Abstract

Education is very important to educate human life. A nation will progress if its education is very much considered and even prioritized. This article aims to describe the educational policy analysis model.This research uses literature study which explains the definition of education policy analysis, the function of education policy analysis and the urgency of education policy analysis. Education that runs in an institution cannot be separated from government interference, this is of course because of its policies that are used as guidelines in achieving the goals or vision and mission of an educational institution.The implementation of an educational policy at an educational institution will certainly be one of the determinants of the success of the objectives of education.

Abstract

This Study aims to determine the effect of affirmative action on the electability of female candidate which has been regulated by our constitution by providing a 30% quote in the list of permanent Candidate for the 2019 general election in Denpasar. This study also aims to provide an overview of the representation of women as election organizers. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique used is observation and documentation sourced from The Denpasar General Election Commission secondary data. After the data is collected data analysis is carried out which include data reduction, data presentation and data verification. From the result of study was found that all political parties participating in the General Election in Denpasar have included at least 30% of their female candidates in each electoral district, but only 2 candidates out of 45 available quotas in parliament. Thus, the author concludes that the affirmative action in the 2019 election does not have a significant effect on the substantially electability of female candidates.

Abstract

Dosen sebagaimana yang dijelaskan dalam Undang Undang Guru dan Dosen tahun 2014 pasal 1 ayat 10 bahwa “Dosen adalah pendidik profesional dan ilmuan dengan tugas utama mentransformasikan, mengembangkan dan menyebarluaskan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan seni melalui pendidikan, penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Didalam melaksanakan tugas, dosen dituntut adanya kompetensi yaitu seperangkat pengetahuan, keterampilan dan perilaku yang harus dihayati dan dikuasai oleh dosen dalam melaksanakan tugas keprofesionalanya”. Yayasan Maraqitta’limat sebagai salah satu Badan Penyelenggara Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang mempunyai tiga perguruan tinggi yaitu Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan (STIKes), Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (STKIP) dan Sekolah Tinggi Ekonomi Islam (STEI) Hamzar memiliki peran dan tanggungjawab dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumberdaya manusia baik tenaga pendidik (dosen) maupun tenaga kependidikan yang ada. Upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan tinggi dilingkungan Yayasan Maraqitta’limat sebagai salah satu Badan Penyelenggara Pendidikan Tinggi Swasta (BPPTS) di Nusa Tenggara Barat seharusnya memberikan perhatian yang serius terhadap peningkatan karir dosen dilingkungan pendidikan tinggi yang diselenggarakannya. Sebab, perhatian dan peran serta pimpinan yayasan dan pimpinan lembaga pendidikan terhadap pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki sangat dibutuhkan dalam pencapaian tujuan yang diinginkan.

Abstract

Disiplin aparat kantor desa berarti kesanggupan aparat untuk menaati segala peraturan yang diperintahkan dan menghindari segala larangan yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kedisiplinan Aparat di kantor Desa Ogomoli Kecamatan Galang Kabupaten Tolitoli, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Informan dari penelitian adalah Masyarakat dan Aparat Desa Ogomoli Kecamatan Galang Kabupaten Tolitoli. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi (pengamatan), wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun Teori yang digunakan adalah Robbins (2005:182), dimana penelitian ini terdapat tiga indikator sebagai alat ukur yaitu disiplin waktu, disiplin aturan, dan disiplin tanggung jawab. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Aparat tidak tepat waktu datang ke kantor, karena sebagian Aparat datang terlambat tidak sesuai dengan waktu yang sudah ditentukan. Seharusnya Aparat dapat dikatakan disiplin terbentuk dari adanya kesadaran dan kesediaan seseorang dalam mentaati semua aturan dan norma yang telah ditetapkan, Aparat di kantor Desa Ogomoli belum menggunakan pakaian yang ditetapkan dalam hal ini belum disiplin dalam berpakaian. Karena belum ada tekanan yang kuat dari kepala Desa selaku pihak yang berwenang. Disiplin merupakan tindakan manajemen untuk mendorong para anggota organisasi memenuhi tuntutan berbagai ketentuan tersebut. Jadi dapat dikatakan bahwa Aparat di kantor Desa Ogomoli sudah menjalankan fungsinya dengan baik. Aparat kantor Desa Ogomoli sudah menggunakan peralatan kantor dengan hati-hati karena dapat dilihat dari tindakan yang dilakukan Aparat dengan bersikap tanggung jawab atas pekerjaan yang telah dilakukan. Aparat Desa Ogomoli sangat bertanggung jawab sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsinya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of local government in empowering fishing communities, as well as the factors that support and influence it. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to the type of case study research. Qualitative descriptive research method is research that is used to describe events or phenomena that occur. Data collection in this study used observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results of this study are related to the role of local governments in empowering fishing communities, namely organizing fishing community empowerment programs such as increasing human resources, developing facilities and infrastructure and establishing fishermen’s institutions. However, in community, there are still several obstacles, such as the lack of human resources at the Sumenep Regency Fisheries Service, limited budget, lack of adequate technology an transportation. This causes the empowerment of fishing communities to be less than optimal.

