Abstract

The The research aims to determine the effect of gross domestic product (GDP) and inflation on the total money supply (JUB) in Indonesia. This study uses timeseries data from 1980 to 2020 obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, and Bank Indonesia. This study uses a classical approach. The research was conducted using multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing using the t test and f test is used to determine the feasibility of the model. The results of the analysis show that the Gross Domestic Product Variable (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on the Money Supply in Indonesia. The Inflation Variable (X2) partially influences the Money Supply in Indonesia. Based on the analysis of the Simultaneous Test value prob. F of 0.00 < error rate of 0.05. Thus, Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. This shows that the Gross Domestic Product (X1) Inflation (X2), simultaneously has a significant effect on the Money Supply in Indonesia, because F count is 36.07 > 3.25 F table and the Adjusted R Square coefficient or the coefficient of determination is 0.7452 This means 74.52% of the variation or change in the total money supply can be explained by variations in Gross Domestic Product and Inflation, while the rest (25.48%) is explained by other variables outside this research model. This is consistent with the quantity theory of money. According to the quantity theory of money, according to Irving Fisher, it states that the amount in circulation is directly proportional to changes in prices.

Abstract

Banking has a major role as an intermediary institution that aims to support national economic growth. The main function of banking in the economy is to collect public funds and distribute these funds for economic activities. Today, people are being introduced to internet banking and mobile banking, both of which are products produced by banking institutions. This product is a breakthrough for the challenges of the times where technology is rapidly increasing and information systems are circulating very quickly. Therefore, these products are the answer to the current challenges. However, the reality must be known and assessed whether these products contribute in this case to the performance of the banking sector. From these problems, researchers try to do research on these variables. What happens if internet banking and mobile banking are implemented in banking services. Is it a good influence or vice versa. This research was conducted on a sample of four large banks in Indonesia which researchers believe can represent the entire population studied. Testing this research using multiple linear regression test through Eviews software. The data for this study uses secondary data obtained through reliable sources with the type of time series data from June 2020 to November 2022. This research is regression from ROA data and internet and mobile banking data. The results of the research analysis show that there is a significant influence from internet banking and mobile banking on banking performance in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menyusun strategi pemasaran yang cocok diterapkan pada aplikasi agen perjalanan online dalam rangka meningkatkan jumlah niat pembelian kembali pada aplikasi AGODA. Penelitian ini mempergunakan jenis sampel non-probability sampling, dengan total sampel 100. Teknik analisis yang dipergunakan ialah Path Analysis. Dalam rangka meningkatkan Repurchase intention, aplikasi Agoda harus mengambil tindakan yang spesifik berdasarkan implikasi hasil penelitian ini. Hal ini melibatkan fokus pada pengalaman pelanggan, membangun kepercayaan, menjaga hubungan jangka panjang, memantau dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan elektronik, serta memperkuat komunikasi dan reputasi mereka. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwasanya E-Service Quality memengaruhi Trust secara positif signifikan. E-service quality serta Experiental marketing memengaruhi Trust secara positif signifikan. E Service Quality serta Experience Marketing memengaruhi Repurchase intention secara positif signifikan. Menurut hasil uji statistik didapatkan kesimpulan bahwasanya secara tidak langsung E-Service Quality serta Experience marketing melalui Trust memengaruhi Repurchase Intention secara positif signifikan

Abstract

Using digital wallets has become a lifestyle, especially for millennials. The existence of popular applications such as Shopee, Gojek, Traveloka, Grab, Ovo, Link Aja and Ruang Guru also makes the intensity of application use on smartphones increase. All of these applications require a fast and concise payment system. For this reason, the role of digital wallets is felt to be increasingly important today. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Ease of Use, Lifestyle, Security Perception and Trust on Public Interest in Using Shopeepay. The method that the author uses in this study is quantitative data method, then the data is processed with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method using the help of SPSS version 22 for Windows. The sample used in this study was 100 samples of the millennial generation in the city of Denpasar through the distribution of questionnaires. Simultaneous or partial results of ease of use, lifestyle, perceived security, and trust have a positive influence on interest in using shopeepay.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan kesenjangan hasil penelitian terdahulu (research gap) dan perbedaan fokus bahasan tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan, pengalaman kerja dan dukungan sosial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, terdapat pula permasalahan penelitian (research problem) tentang penurunan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh kepemimpinan, pengalaman kerja dan dukungan sosial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Dealer Honda Made Ferry Motor cabang Gianyar. Populasi di dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Dealer Honda Made Ferry Motor cabang Gianyar sebanyak 42 orang karyawan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 42 orang dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Jenis data menggunakan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif serta sumber data primerdan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial kepemimpinan, pengalaman kerja dan dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Dealer Honda Made Ferry Motor Cabang Gianyar. Artinya, semakin baik kepemimpinan, pengalaman kerja, dukungan sosial maka semakin meningkat kinerja karyawan pada Dealer Honda Made Ferry Motor Cabang Gianyar.

Abstract

This study aims at the effectiveness of communication and the level of employee discipline as well as the effect of communication on employee work discipline at Ojas Prana Café & Restaurant Ubud Gianyar at Ojas Prana Cafe & Restaurant Ubud Gianyar. There are 5 methods used to collect data, namely: observation, interview, questionnaire, documentation, and literature study. The analysis technique used, namely: a. Quantitative Analysis, which is an analysis technique for analyzing quantitative data, where the analytical techniques used include 1) Simple Linear Regression Analysis, 2) Simple Correlation Analysis, 3) Determination Analysis. b. Descriptive analysis techniques to explain the results of the analysis and help draw conclusions about research results. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the communication process in operations at Ojas Prana Cafe & Restaurant Ubud Gianyar is running very effectively. Work discipline in operations at Ojas Prana Cafe & Restaurant Ubud Gianyar is very good. Communication has a real or significant effect on employee work discipline at the Ojas Prana Café & Restaurant Ubud company which can be seen from t count (3.753) greater than t table (1.833), which is in the area of rejection of Ho and Ha being accepted. The effect is very strong with a positive correlation coefficient of 0.781 which lies between 0.76 – 1.00 in the very strong criteria. While the influence relationship is positive, where with the improvement of communication one unit causes an increase in discipline of 0.958 units.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the leadership style, motivation, and work atmosphere influence on the performance of head-village Office employees, partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted at the Kuta Village Office, Badung Regency with a sample size of 36 people. The data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t tests and F tests assisted by the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously leadership style, work motivation and work atmosphere have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Kuta Village Office, Badung-Bali. So that in an effort to improve employee performance it is recommended that leaders need to involve subordinates in making decisions, give awards to outstanding employees and create a conducive work atmosphere.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effectiveness of accounting information systems at BPRs is influenced by information technology sophistication, user competence, user participation, and user satisfaction. Covered sampling was implemented to choose the sample for a study in Gianyar Regency that involved 70 BPR personnel who used accounting information systems as their study population. Multiple linear regression was applied as a method of data analysis together with the survey filling method. After analyzing statistical analysis using the SPSS software application, the results indicate a significant and positive indicator of information technology sophistication, user competence, user engagement, and user satisfaction on the effectiveness of the accounting information system.
