Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil pada siklus II ini mengalami peningkatan lebih baik dari siklus I.Adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar pada siklus II ini dipengaruhi oleh adanya peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan media gambar, siswa menjadi lebih terbiasa dengan pembelajaran seperti ini, sehingga siswa lebih mudah dalam memahami materi yang telah diberikan. Pada siklus II ketuntasan secara kalsikal telah tercapai, sehingga penelitian ini hanya sampai pada siklus II. Penggunaan media gambar dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dan berimplikasi pada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada kelas V SD Negeri 3 Lowu-lowu Kecamatan Lea-lea Kota Baubau. Hal ini dapat ditunjukan dengan data hasil belajar mulai dari pra siklus, siklus I secara klasikal siswa belum mengalami ketuntasan belajar, karena siswa yang memperoleh nilai ≥65 hanya sebesar 37,03% lebih kecil dari presentase ketuntasan motivasi belajar yang dikehendaki yaitu sebesar 80%. Pada siklus II dengan penggunaan media gambar dalam pembelajaran secara kalsikal siswa sudah tuntas belajar, karena siswa yang memperoleh nilai ≥65 adalah sebesar 96,29% lebih besar presentase ketuntasan yang dikehendaki yaitu 80%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja petugas ramp handling PT Gapura Angkasa di Bandar Udara Internasional Raden Inten II Lampung terkait keselamatan penerbangan. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara dengan narasumber seperti Kepala Divisi Ramp Handling, petugas engineering, dan petugas operasi, serta analisis dokumen terkait keselamatan penerbangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa petugas memiliki fokus pada keselamatan, tanggung jawab, dan inisiatif dalam mengatasi risiko dan situasi darurat, dengan penekanan pada Standar Operating Procedure (SOP) dan adaptabilitas. Kinerja petugas ini tampaknya berdampak positif pada keselamatan penerbangan melalui kepatuhan terhadap SOP, pemahaman risiko, dan tindakan proaktif dalam mencegah bahaya, meskipun data insiden tidak tersedia. Upaya ini berperan dalam menjaga keselamatan dan kualitas kerja di bandara tersebut.

Abstract

This article aims to find challenges and opportunities in preaching to children using information technology. This study uses a qualitative approach with the method of literature study and secondary data analysis. The results of the study show that the use of information technology in da'wah to children offers great opportunities to reach a wider audience, arouse children's interest in studying religion, facilitate accessibility to various sources of religious knowledge, and da'wah content conveyed through information technology can attract the attention of children according to the areas of interest. However, the challenge side also needs to be considered. Content that is inconsistent with religious values, such as dangerous or immoral content, can be easily accessed by children through information technology. It is important for parents, teachers and the community to always guide their children in using information technology. In this context, this study recommends that preachers and religious education actors must be more proactive in developing and managing appropriate and quality da'wah content in various information technology platforms. In addition, collaboration between preachers, parents, teachers and the government needs to be improved to create a digital environment that is safe and supports children in obtaining a good religious education

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality and a healthy lifestyle on purchasing decisions of bear brand products in kebumen. the method used is a quantitative method. the sample data taken in this study are people who buy and consume bear brands in kebumen regency, totaling 100 people as respondents. instruments or data collection tools in this study using a questionnaire / questionnaire. the analytical tool in this study is using multiple linear regression analysis. data analysis techniques used in this study include qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis consisting of validity test, reliability test, t test, f test, multiple linear regression test (likert scale). data were analyzed using spss 25 for windows. the results prove the first hypothesis that price partially has no influence on purchasing decisions. the results of the second hypothesis prove that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. the results of the third hypothesis prove that a healthy lifestyle has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. the results of the fourth hypothesis prove that price, product quality and a healthy lifestyle simultaneously or together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This article has the title analysis of determining the cost of production using the cost of goods ordered method on CV. Madani Blessing Light. The purpose of this research is to analyze and find out the calculation of the cost of orders applied to CV. Madani Blessing Light. With reference to orders for batik suits by SMP Insan Mandiri. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method because this research uses facts or events and conditions that are currently happening at the company to obtain conclusions from research and suggestions that can be used for the company. In determining the cost of production, the company has not been able to classify exactly how many costs occur in the production process, especially direct labor costs and factory overhead costs, where these costs are actually very influential in determining the cost of production. In its application, the company imposes factory overhead costs that occur on ordered products based on predetermined rates. In this case, the determination of the factory overhead rate by the company is to charge it 15% of the cost of the raw materials used

Abstract

This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research that aims to find out how the teacher's ability to use various learning media in the high grades of SD Negeri 1 Balangnipa, North Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency. The subjects in this study were teachers of grades IV, V and VI of SD Negeri 1 Balangnipa. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews and observation, data were analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the high-grade teachers based on pedagogical competence in terms of educational implementation are able to use varied learning media marked by the teacher's ability to use technology-based learning media, use learning media with sufficient time, use two or more types of media in turns, carry out learning activities in accordance with the plans that have been prepared, carry out learning activities with sufficient time for learning activities, and identify and use varied learning media consisting of audio, visual, audiovisual, and multimedia media in turns. The conclusion from the results of this study is that the high grade teachers based on pedagogical competence in terms of implementing learning that educates are able to use a variety of learning media

