meskipun ada sebagian makanan yang memenuhi kriteria jajanan sehat, banyak anak sekolah yang lebih memilih jajanan yang tidak memenuhi kriteria sehat karena lebih menarik. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan berbagai masalah kesehatan seperti diare, radang tenggorokan, influenza, yang menyebabkan lemahnya daya tahan tubuh anak sehingga mengganggu kegiatan belajar. Kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat melalui sosialisasi tentang jajanan sehat kepada mitra, pembentukan paguyuban pedagang makanan dan minuman jajanan sehat, pembentukan kader kesehatan terkait jajanan sehat, penyusunan job description pengurus dan pengawas, serta kesepakatan pelaksanaan monitoring dan evaluasi ke depan, Pelatihan Pedagang makanan dan minuman jajanan tentang cara menyiapkan makanan dan minuman jajanan sehat beserta variasi makanan yang bisa disiapkan, cara menyajikan makanan dan minuman jajanan sehat untuk menjamin kebersihan, keamanan dan kualitasnya. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah terbentuknya kader sekolah dan paguyuban pedagang sekolah, terbentuknya kantin sehat di sekolah. Dengan demikian terpeliharanya kualitas jajanan anak sekolah sehingga mencapai status gizi yang baik dan menurunnya kejadian sakit pada anak sekolah.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a virus that spreads very quickly in the world community, including Indonesia. Incidence of Covid-19 is very high and the transmission is very fast so that it has become a pandemic in the world. Corona virus is characterized by several symptoms, such as fever, cough and shortness of breath. In severe conditions, this viral infection can cause acute respiratory failure, severe pneumonia (lung infection), pulmonary edema, failure of body organs, and even death. The incidence of Covid-19 infection in pregnancy is increasing, therefore pregnant women are extra careful in maintaining their pregnancy. This study aims to determine the prevalence of third trimester in pregnant women who confirmed by Covid-19 at the Mayong II Jepara Community Health Center. The research method used a descriptive study with a population of all pregnant women who were examined at the Mayong II Jepara Community Health Center in 2020. The research subjects were 80 respondent third trimester pregnant women during September-December 2020 by Polymerase Chain Reaction. The results showed that 80 respondents who carried out the PCR Swab, there were 7 respondents  an average age of 20-28 years who were confirmed as Covid-19. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary for pregnant women to continued to carry out health protocols. Pregnant women who are confirmed Covid-19 are expected to carry out self isolation and if severe symptoms arise, they should contact medical physician. As a medical physician, they were to monitor pregnant women who have confirmed Covid-19 and giving treatment quickly  in the event of complications related to pregnancy.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of social media on adolescents' perception of gender equality. Through qualitative methods that include in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation analysis, the study reveals how social media content, social interactions, and influencer roles shape adolescent views. The findings show that social media has great potential in educating and raising awareness about gender equality. However, biased information and unhealthy debates can also hinder adolescents' understanding. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of digital literacy among adolescents and the responsibility of influencers in promoting gender equality values. Recommendations are given to improve media literacy and provide appropriate guidance for adolescents in filtering information on social media

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem caused by a lack of nutritional intake for a long time, especially in the first 1,000 days of a child's life. This malnutrition can interfere with the physical and brain growth of children, causing height that is not appropriate for age and various other symptoms such as a younger-looking face, delayed body growth, and impaired brain development. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between supplementary feeding and Menu Variation on weight gain in undernourished toddlers in Semirejo Village, Gembong District, Pati Regency. Method: The type of research used is quantitative research, which is a research method that uses research data in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics. Results: The results of the statistical test after combining the analysis results with chi square obtained a p value of 0.001 < 0.005, meaning that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, meaning that there was a relationship between providing additional food and menu variations to weight gain in toddlers with malnourished status. Conclusion: There was a significant relationship between supplemental feeding and menu variation on weight gain in undernourished toddlers with a p value of 0.001.

Abstract

Leucorrhea is a reproductive health problem frequently experienced by adolescent girls and may lead to complications if not prevented early. The lack of knowledge regarding leucorrhea prevention highlights the importance of health education using engaging methods, one of which is audiovisual media. This study aimed to analyze the effect of leucorrhea prevention education using audiovisual media on the knowledge of adolescent girls at SMK NU Miftahul Falah Kudus. This was a pre-experimental study with a one-group pretest–posttest design. The sample consisted of 60 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument was a knowledge questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using a paired t-test. The results showed a significant difference with a p-value < 0.001. Education using audiovisual media is effective in improving adolescent girls’ knowledge about leucorrhea prevention. This medium can be recommended as an alternative in reproductive health promotion programs in schools.