Abstract

Industri modest fashion merupakan salah satu industri yang saat ini sangat berkembang. Namun, perkembangan bisnis ini tentu saja juga dibarengi dengan ketatnya persaingan yang dapat dilihat dengan semakin banyak bermunculan bisnis pada pasar modest fashion. Pelaku usaha harus mampu untuk mengenali peluang (opportunity recognition) agar mampu bertahan dan memenangkan persaingan yang ketat. Lebih lanjut, inovasi model bisnis juga sangat diperlukan untuk membangun keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh opportunity recognition dan inovasi model bisnis terhadap kinerja bisnis, terutama pada Industri Modest Fashion. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa opportunity recognition tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis. Hasil berbeda ditunjukkan dari variabel inovasi model bisnis, yang mengungkapkan bahwa dengan melakukan inovasi pada model bisnisnya maka kinerja dari bisnis tersebut akan meningkat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan jika sebuah bisnis terutama yang bergerak dalam Industri Modest Fashion ingin meningkatkan kinerja bisnisnya maka melakukan inovasi pada model bisnis adalah salah satu cara yang bisa dilakukan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of work motivation of the Village Government Apparatus and to determine what factors influence the work motivation of the Village Government Apparatus. This research was conducted in Buntuna Village, Baolan District, Tolitoli Regency. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach using the motivation theory of Herzberg Dalam Hasibuan (2006: 186) with indicators as measuring tools that become the contents of the results of observations, interviews, and documentation, which include conditions of the work environment, salaries and benefits, policies organization, relationships with colleagues, job security, quality of supervision. The results of the study prove that the hygine (extrinsic) factor in increasing the work motivation of village officials is not optimal, this can be seen from the Conditions of the Work Environment, Salaries and Benefits, Organizational Policies, relationships with colleagues, job security, quality of supervision. even though the organization's policy in determining the arrival time for office hours is still often late, the village officials are ready to serve the community outside working hours (nights). And the motivator (intrinsic) factor in increasing the work motivation of village officials is optimal, this can be seen from . the work itself, responsibilities, achievements, recognition, and opportunities for advancement.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of competency, use of information technology, compensation and organizational commitment as a moderating variable and its impact on Account Representative performance. The proposed hypothesis: Competency has a significant effect on Account Representative performance, use of technology information has a significant effect on Account Representative performance, compensation has a significant effect on Account Representative performance and organizational commitment as a moderating variable between the effect of competency, use of information technology and compensation to the Account Representative performance. The result of the research shows that competency has positive and significant effect to Account Representative performance, use of technology information has no significant effect to Account Representative performance, compensation has no significant effect to Account Representative performance, organizational commitment doesn’t moderate effect of competency to Account Representative performance, organizational commitment doesn’t moderate effect of use of technology information and organizational commitment doesn’t moderate effect of compensation to Account Representative performance to Account Representative performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze experiential marketing, perceived quality and advertising on purchasing decisions on Good Day Cappuccino coffee products. The data used in this study is primary data where the data was obtained from the University of KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah. The sampling technique used the Stratified Random Sampling method, then the data was processed using multiple regression analysis. Samples were taken of 129 people from a total population of 190 respondents. The data collection used in this study is a questionnaire, where each class is given several samples that have been calculated using the Stratified Random Sampling method. After testing the hypothesis, it can be seen that in the partial test it can be seen that the experiential marketing, perceived quality and advertising variables have a significant level less than 0.05, meaning that these three variables have a relationship with the purchasing decision variable. While simultaneously there is a significant 0.000 less than 0.05, then Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a relationship between experiential marketing variables, perceived quality and advertising on purchasing decision variables.

Abstract

This article aims to determine and analyze the application process for the issuance of birth certificates for children from unregistered marriages at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sukoharjo Regency and to find out and analyze the legal consequences of unregistered Marriage on the application process for issuing birth certificates for children at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sukoharjo Regency. This research is a descriptive empirical legal research. Data is obtained from primary data and secondary data with qualitative data analysis techniques. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the conclusion is that the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sukoharjo Regency is carried out by two methods, namely the application of an Absolute Responsibility Statement (SPTJM) for unregistered marriages that already have a family card or with a Mother's Statement only for unregistered marriages without family cards. As for the legal consequences of siri marriage on the application process for the issuance of a child's birth certificate at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sukoharjo Regency, the right of the child that can be granted is only the right to biological recognition without any accompanying civil rights. Whereas the existence of SPTJM does not cause additional legal consequences for the child concerned.