Abstract

Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH) is a disease of enlargement or hypertrophy of the prostate. BPH often causes dysfunction in the lower urinary tract in men and is most commonly found in elderly men. Transurethral prostate resection (TURP) remains the standard treatment for patients with moderate or severe BPH who require active treatment or who fail or do not want medical therapy. Pharmacologically, pain can be treated with analgesics, although analgesics can relieve pain effectively. Analgesic that can be given can be in the form of giving ketorolac 30 mg with tramadol 100 mg in postoperative pain. This study aims to compare the effect of the combination of tramadol 100 mg + ketorolac 30 mg (drip) with ketorolac 30 mg (bolus) on blood pressure as seen from the blood pressure value, namely the Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP) of post prostate TUR patients at Bhayangkara Anton Soedjarwo Hospital. Pontianak West Kalimantan. The design used a Quasy experimental design with a post test only nonequivalent control group design for 38 post TURP patients at Bhayangkara Anton Soedjarwo Hospital, Pontianak. Statistical independent samples test showed that there was no significant difference between MAP after being given a combination of 100 mg tramadol + 30 mg ketorolac (drip) and 30 mg ketorolac (bolus) with sig value > 0.05. With the results of this study, patients received quality services by preventing complications of post-TURP postoperative pain on blood pressure, namely the administration of a combination analgesic tramadol 100 mg + ketorolac 30 mg (drip) or with ketorolac 30 mg (bolus) so as to lower blood pressure

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui unsur-unsur matematika yang terdapat pada Kesenian Karawitan Banyumasan, khususnya pada saron barung dan saron penerus (peking). Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah aktor-aktor yang terlibat untuk memberikan informasi tentang Karawitan Banyumasan, khususnya mengenai saron barung dan saron penerus (peking) dan Obyek penelitian ini adalah hal-hal yang menjadi titik perhatian yang dipelajari dan direfleksi peneliti. Teknik pengumpulan data mengacu pada langkah-langkah etnografi menurut Spradley dan Data pada penelitian ini dianalisis secara langsung dan bertahap sesuai dengan tahapan langkah etnografi. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah ditemukannya unsur-unsur matematika yang terdapat pada Saron Barung dan Saron Penerus (Peking), yaitu: titik, garis lurus, garis lengkung, sumbu simetri, bangun datar, serta implementasi terhadap bahan ajar mencari luas dan keliling.

Abstract

Hipertensi ialah penyakit yang prevalensinya kerap meningkat per tahunnya. Mengontrol tekanan darah bagi pasien hipertensi selain rutin minum obat harus dibarengi dengan merubah gaya hidup. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku perawatan diri pada pasien hipertensi derajat 1. Model penelitian survei studi korelasi dengan pendekatan waktu cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien hipertensi derajat I yang tercatat sebagai peserta Prolanis di Puskesmas Kembaran I yaitu sebanyak 34 responden, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan alat pengukuran tekanan darah dan kuesioner Hypertension Self Management Behavior Questionnaire (HSMBQ). Analisis data menggunakan uji somers’d. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perilaku perawatan diri pada pasien hipertensi derajat 1 sebagian besar baik (67.6%). Hasil dari uji somers’d diperoleh hasil nilai p-value sebesar 0.729 (p-value > α).

Abstract

Tata laksana hipertensi penting dilakukan sejak pertama kali seseorang didiagnosa hipertensi derajat I. Penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan banyaknya pasien hipertensi yang tidak patuh terhadap pengobatan. Berdasarkan data, penderita hipertensi di Indonesia yang melakukan kontrol tekanan darah secara teratur di Puskesmas hanya sebesar 22,8%. Terdapat sebuah penelitian yang menjelaskan semakin lama seseorang menderita hipertensi maka tingkat kepatuhannya semakin rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor kepatuhan minum obat, kontrol tekanan darah, dan lama sakit pada pasien hipertensi derajat I di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kembaran 1 Purwokerto. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik sampling ialah purposive sampling. Pasien yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi diambil sebagai sampel yakni sejumlah 34 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien hipertensi derajat 1 di Puskesmas Kembaran 1 Purwokerto ialah pada kategori rendah (64,7%), kepatuhan kontrol tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi derajat 1 di Puskesmas Kembaran 1 Purwokerto ialah sebagian tidak patuh (76,5%), dan lama sakit pada pasien hipertensi derajat 1 di Puskesmas Kembaran 1 Purwokerto ialah sebagian besar pada kategori kronis atau ≥ 6 bulan (73,5%).