Abstract

Uncertainty at the time of the COVID-19 pandemic caused businessmen to suffer a decline in revenue. The entrepreneur must have a strategy to survive through the use of information technology. Digital marketing is very useful to support the development of a business or enterprise. When a business has been connected to the Internet automatically, the business will be connected with Internet users throughout the world. So, it will greatly help the business in promoting the product effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this community service is to increase interest in entrepreneurship through the use of e-commerce. Public service activities are carried out in the form of training on e-commerce use in transactions of sale and purchase of goods and services. This activity was carried out in August 2023 at the Director of the Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Branch (PCNA) district of Undaan. Target activities of 19 PCNA cadres. The method of conducting the activity is in the form of interactive lectures, question-and-answer discussions, and demonstrations. Entrepreneurial interest in using e-commerce evaluated using a questionnaire of 22 statement items (validity value 0.354-0.647 and reliability 0.789). Data analysis is interpreted in descriptive form. Public service results have shown that the majority of cadres have a good interest in entrepreneurship using e-commerce. Social media is an opportunity for Micro small and Medium Enterprises to compete in the local market. Each social media platform has its own advantages and uniqueness. The potential of social media bias supports brand, sales improvement, customer service and product development.

Abstract

The development of Wonosoco Village as a fair, healthy, and productive tourist village in Kudus Regency has the potential to provide benefits for the community and enrich the tourism industry in the area. This activity aims to understand policies, clean and healthy living behavior, and marketing strategies, and empowerment of community businesses in tourist villages. This activity was carried out in November 2023 in Wonosoco Village, Undaan District, Kudus Regency. This activity was attended by 16 people consisting of village government, health cadres, youth groups, tourism awareness groups, and religious leaders. Delivery of material uses interactive lecture and focus group discussions in 3 sessions of 30 minutes/session. The material provided includes tourism village development policies, clean and healthy living behavior in public places, marketing strategies, and empowerment of community businesses in tourist villages. Service providers carry out assessments and evaluations using questionnaires on knowledge of clean and healthy living behavior in public places and perceptions of community participation in developing tourist villages. Data analysis is interpreted descriptively. The majority of the community has good knowledge about clean and healthy living behavior in public places (87%) and a perception of community participation in developing Wonosoco Village as a Tourism Village (50%). This activity is the first step in developing a just, healthy, and productive tourist village so it requires follow-up from local stakeholders. This follow-up takes the form of assisting in the development of tourist villages, monitoring and evaluating the success of developing tourist villages that are just, healthy, and productive.

Abstract

Asupan gizi ibu hamil menjadi faktor penting baik untuk pemenuhan nutrisi ibu hamil atau untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan janin dalam kandungan. Kekurangan gizi selama hamil dapat terjadi jika diet ibu hamil mengandung nutrisi yang tidak mencukupi dan tidak memenuhi persyaratan tubuhnya. Gangguan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang terjadi akibat kurangnya asupan nutrisi pada ibu hamil diantaranya adalah kelahiran bayi dengan berat lahir rendah dan stunting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak yang ditimbulkan akibat kurang nutrisi pada ibu hamil terhadap risiko stunting bayi yang dilahirkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan literatur review yang terdiri dari 24 sumber baik berasal dari jurnal internasional, nasional dan riset kesehatan dasar. Hasil dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan Asupan gizi pada ibu hamil berdampak pada kesehatan ibu dan pertumbuhan janin yang dikandungnya. Selama hamil kebutuhan gizi meningkat 2-3 kali dibandingkan pada wanita tidak hamil. Masalah gizi yang terjadi pada ibu hamil berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan janin didalam kandungan, bayi yang dilahirkan dapat terjadi kelahiran dengan BBLR dan gizi kurang yang dapat memicu terjadinya stunting pada anak. Adapun saran yang dapat diberikan diantaranya adalah Perlunya peningkatan pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi selama hamil untuk mencegah masalah kurang gizi pada ibu hamil dengan pemberian makakanan tambahan. Pemeriksaan/pemantauan kehamailan secara rutin dan berkualitas sehinggan dapat dilakukan penanganan secara dini terhadap ibu hamil yang bermasalah. Penanganan yang tepat pada BBLR dan gizi kurang pada bayi agar tidak jatuh pada keadaan stunting. Pemberian pendidikan kesehatan tentang gizi ibu hamil kepada ibu hamil.
