Abstract

The development of information and communication technology causes world relations to become borderless and causes significant social, economic and cultural changes to take place rapidly. Computer-based information technology is currently a double-edged sword, because in addition to contributing to the improvement of human welfare, progress, and civilization, it is also an effective means of unlawful acts. On the one hand, technological advances have a positive impact, but also have a negative impact, with cyber crime. Viewed from the perspective of criminal law, efforts to overcome cyber crime with a penal policy and non-penal polic through a criminal court approach as a form of legal regulation to bring order to society by taking legal action determined by the House of Representatives together with the Government such as the special rules contained in Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions and Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions and Regulation of the Criminal Code.

Abstract

The spread of the Covid-19 Virus has resulted in sluggish business development in Indonesia. This impact is also felt by the chirping bird breeders. One of the organizations or institutions that oversees the existing chirping bird breeding is the Archipelago Bird Breeding Association (ABBS). In their daily activities, the members of the ABBS carry out captive breeding, maintenance and also buying and selling results from captivity. There are many problems faced by breeders during this pandemic, including difficulties in marketing their captive products. The purpose of this research is to create a medium for chirping mania lovers to get information on selling birds. This research uses the Waterfall method. The Waterfall has a multi-step approach to system analysis and design. The results of this study include a website-based chirping bird sales application that makes it easier for bird breeders to sell their birds.

Abstract

Information systems are one of the fields of science within the computer science family where technically it refers more to business processes and management of an application to the sustainability of business processes of institutions, industries or organizations. The need for information systems in the industrial world is increasing along with the development of technology which has very significantly grown, many models and technologies are offered to simplify the processes that take place in companies or in agencies to reduce and minimize errors and human-errors. This is also felt by a government agency in Batang Lubu Sutam District, where there is a Puskesmas that is still very overwhelmed in the administrative process because it has not utilized technology in managing the processes in the Puskesmas, both in terms of patient registration and other related processes. . The need for a Management Information System is the right solution for the Pinarik Health Center to improve the quality of service and administrative systems at the Puskesmas. In addition to speeding up the administrative process, the existence of a Management Information System will make it easier for patients visiting because the entire process has been systemised. The Management Information System that will be built at the Pinarik Health Center will use a web-based platform using the MVC (Model View Controller) model with the Code Igniter framework and MySQL as the database storage medium. It is hoped that with the Information Management System the administrative process of the Pinarik Health Center will be effective and efficient and provide convenience both for patients and for the Puskesmas itself in particular.

Abstract

Information and communication technology has developed along with globalization, so that the interaction and delivery of information occurs quickly. Computers really feel the need and importance of developing and improving quality in conveying the education that will be given by passengers, especially for passengers who want to take the train at the Kisaran city station, education is a process to assist passengers in providing information which will later be carried out using the information. good. For that we need a media in educating passengers who want to ride the train at the Kisaran city station, namely by creating a website where there are several guidelines so that passengers can understand the rules during the covid 19 period well. One way to solve the above problems is using the Computer Based Instruction method, which is to provide information guides such as regulations at the Kisaran city station in the form of procedures for buying train tickets, and types of masks, and others who will be informed. The working principle of the computer based instruction (CBI) method is a programmed learning that uses a computer as a tool to communicate information to people who want to take a train from Kisaran city station.

Abstract

In Indonesia, internet users reach 150 million people with 56% penetration spread throughout the region. This number is only slightly different from the number of mobile internet users which amounted to 142.8 million people with a penetration percentage of 53%. E-Commerce is a process of buying and selling transactions carried out by buyers and sellers electronically from companies to other companies by utilizing communication and computer networks. At Eco Farming Bukit Lawang has great potential with the existence of excellent natural products, the surrounding community takes advantage of the results. Plants that exist in the Bukit Lawang area, but become in vain because the marketing of information on the results of these plants is not good.

Abstract

The development of information technology that is used as a learning medium in the form of e-learning (Electronic Learning) has become an educational system that is quite important and is often used today.  University of Harapan Medan uses e-learning as a learning medium, but it has not been fully utilized. Therefore, e-learning requires an updated and developed user interface design to improve the user experience. The system design uses the User-Centered Design (UCD) method, which focuses on the user as the center of each design process. The approach with this method can provide advice on interface design on an e-learning website as a solution according to user needs

Abstract

The development of science, especially in the use of the internet is increasing, in the world of internet education it is used as a remote teaching and learning process using electronic devices called E-Learning. The process of developing E-learning needs to be carried out considering the need for current technological developments, learning is limited due to the pandemic situation which does not allow face-to-face learning but with E-Learning learning can be accessed anywhere and anytime. Implementation of eLearning Universitas Harapan Medan has not been optimally implemented. To meet E-learning standards, it is generally necessary to design specifications in building E-learning. The application of the Software Requirement Specification (SRS) is one way to detail various documents that will explain the various requirements that must be met by an E-learning software. The design of the E-learning system using the Software Requirement Specification (SRS) can facilitate the learning process in E-learning with a system that suits the needs of the user.

Abstract

Shoes are one type of footwear that serves to protect the entire foot. Shoes are a type of footwear that usually consists of parts of the sole, heel, hood, laces, and tongue. Shoes for some people are not an ordinary item, as a favorite. There needs to be special treatment to make shoes look clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. In fact, not everyone is able to take care of their own shoes, this is due to skill and time. Then people choose to submit their shoes to experts or shoe care services, so we need an application that can help in the process of these problems. The method used in making this system is the waterfall method, where the stages of the method consist of analysis, design, testing and maintenance. The application that was built has several facilities, namely ordering shoe service, shoe pick-up and delivery services, transaction services, customer service so that customers can check whether shoe services have been serviced or not, and also transaction report services. The design for this shoe service application uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) while for system testing using the black box method The black box test results show that the system is running according to its functionality. With this application, it can make it easier for customers to order shoe serviceservices online and help increase revenue for shoe serviceservices.

Cash register technology can simplify and optimize payment transaction management. The activity of buying and selling goods cannot be separated from sales transactions and the sales transaction process cannot be separated from the cashier. GOGO Bakery is a trading shop engaged in the sale of bread. At this store, the transaction process, data processing, and report generation have not been managed computerized, until now this store still has not provided satisfactory and ineffective service, because the payment process at the cashier is not optimal and also the provision of product and price information is not listed properly, which causes consumers to not know the prices and the latest products in the store before buying. Abstract

At this time there are more and more types of medical devices which include goods, instruments or other tools including each component, part or equipment produced. Basically, many people have not been able or are still minimal in knowing medical equipment. One way to provide knowledge to the community is through socialization. Socialization equipped with media that is in accordance with technological developments will facilitate and greatly help the community, namely smartphone media using Augmented Reality technology using the Marker Based Tracking method. This research will build an application for the introduction of medical devices that will combine Augmented Reality technology and the Marker Based Tracking method with the Fisher Yates Shuffle algorithm. The purpose of this research is to produce an application for the introduction of medical devices based on Android and apply the Marker Based Tracking method in Augmented Reality technology with the Fisher Yates Shuffle algorithm in making random questions. The results of this study are in the form of applications that apply augmented reality technology and the Fisher Yates Suffle algorithm in introducing medical devices.
